Cute food truck park. Watch the parking!
    Michael B.

Very good food truck park smack in the middle of North-Central Austin. This park seems to have an abundance of the 'superstars' when it comes to the food truck scene. Case in point: Jewboy Burgers, The Grip, The Big Kahuna, and T-Loc's! I'll definitely be coming back to sate my food truck needs, as this is part of what makes Austin AWESOME. I'm giving this spot only four out of five stars for now for the following reasons: 1) I've only tried the offerings at one truck so far; among other things i need to see if the Big Kahuna is as good here as at other parks. 2) Seating seems a bit limited; on average I only saw 2-3 tables per truck, with 5-6 by Jewboy's. 3) Parking! I'm pretty sure I counted only a half-dozen spots. I'm worried that parking on the street would also be tough, have to see how it is on a weekday. But don't let my quibbles dissuade you from coming - this park has some awesome names, and my stomach is calling me back...

Tried Budare's truck and it did not disappoint. Got the chicken and rice bowl with some beef empanadas and , the emoji pretty much sums it up. New to Austin never new this was even here, golden find.

Nothing is ever open at posted hours. Here at noon on Saturday only 4/10 trucks open. This is the 3rd and final time I try to get food here

This might just be the best food truck park in Austin. It has a large number of food trucks, and I would rate all of them 5 or 4 stars.

It was now after 10 pm and we had an hour drive ahead of us to get home. So we turned to Yelp and found this gem. We parked on the street. Students were walking by the whole time, which added to the vibe. You order and pay on an app and they call your name when it's ready. They specialize in bento boxes to go. Not your miso soup and ginger salad bento boxes, though. You won't find sushi rolls and pickled ginger. But it's a dinner in a box with rice, veggies, a choice of protein, you pick one of five sauces, and you have a choice of adding curry for $2. Add the curry! It's a Japanese golden curry. Yum. It's basically gravy. A very tasty gravy. And who doesn't like rice and gravy?! Can they get away with calling this a bento box? A cardboard box with no California roll and no miso? Why, yes, actually! Bento boxes are originally designed to be meals on the go. It's the kind of meal you buy in Japan for a train ride. And this definitely fits the bill. Portions are healthy. The rice was moist and well-seasoned. The broccoli was tender-crisp. The curry came in a separate container so you can add as much or as little as you want (we added it all). We had one chicken dish and one beef dish. The chicken is fried and the beef is braised and shredded, with strips of onion. They were both tastey, and both were designed for quick service from a food truck. Despite the line ahead of us, our meal came quickly. It was a cold night so we ate in our car, parked on the street. But it's a quiet, street and they had picnic tables we could have used if we'd brought ticket coats for the 40 degree, breezy night. Next time I'll check the weather report before leaving the house! We finished our meal and headed out for the long drive home, very full, and very satisfied.

Self service, you order on your own on the kiosk. I do miss interacting with people. While there isn't seating in the parking area of the food truck it's right next to campus and there are plenty of seating areas available

I got the spicy tenders and they had a spicy aftertaste but they weren't TOO spicy - my nose only sweat a little The spicy chicken paired with the fluffy sweet waffle with syrup was a crazy good combination. I love a good sweet and savory combo The french fries were gorgeous. Thicc, crisp outside, soft inside, and some yummy ass seasoning They were great on their own but once I dipped them in the longhorn sauce ... GAME OVER. ugh so good. Sandro got the chicken sandwich and it was just as good. The brioche bun was toasted and it came with ranch and pickles (he asked for no pickles though) He also added some of the longhorn sauce to his sandwich and it tasted great. I don't know what they put in the longhorn sauce to make it so good and addicting... but that sauce HITTTTSSSS Last but not least, the mac&cheese was SUPER creamy and did not last very long because it was very tasty I love Longhorn Chicken. We got great service and everything we ate was absolutely delicious. They get 5 chefs kisses from me ‍

It's the perfect meal to pick you right back up! Decently priced and worth every penny! However, they may run out before closing-- then I'd recommend the halal truck in that same food truck alley! SERVICE: They're good people who work hard, give a tip it won't kill you, but it'll make their day! Cheers
