Here was the kicker - we asked for our bill bc we decided to go across the street to Mavericks. Our tab was $29.21. We gave her $100 bill - and she returned with all cash bills. She said she rounded up our tab because "they don't give change" (as in coins). So they rounded it UP to $30 instead. Who does that? Is it even legal? We are owners on the island, and truly do support all local businesses. We LOVED House's when it was in Sea Trail. Unfortunately, we were too embarrassed to meet our friends here and opted for wings at Mavericks. ‍
