The tofu bites were perfectly crispy and the sauce with the sweet nori had my mouth watering with all the different flavors! The tofu bites come in plain or sweet nori (for an extra 50 cents) flavors and was definitely worth the small up charge for the sweet nori. Tea shop with Filipino street food snacks and drinks? Had to try it out and determine if the social media hype was real or not. Came in on a Saturday afternoon, but unfortunately it was packed inside, so I ordered to go. I'm not sure if it's always packed and loud like that, or if that just happened to be my unfortunate timing. The Buko Pandan Halo-Halo was delicious, and the shredded cheese on top was a nice touch of extra flavor. If I had to critique it, I'd say it needed more buko. The fish balls were crispy and the sweet sauce it came with was exactly that, sweet sauce. Personally, I thought it paired better with the vinegar. The kwek-kwek wasn't too bad, I felt like it needed a bit of seasoning. Ideally it should be able to stand on its own, but I needed some vinegar for it. The halo-halo espesyal was tasty & the leche flan was a sweet addition. I didn't eat too much of it, but my mom said she really enjoyed it and would order again. I had one of their specials, the mango sticky rice drink. It had ube sticky rice and mango in their house coconut krema. I have to be honest, I was a bit underwhelmed as there wasn't much flavor, nor sweetness in the drink. Compared to the buko pandan halo-halo, the mango sticky rice was pretty bland. Although it was packed, the customer service was great, so shout out to the staff for keeping a positive attitude & atmosphere. Review from 1/4/26 visit. Overall experience was great and I would definitely come here again, not just for the food, but to support the wonderful people running the business. Stand-alone Filipino restaurants haven't typically done well in the greater Sacramento area so would really like to see them succeed. Atmosphere is friendly, inviting and comfortable. Great overall impression. Be patient because food is made fresh from order. Their food bowls were very beautifully plated. I got the longsilog and food was delicious. Sunny side of eggs were cooked great without being burned and longunisa had the perfect amount of crisp on the outside that I really enjoyed. Liberal serving of rice. I also had a taste of the menudo and pork adobo - both also delicious in my opinion. Kwek-kwek was a great treat. I personally like it better with the vinegar sauce that came with my longsilog than the house sweet sauce. The fishballs are great fresh. I would suggest eating right away. I let mine sit too long before eating and was more chewy than I like. I also prefer fish balls with vinegar sauce than sweet sauce. Macapuno, in general, is not one of my favorite things, but did snack on some on the drive home. If you like it - you won't be disappointed. Great blend of the outer, sweet crusty syrup preserve and jelly/chewy inside. For the amount of Filipino food, there is out there, their menu is fairly small, but with a great selection. They treated everyone with kindness and tried to get everyone's order out accordingly. They also made efforts to accommodated where they could. All staff were the definition of Filipino hospitality. Not a ton of seating, but smaller space does provide a more comfortable feel. Typical feel of a new and small restaurant. Not a sit down/waiter experience. Order at cashier, grab a seat and order will be brought out to you. Restaurant was clean, comfortable and inviting. Great location not too far from the Sunrise and 50 exit. In a shopping center, right on Sunrise - not too much traffic in this particular part of the center and plenty of parking spaces. There is also access to public transportation. There's a digital frame at the cash register when you order that shares what the current specials are. There's also a cute branded wall for those social media photos. I didn't see any bathrooms, I'm assuming due to size space. I don't think you'll be disappointed with any of their bowls. If you need any sauce - I would suggest their vinegar sauce. I'd then wash everything down with their refreshing melon juice, but maybe ask for a little less ice. I wish them many success as Filipino businesses are few and far between in Sacramento. read more

