or a 1981 Honda and when it came it was the wrong part they were not helpful in replaceing it with the right part as I requested. all they cared about was me changing my bnegitive reiew that I gave them. They did refund me my money back however I had to reorder the part over agin and then they stopped accepting my offers for buying the part over again. Now I ask how can this be the rith thing to do when they are the ones that sent me the wonrg part in the first place, it was totaly their mistake. This is not the right way to do business no matter what their size is. I requested that all I wanted was the right part that I rdered and paid for. Now I ask is that so wrong? Plus then they stopped me from making the purchase overagain fo make their mistake right. read more

BUYER BEWARE!!! Worst customer ever!!! Ordered parts over 2 weeks ago. said 2 to 4 days. Offered to buy part again, as I needed for a children's cancer fundraiser. They said it's not their problem. Genuine & aftermarket part purchase for vintage motorcycle is extremely limited in Canada. 4into1 had great selection of vintage motorcycle parts at a reasonable price. Delivery of parts was quick. Extra tax required on parts to be paid as due to import fees. Complete idiots. I gave them delivery instructions not to ship FedEx as they don't deliver where I live. They sent it FedEx. And they won't communicate with me. If you have any other way to order don't deal with them. They have wasted my time as wll as my money. read more

Never had problem with 4into1 now. I ordered 6 items from them . I received 5 items. I paid through PayPal . Got my order promptly. I email them about the missing item , gave them the order number as well. No response!!! Waited a week and sent another email, no response !!! Called their phone number, that's a joke, they don't do business by phone calls. The message said to email them, another joke . So I have now sent 4 emails asking them to send the item I payed for through PayPal. Sounds pretty easy right? So now I'm contacting PayPal'S problem hot line. Not A Happy Customer read more

Bought a Sena Outrush R from them through Amazon. This helmet arrived defective, it would pair with any phone I tried to connect to it but would not function. I reset the Bluetooth and tried everything I could find about the system online and finally decided I just wanted the item replaces as the fit and finish were great and my other helmet in the same order from Sena was FANTASTIC (Sena Impulse for me and this one was a Outrush R for my wife). I filled out the return with Amazon and requested a replacement as this was the helmet we wanted. That went through fine, then I printed the label and dropped it off at the UPS Pickup place locally. An hour later the company canceled my replacement order and said Tough luck, they don't do replacements so I would have to contact Sena for warranty work. I contacted them and asked why it was canceled as soon as I saw it was and they replied with the above information and said that I had to contact Sena. I responded to them AGAIN telling them I couldn't because the helmet was already shipping to them and again they said we don't do replacements contact Sena. I explained a third time that the helmet was on its way to them already and this time radio silence so I contacted Amazon support. They said that the helmet could be refunded under the A-Z program but I had to wait 48 hours for the company to respond once they contacted them on my behalf which they did, giving the company the same info I had and the company replied to me that I had to contact Sena. I called back into Amazon and was told I still had to wait 48 business hours before they could process the A-Z claim even though the company had responded and brushed me off again. Disappointed all the way around. I eventually just Ordered an upgraded Impulse helmet for my wife as well at double the cost and am sure she will love it but she did not need the mesh and some of the other features that drive the price way up. Parts are not OEM quality and do not fit. I bought a carb rebuild kit for 1969 Honda Z50A and the bowl gasket was to larger and caused gas to leak everywhere. I contacted them for refund, they asked for proof that I had an original carb to be sure I had the right parts. I provided pictures and all information they asked for and they still were saying they could not verify my carb was original. I am the original owner of the bike and know for a fact it is all original. They refused refund, I will be contacting Amazon for deceptive business practices and if Amazon does nothing I will contact my bank. I am tired of companies getting away with ripping off the customer and then the marketplace they sell on will not help either. Ty Nguyen was of zero help and when I asked for proof on his part that is when he told me they would not help me. read more

UPDATE: You won't find a phone number on their site. Ask them to call you and "Sorry, we don't offer phone services...." is literally the response. Original post: Unfortunately, they seem to have parts I need. However, the parts are not what is promised. First, pictures don't match what is shipped and the customer pays shipping both ways, no exceptions. Pictures when dealing with vintage parts is important because parts can be difficult to identify properly. Second, some parts require machining before they actually work. I had to tap the mounting threads in the headlight to get a bolt to go in. Seems like that should have been a bolt on application. Third, their motorcycle control lever "set" is NOT a set. They do not match. Completely different mounting mechanisms and bolts patterns. Fourth, and worse is the master cylinder had so much manufacturing debris it clogged the return port and left me stranded with brakes that wouldn't release. Did I mention they do not back their products and charge the customer shipping both ways, no exceptions. I'll be moving on to other vendors. If you decide to use them, just remember if there are issues with their parts or their representation, you still get to pay return shipping, no exceptions. 4into1, feel free to reach out if you want to make it right, but everything stated here is based on fact so I won't be changing it. UPDATE: You won't find a phone number on their site. Ask them to call you and "Sorry, we don't offer phone services....". read more

I purchased a helmet through Amazon. Wore the helmet once and realized a defect, the piece to slide open the air vent was missing. Once returned to 4into1 they are charging me a restocking fee. They are only refunding me 39% of the amount I paid. I will never buy from them again. read more

This doesn't get much better. Great selection of parts for all the Honda CB's. A great mix of genuine honda parts and aftermarket parts in good quality. 4into1 has a great and very specific description of all the parts for sale. This means that there never is any doubt about the fit for your specific model. Shipping prices are very low and shipping time is very fast! Too good to be true? No, that's just how they do it. From CA, USA to Denmark in Europe took approx. 2-4 days! Even when my postal company made a mistake, 4into where quick to handle it without any losses for me. Very friendly and great communication. 4into1 has been a huge help in getting my 1981 cm400c going. My bike is somewhat of an oddball but they still have had plenty of parts for it. I live in mountain view but my girlfriend lives in the city so I have requested local pickup after purchasing online. I have gotten clutch springs, a petcock and new mufflers for my bike. All parts have worked great and the customer service is top notch. I will be buying more stuff from them soon. read more

I ordered a foot peg for a ct90 from them. The peg looks that same but the internal diameter is a lot smaller. Not a happy customer.

Ordered parts 2nd day air yesterday because I need the parts by tomorrow. Card was charged but order still has not shipped.

My 4into1 order was farmed out to other vendors from both Callifornia out of state and not shipped from the "shop." You can save money and shipping delays if you search the internet for your motorcycle parts like they do. If the order is wrong they drag their feet getting back to you about returns. I will not trade with them again. read more

As a 75 CB750 owner, I spent a ton of time on dimecitycycles, ebay, and amazon trying to find parts specific my bike. Most of the time, these are parts I need immediately since my bike would be out of commission and waiting an 2-3 days is not acceptable. Well, 4into1 is such an asset for us CB owners in the city and never again will I scour the internet in search of parts or wait 2-5 days until the part arrives. I can just drive over to their store and get what I need. I've already picked up my Biltwell Gringo helmet, in-line fuel filters, fuel lines, spark wires, spark caps, air filter, and oil filter from them for an incredibly reasonable price. It's a one stop shop for all the vintage bike owners there. The staff there is extremely friendly and helpful. read more
