Terry was not at all what I had imagined when I thought of someone in this profession, and that was surprisingly refreshing. She has a great sense of humor, she's originally from the East Coast, and I absolutely loved her sassy, down-to-earth, real vibe. It felt authentic. No fluff. No pretense.....Just genuine energy and insight. I've been on a spiritual awakening journey for about nine months now. I've done "past" life regression sessions and have received messages from my higher self, spirit team, and angel guides. ALSO--If you had told me a year ago that this is where I'd be, I would have laughed in your face and walked away. And yet, here I am. The one thing I was really hoping for in this session was to connect my earthbound body to my spiritual self. This was my first time trying Reiki for that purpose, and again--it exceeded my expectations. I know everyone's experiences are different, but the feedback Terry gave me afterward was extremely on point. The insights were deep, accurate, and validating in ways I didn't expect. Thank you, Terry, for reminding me to get out into nature more and for all the other advice and reflections you shared. It felt aligned and timely. I can't wait to book our next session.

Let's just say I was the only woman customer in this establishment as my wife was sitting in the car waiting for me, observing the type of men coming in and out. Masseuses are wearing short denim shorts and tight tops. There are provocative artwork on the wall. I walked by a bathtub and standup shower. Why is there a bathtub and stand up shower? I have no idea, but I'm sure you can imagine. Oil is used instead of lotion. I did not know what I was walking into and now I know. The massage was mediocre, but the customer service was good. Lots of red flags that I should have listened to. I won't be coming back because we now know what happens here.

Came here during daylight savings time. They were able to accommodate my partner & I one hour ahead…read moreof time since I mistook 9 am as 10 am. We've never had a chinese foot massage before so we were excited and nervous. "What if it wasn't as good as a thai massage?" was the question going through my head. But my husband felt that thai masseuse were a little hard on him (pressure-wise) because of his physique (a little bulky, particularly around the shoulders). When we arrived, we were expected to pay ahead of time, which we obliged. We decided on a combo massage because I wanted a back massage while my husband wanted a foot massage. After we paid, they took us to a room where they place our feet in warm water, then proceeded to dry & massage our foot. We sat there for 30 minutes before moving to another room for a full body massage. Maybe I'm biased since I am chinese but I definitely enjoy this type of massage more than a thai massage. Besides the lady at the front desk, the ladies who gave us massages spoke little to no English so it was a lot of gesturing when we spoke. When I told her that she was putting too much pressure on my back, I just said "ouch! Or ungh!!!" They also expected more than $20 for tip but other than that they were very pleasant and accommodating. There is plenty of parking and close to Brothers Restaurant if you feel like eating lunch/brunch after. This will definitely be our tradition every other month or at least every quarter.

Since they were new to the area, there weren't many reviews online, but the price was great--$60 for a 40-minute body massage and a 30-minute foot massage--and we liked that it was local. Conveniently located on Mission Gorge Road near 7-Eleven and The Library, this spot is perfect if you live in Allied Gardens or on your way home to Santee. The staff spoke limited English, but they were very nice and helpful, which made the experience pleasant. My husband said it was the best foot massage he had ever experienced and I couldn't agree more. We also received a complimentary hot stone treatment during our massage, which was a nice and unexpected bonus.