I love their sesame fries!!! I actually came for the drinks and ended up being a huge fan of the sesame fries. They remind me a lot of soy Korean fried chicken! Great crunch and sauce on top, as well the dipping sauce. I don't know if I'd recommend the drinks or not. The mango sago I got was good but very sweet. I'll try to adjust the sugar next time. We also tried the Thai constellation and it ended up separating in the drink and just was not looking good. If you're either close to this place or 30 to 45 minutes away. I highly recommend going to the spot and giving it a shot. I've ordered two drinks from there. But I absolutely love. I don't have the words to describe how happy this place make my mouth lol sounds bad lol I haven't tried the food yet, but the vibes in there. 4estea is a cute new boba spot that I just had to check out after seeing it on my fb story from about Teriyaki Station in Folsom, which is a Filipino restaurant. I believe this is also family owned, which adds a nice personal touch to the experience. I tried the mango sago, and wow, it was delicious! My husband and youngest daughter loved it too. I also got the halo halo, and it was just as tasty. We couldn't resist the nori fries either! they had this sweet nori flavor that was amazing, especially when dipped in spicy mayo. The balance of flavors was a nice burst in your mouth lol. The place has a really inviting vibe, and the service was super fast. The only downside is that they don't have a restroom, which is a bit of a bummer. But honestly, everything else was great! I can't wait to go back and try more of their drinks and snacks. My current hyper-fixation! This is a local small business that I am so happy to support. The owners did a fantastic job at making the space feel like home and you can feel the love radiating from the members of the staff. Every dessert item is thoughtfully put together and the snack menu is full of some of the best Filipino favorites! We ordered plain fries which were super fresh and crispy, the lumpia shanghai which came out piping hot and delicious, the matcha latte sooo good if you are a matcha fan, and the halo halo. Once the halo halo was mixed well and I drank it from the boba straw, all the flavors combined blended so well together which made me want more! This place is a two man crew and they even had a sign saying that so you are not wondering why you are waiting for your food and drinks. I've driven by this spot multiple times and discovered it was a new spot in the rancho/gold river area so I wanted to give it a try. I got their Turon Matcha latte which is a caramelized banana latte with torched sugar bits on top. It was fairly expensive for a drink, coming in around $9.87, but realized this was one of their speciality drinks so I definitely wanted to try. I decided to get 50% sweet and it was the perfect balance of sweetness, the banana flavor was fresh and didn't taste artificial at all. The caramelized banana bits were delicious too. I'm hoping next time to something off their food menu. I highly recommend this local Filipino spot if you're looking for something a little non traditional when it comes to boba shops. I've been here a few times and everything I've tried has been very satisfying. I haven't tried any of the boba drink. I've tried the buko pandan halo halo, turon matcha latte, mango sago, ube champorado, and chocolate champorado. Everything was good! The only thing for me is the mango sago was a bit too sweet for my liking but good in flavor. They have great customer service each time we come in. I went back and ordered more after because I loved them so much!). I got the Muscat Verde (SO refreshing, hands down my favorite!), Berry Zoe, and 4estea Cooler. What I love is that their fruit teas come with real fruit bits . They're not overly sweet, perfectly balanced so you actually taste the tea and the fresh fruit flavors. Came to check out the rice bowls. Ordered a beef bowl for $17.99. The good: very flavorful and the person at the counter was great. The bad: vast majority was gristle. One would think that customers would expect at least some meat at that price. If the dish is full of gristle, they would not return. Not a smart move and the chef ought to know better than to include a bunch of unchewable elastin. That's the kind of stuff you would trim away before cutting up the beef for the dish. Trying to save a few pennies and losing a customer is not smart business. read more

We found out about this place through instagram. The place is small, but clean. Super disappointed for my first time here. My partner and I walked in and it wasn't busy at all. We ordered 3 items: a melon drink, buko pandan halo halo, and tocilog. The tocilog came out first and quickly. The food wasn't very hot. Warm at best, like it was waiting in the back to be ordered. We waited 45 minutes for the melon drink and longer for the halo halo to come out. Other folks that came after us got their orders before our missing items. We were forgotten twice even after asking one of the owners. The first time we asked one of the owners, he said ok, walked in the back and that was it. The second time asking a different employee seemed to get our order out. The melon juice came out and tasted watered down like it was sitting in the back. When the buko pandan halo halo came out it was good! I'd order it again, but definitely not worth the wait. We got an apology but that doesn't make up for the wasted time. Overall a bad experience.
