Everyone was welcoming and my nail tech did a good job. He was modest and friendly but mostly polite and making sure I was ok with his work, at all times. The gentleman who did my pedicure was superb! Super detailed and made sure I got my moneys worth. Overall, I spend $78 on a full set and pedi for my "self-care" bday gift and tipped $10 each. Don't always listen to negative reviews-- give it a shot if you're bold enough.

Visiting from NY, I found this place nearby from where I'm staying…read more I called Organic Nail for an appointment but when I walked in I realized it wasn't necessary during the day. I went in for a regular gel polish manicure but actually got their dipping powder instead and I'm very happy with it! The place is really clean and Ben, who did my nails was really great. My nails were a mess before I went in - I had a gel manicure and I broke I few nails and then picked and peeled them, making a huge mess of everything. I'm very impressed that Ben was able to save my nails- I wish I had taken a before picture. One thing I found interesting is that they didn't soak off my gel polish. They used some kind of remover instead which was a much better experience than soaking off in acetone. I'll be back for sure!

Well, I came yesterday for just a gel pedicure and the lady who did my nails, Linh, gave me a possible infection. My two big toes hurt so bad and are pink on the sides of my nail bed, the pain feels like an ingrown toenail but 10x worse and it was NOT like that when I came here. I feel like I can hardly walk on my toes with the pain. Not to mention I did tell her to cut my toes but she cut them REALLY short, to the point she cut my skin and it wouldn't stop bleeding so she kept trying to spray something on it but it still wouldn't stop. In my pictures you can see the inflammation on my big toes and where she cut me at the top of my toe. I am now currently trying to "heal" whatever this is by dipping my toes in hydrogen peroxide, something I didn't think I'd have to do after paying $60 for a pedicure. Do not come here!!

Being that this nail salon is so close to my home, I came here excited to support a business in my…read moreneighborhood. The salon is located in the Publix shopping center, and is very clean. The first time I came for a gel mani & pedi, it was $165 including tip. I did get the removal of previous gel, upgraded pedi, and designs on two toes and two fingers. One of the men assisted me on my first visit. He was very nice, and spent a good amount of time on the massage portion; however was not very good with the cutting and cleaning part. Also, a different woman assisted with the design parts. The design didn't turn out too great, I wanted gold specks sprinkled around and it looked like large gold polka dots instead. Nonetheless, it was fine and my nails lasted about three weeks. I recently went back on Thursday evening for only a manicure that was $58, including tip. This time the woman, who helped with the design in the last appt, assisted me. When removing the old gel, she was aggressive but nonetheless, got the job done. She did a great job with cleaning my nails though. Sadly, same as my first visit, I wasn't satisfied with the design. ....24hrs later, one of the gold ribbons came off. Now, I've gotten nail designs with ribbon, jewels, etc in the past and this is the very first time it has ever fallen off in 24hrs. Maybe one week, but never one day. I went back to the salon today to have it fixed, and was asked to wait a few minutes. While waiting, the woman who did my manicure stated, "this design doesn't last long". Which was surprising for me to hear. 15mins later I was still waiting. I asked for an ETA, and was told a few more mins. After another 10mins, I decided it was no longer worth my time. 2 stars for cleanliness and the employees are very nice. However I cannot justify paying the higher price range for nails that last 24hrs.
