Unfortunately, I received a terrible pedicure for the price of what should be the norm for a nice job, average, or just accurate work for painting some nails. I called to see if they were open and the price. They didn't mention appointments only until I walked through the door that literally says "Walk-Ins Welcome." They weren't busy so they took me in since I called and after a private conversation they had, which made me uncomfortable. I should have left. Never go where you aren't welcome. And I received the most basic pedicure treatment you could do at home. With nail polish somehow all over my toes, I paid them for their 10 minute job and left. Not happy at all. I saw the pics of other on Yelp and I should have just left and waited for my favorite nail salon to open up. read more

Maybe they're under new management? First time I saw men doing pedicures at this location. Either way, I expressed to them how happy I was last time with my pedicure. They advised me that person had left and gave me another person. It was a gentleman. He was really nice and tried his best but unfortunately did not meet expectations. He seems new and each strokes of the brush were easily visible. At the end, I pointed out he didn't remove all the surrounding excess cuticle, didn't do the wax included in the package, didn't remove the ingrown nails as I had requested, and cut off 2.5 minutes of the massage. I expressed my displeasure and I'll just have to redo it at home. Not happy with the end product and still paid the middle tier cost of a pedicure. $40 down the drain. Have to find a new place. Sucks, because I really liked them! I don't know what happened!! read more

I had deluxe pedicure with gel color and regular manicure. I'm happy my feet smells so good hehehe and looks good I would have give 5 stars if she used at least 2-3 different strokes of massage appropriate for the legs and feet. Overall, I will visit again. read more

I'm new to the area and this is the closest nail salon, so I was excited to try this place. I'm in a time crunch so I showed up 10 minutes before they open so I can be the first in.. I waited and called til 9:45, no one answered and no one showed up, it was empty. I just think if they say they open at 9:30 they should be there at 9:25 the latest. Thankfully I was taken right away with Envy nails about 4 minutes away. Business owners need to be more communicative and punctual if they want to keep their customers. read more

While taking my dog to the groomer next door one day I thought I'd try this place out next time I was in need of a mani/pedi. Awful idea. Whole pedicure was done in less than 10 minutes. Says includes hot towels which weren't used, a massage which was oil that she put on my legs didn't rub or anything and a color that's poorly done. My legs feel exactly the same as I came in and I unfortunately got gel costing way more than deserved. I got a gel manicure and although Jenny cut the cuticles and did way more than the lady who did my pedicure she left polish all over my fingers. Whole appointment was about 20 mins. Totally rushed and waste of money. Go somewhere else I beg of you. read more

Began calling at 930 am no answer. Finally got ahold of them at 11:10 am. Was able to make an appointment for today at 5:10 pm. Place was empty 3 workers & 2 customers. I'm seated but not assisted. Sat for 10 minutes. Was not given gel colors or nails were not prepped to remove gel. I walked out. Staff wearing mask. Customers getting serviced were not wearing mask. My gel mani chipped after 1 day! Went to get it fixed and it chipped along with my other nails in about 5 days. I am NOT rough on my nails. The pedi regular polish peeled/ chipped off on 7 toes. This is day 8 and I will not go back. $67.00 for a poor job done. Another place charged less and it lasted 3 weeks, too bad they were too busy a week ago. read more

I happened to need to get a mani and pedi Saturday morning before my brother's wedding but didn't have time to go to my regular spot in Corona. Since I've moved to Riverside, I have been unable to find "my spot", but yesterday I think I've found it! Don't let the plaza throw you off!! The staff were extremely friendly, talkative, engaging, and made sure to get everything done in time, without making me feel rushed. I ended up getting the deluxe spa pedicure and regular gel mani. I didn't get my pedicure technician's name but it was a very thorough process! Katie did my manicure and she was super sweet and kind!! She helped me pick my color; I was confused between a white and gray selection. The person who helped me at the register happened to come by before and was asking me about my brother's wedding and when it was. It felt so nice to be seen and heard during a random self care routine. I have definitely found MY place! It's so close to home as well which makes it even better! I definitely recommend going and trying this plan out at least once. It's affordable and if you pay cash-you get 5% off of your total. read more

I had a basic pedicure and fill and was charged $96.00.worst pedicure ever and was charged $48..and then the rest was in a fill...fast forward 2 days..I now have a raging infection in the corner of my toe and can hardly walk. I have an appt with my dr and have missed 2xdays of work. This was caused from the poor pedicure and unsanitary tools she was using. Not one to do reviews but beware of this place! First visit, walked in and got organic spa pedicure. It was amazing, when they promote a specific massage time, they make sure to be accurate they used a kitchen timer to keep track. I lived that. Somehow I was charged $104 for a mani & pedi, I paid without fuss because I did receive service but the amount charged didn't sit right with me. . . I went in with prior color and asked to get ONE nail removed because previous shop tech applied tip crooked. I got deluxe spa pedicure. Gel mani fill. I hate giving out bad reviews, but I have to for this place. I came in today just for a regular manicure, and off the bat everyone seemed annoyed. So I go on to pick my color and the lady tells me to go sit at her station and I do. She didn't take off my polish that I had on before completely. When she painted the new color on, she didn't do a great job. She didn't clean up around my nails and she was trembling a lot, so I didn't think it was a great idea for her to use tools that could cut someone bad. I left not pleased & unfortunately I won't be returning back. Please be aware of who does your nails at this place, if you do decide to go here. read more

