That said, if you've been here, you know it's on the smaller side, with even less seating since it isn't patio weather currently. After a very short, less than five minute wait, a table opened and we were seated. Our server came over with menus, and took our drink order, shortly after we sat down. We were excited to see the new winter menu. Bob ordered the Teocali turkey - turkey, bacon, rocket (aka lettuce), cranberry jam, and Brie, served with chips - he said it was really good. I ordered the buttermilk chicken sandwich, which came in a beautifully toasted roll, with an enormous piece of chicken, carrot salad, greens, sriracha mayo, and fries. The sriracha mayo added a nice kick to a delicious sandwich. Our server was great - super friendly, and checked on us multiple times. We will be back to try more of the menu (I was eyeing up the duck confit).

Simple menu written on a chalk board because it varies daily. The prices seem appropriate for a quality food truck and for the area as well. I was already debating the Philly or the shrimp poboy depending on what they had and it turned out to be the poboy. Order didn't take long and then my huge sandwich arrived. It came with a small bag of chips, but the sandwich itself is huge and loaded. The sandwich is on a soft hogie rather than the traditional french type of bread, but it's delicious and fresh . The shrimp (plump, perfectly cooked and plenty) is in a kind of dark cajun remoulade mixed with bacon and sauteed onions with multi colored bell peppers. Oh, and it has lettuce so you don't feel bad about eating it all in one sitting! :) Overall, I loved it! Bursting with flavor in every bite! Felt more like a Cajun shrimp Philly minus the cheese. Only if I was to be the one to name it of course! There is no such thing as a shrimp Philly though...yet! Oh, and ask for a fork or to have them cut it in half or you will be using way more napkins than necessary! ;-) Met Kevin, ones of the owners and he was very nice and easy to talk to. Nice place to stop if you are passing through or if you are a local, what are you waiting for!? Try them out before they go on their winter vacation! :) Or just make sure you try them out when you get a chance. They'll be back. I hope!

On to the ramen - I went with the Boo-Tan-E-Koo Pork broth, traditional wavy noodles, pork belly, poached egg, tempura, green onion, buttered sweet corn, chile thread, fresh ginger, sesame seeds. It was delicious, flavorful, and I couldn't get through the whole bowl (I took about half of it home). That was my first time taking ramen home, and would note it heated up nicely for lunch the next day. We will absolutely be back to try more of the menu!