Went there last minute and was able to get a manicure and pedicure. My nails were bare )no previous polish to remove) and natural (no acrylic) I had 5 different gel colors on my fingers and toes ) which they said would cost a little extra ) which turned out great and lasted about 3 weeks before chipping. However, I do think they are a bit pricey. $92. read more

I just love my first time experience bought a friend .... from booking day before and being helped right away. Staff was Friendly patient and quiet . Loved the spa pedicure but would have love my lotion warmed. Hannah did my nails and slayed my black Halloween look. She has a great Touch. Super relaxed. I went on a weekday right when they opened and was seated within 3 minutes. As the hour goes by, more people came trickling in so I would recommend coming early to avoid waiting. I got a pedicure and gel manicure. It was fairly priced! I was in and out in a little over an hour. I loved the outcome so much and couldn't stop looking at my nails afterwards! The only thing bad that I have to say is that my manicurist basically insisted (instead of asking) that she use a different color nail polish on both of my ring fingers. I just nodded and said ok because I was somewhat confused and caught off guard. She also spoke very little english so I wasn't sure what she meant exactly. I got charged $1 extra per each ring finger because it was a different color that what I had chosen. $1 is not bad AT ALL but I wish I was asked instead of "told". Otherwise, great customer service and very clean. I will come back! read more

First time here and not impressed. Nothing special. I felt what I paid for my service was not worth it. I had to tell the woman doing my nails multiple times to clean them, and had to show her how to do it. The woman next to me also had to do this. I've never been to a nail salon where they do not clean your nails. She barely filed them and it just looked janky. The nail polish covered it up and they looked fine after, but the process was not relaxing. I also paid full price for my young daughter to get a manicure and they barely spent any time on her. I just felt ripped off. Unfortunately, will not be back. read more

Gone are the days when techs were good with nails because it's their job and that was the standard and they didn't price gouge every step of the way. There is no standard with all of these nail salons. Will do a crap job and just take your money but when you go somewhere that's actually good and can do what they're supposed to do, the prices are astronomical. So if you can't do your own nails and you want to splurge then this is the place to go to. It's a shame they think they're better off charging SO MUCH for nails when they would be getting way more customers and way more money if their prices were fair. Thank god I can do my own nails because it's getting ridiculous. And I get it, it costs a more for the extravagant designs and XL nails but not hundreds of dollars. Especially when people do their nails every 2-3 weeks. My guy, you're not saving lives here. You're also not Picasso. You're just painting the tips of my fingers. Also they need to fix their sewer problem. I went in there and I could barely tolerate the smell it was so bad and they're acting like they don't smell anything. Original review: After researching nail salons for a couple of weeks, I decided to book with The Nail Salon. I scheduled my appointment through text and was asked to send a $20 deposit through Zelle, which I did during our conversation. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told I didn't actually have one scheduled. I showed the text messages and proof of the deposit transaction. She explained that because I didn't specifically tell her the payment had been sent, she didn't realize the deposit was from me and never added me to the schedule. At that point, I probably should have left, but since they weren't busy and I had already paid the deposit, I decided to continue with the appointment. The pedicure was honestly very relaxing, and the massage portion was excellent. Unfortunately, the manicure experience was much different. I requested a full set, showed a couple of inspiration photos, and trusted the tech to choose the best products. During the application process, I noticed the nails were crooked and mentioned it. I was told they would be fixed, but the final result still looked uneven and nothing like the inspiration photos. What made the experience more uncomfortable was that multiple times during the manicure, the misunderstanding about the appointment was brought up and framed as entirely my fault, with no acknowledgment of the communication issue on both sides. I'm admittedly not someone who likes confrontation, so after bringing up the crooked nails once, I stayed quiet, paid, tipped, and left. I walked in the other day did not make an appointment and I was seen right away. I always drive by this and I'm just so glad it's so near to my home. I know this may sound weird and it's my trauma speaking but -I felt so loved and cared for coming in there although it was my first time. I am really glad that I walked in because they have been nothing but so lovely and so, so wonderful. What I appreciate most is also the people who own it and staff there are also kind people. The owners Yvonne and Vincent are so great and genuinely kind. And it's not a fake smiles and fake customer service and two faced kind ya know?? They are just so respectful to each other and the way their demeanor and they speak kindly and polite to each other as husband and wife -you can tell that there is so much mutual respect and love between them and it's not like your usual husband and wife hostile behavior with a nail shop couple yelling and belittling each other in front of clients, etc. (Other staff are also very nice and welcoming!!!) People don't realize how rare it is to see a husband and wife, actually respect and love each other and speak to each other kindly or is that just my trauma speaking, lol but it was very healing to witness more than once. It just reflects the type of people they are, the managers they are, and the kind of healthy environment they provide by how they treat each other and staff. Not many people follow the golden rule to treat others how they want to be treated and it's very rare to experience common decency. 10 billion stars seriously!!!! Highly highly definitely recommend!!!!! My nails came out beautifully and perfect. I'm so obsessed. Major confidence boost as soon as we finished up. I got a milky gel and Vincent did beautiful work. He's very thorough, very kind, so gracious and made sure that I was comfortable the entire time and let me mess with my phone. I'm sure how annoying that could be for other people lol and they make it known, but there was not a single bad vibe here. There was no animosity no drama no negativity. It was just very peaceful in there and I'm really grateful that I got to experience this because it's been a long time since I've had a set of nails that I loved. I will definitely come here every time that I can for as long as I can to support them! I'm very proud of them - thank you very much Yvonne and Vincent !!!!! 1 billion stars out of 1 billion stars you guys are amazing and I appreciate you so much. You have no idea.
