Got a wonderful massage at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended. Winni was great.

This place is truly a gem, it's so clean and the staff were so accommodating. More importantly, masseur Max absolutely worked magic and I walked out with so much more mobility in my neck and back in one 70 minute treatment. He communicated with my needs, and I could not recommend him or the business more highly! Tell your friends ;) read more

My upper back and shoulders were so tight. Max really concentrated on my tight muscles and kept asking if the pressure was alright.

This place is my go to if my muscles are tight, sore, or if I just want a relaxing massage. Winnie is a fantastic masseuse; I am always impressed with her strength and stamina. She knows how to pinpoint spots that need work and can adapt to what you need. Management is always friendly and accommodating as well. The place is always clean and tidy with nice ambience. Highly recommend! read more

My go-to spot for massages! I have gone here for a couples massage and they do not disappoint. For a couples massage, it's $120 - which is pretty affordable in my opinion. I can't remember their names here but I always get different people. I will come back soon! read more

I've been here twice already feeling refreshed after each time I go. I've done the 60 min couples massage for $120 which I think is a good deal. read more

Was able to get an appointment quickly for the time I needed. We were greeted by a friendly employee and answered our questions Offered us options for tv oil and lotion to be used and the therapists were amazing. Will definitely go back. read more

So I'm iffy on this place. The service is amazing and I try to go regularly. The second to last time I went I was asked to tip $20 according to their little tipping scale they have printed at the front desk. I went for a $60 (60 minute) massage, 20% of that is $12 (not including the $1 Credit Card fee they put into the customer). I argued that I would give 20% not $20. That should have been the end of it. But the lady insisted she did amazingly and I agreed, hence why I would tip 20%. She tried begging me for more at which point I just gave up and gave her nothing. Who begs for more money (tip money which isn't mandatory anywhere!) putting a customer into an awkward position? I tried once more this weekend, I did not tip on purpose because I was standing my ground that it wasn't mandatory. These folks ran after me like I had stolen merchandise and made me look horrible in front of other passerby's. I paid for my service entirely. TIPS ARE NOT MANDATORY! When I left, the place texted me the following::: Let's Relax Massage Text Message: How was your massage? Me: It was great! I just wish the tip wasn't mandatory. Max and the other lady chased me out the door begging me for a tip. Sometimes people don't tip and that's ok. Let's Relax Massage Text Message: Dear valued customer, Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify that while we never mandate tipping, it's important to understand that gratuities constitute a significant portion of our massage therapists' income. Moreover, tips often serve as meaningful recognition from guests who appreciate exceptional service. We truly respect your perspective, and hope you can also understand our therapists' position in this matter. Your understanding would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, have a great day! Me: Tips should not constitute any portion of an employees income. They should get paid well enough that they don't need to chase customers out of the store BEGGING for a tip. They kept yelling out, "Lady please tip!". Is that how you treat your employees? My understanding has nothing to do with how you treat your employees. You need to greatly appreciate their work and pay them accordingly. I am a customer I am not the employer. Pay your people. But I will be putting this on yelp so everyone understands that these employees are not paid well enough. Let's Relax Massage Text Message: We just wanted to kindly explain our viewpoint -- we're not asking you to cover the therapist's wages. As noted, tips are also an expression of satisfaction and recognition from customers. We appreciate your time and understanding. read more

This was my 1st time to this place and I will definitely be back. I got a 90 minute massage and it was amazing. It was easy to communicate and he applied the perfect pressure. I came in very stiff due to work stress and a new workout split. He took his time on my neck and applied hot stones which relaxed me right away. He even gave me a foot massage. It was like he knew I was very sore. 10/10 will definitely be back ! read more

I love this place! They can almost always get me in right away. It's clean, it's quiet, there's free parking, and it is reasonable. I have mainly seen Max and Lily for my massages. I like medium to deep pressure massages and they both do an incredible job. I also love that they include hot stones. I work a lot and get shoulder lock, so this is a must to keep me from being rusty. lol read more

10/10 recommend. Came here for a wellness day and they were super nice. The lobby was clean and welcoming. The receptionist at the desk was very friendly. I was offered multiple options when it came to oil vs lotion. One of the options being CBD oil which I thought was cool. Once my massage started I was asked pressure level. I chose medium, perfect for a relaxing massage but still getting out knots. Over massage was great full body including heated rocks. The price was great it was about $65 for a 70 min massage. I thought that was good compared to other places. Parking was good. They have a lot located behind the spa. I will definitely be back. read more

The massage was very relaxing, and the therapist was attentive to my requests. I left feeling much lighter and less tense. The only downside was that the room temperature was a bit cool for me. Still, I would definitely come back. read more

Let's Relax Spa is my go-to spot for massages -- consistently amazing every time I visit. The atmosphere is calming, clean, and welcoming, and the staff are always professional and friendly. Vinnie is hands down the best masseuse I've ever had. She always finds and works out all the knots, focusing on the areas that need the most attention without me even having to say much. Her technique is both relaxing and therapeutic -- I always leave feeling like a new person. If you're looking for a place that truly cares about your comfort and helps relieve real tension and soreness, this is it. Highly recommend booking with Vinnie read more

Price point is worth it and reasonable and they do a great job. I'm always able to walk in and so far April to be seen.

I opted for a 60 minute combo massage (back, shoulder, head, and feet). It was a good experience! I came in as a walk-in on a Saturday afternoon. Professional, polite, and straight to the point service is what I received. I would highly recommend this place if you're looking for quick relief at a good price scale. I'll definitely come back. read more

I've gotten a massage here twice now and both times have been nothing short of amazing!! Place is really clean and bright, and the staff is really nice too! The first time I came here, I had Eric as my masseuse and he gave me a great massage that I had to come back a second time today. I called and asked for him again but unfortunately it was his day off so I received a massage from another sweet lady name Lina and Omg she was REALLY GOOD too! She really took her time on my shoulders, which is what needed attention the most. She got all the kinks and knots out that I walked out of there feeling sooooooo relaxed and better then when I walked in. This is definitely my new go to massage place and I'm already thinking about booking my next appointment! read more

Great experience. Winni is great. One of my better experiences. The place is clean and friendly.

My husband and I always do couple massages at different massages spas. We like to try new places. We bought a Groupon for our anniversary and used it today.... Vinnie worked on the wife and she was very pleased. Max worked on myself and had strong hands and was great. We will definitely be back to see them again...come try them out. Clean and relaxing read more

The massage was mid. Went with my boyfriend for a couple massage, we have been trying different places to see what places we like most. I feel like they could have done better. I did not feel relaxed, the napkin they place for you to lay your head into made my face all itchy. After getting the massage they were basically begging for a tip, which I found very unprofessional. read more

**This place is extremely overpriced for what you get. I paid $40 for a 30-minute body massage and $20 for gua sha, totaling $60 -- but everything was rushed and finished in just 30 minutes. This is completely unacceptable. The therapist, Lily, wasted time and gave a totally ineffective massage. I left still feeling all the pain, as if I hadn't received any treatment at all. On top of that, when I said I would go to my car to get a tip, she ignored me and insisted on asking for a tip right away. I believe tipping should be optional, not forced or demanded. I strongly suggest the owner take serious action regarding this employee's unprofessional behavior. I will not be coming back and absolutely do not recommend this place to anyone.** read more

It was my first time coming to this place and I loved every second. I had a huge knot in my left shoulder that had been pinching a nerve and numbing my left arm. Max did an AMAZING job working it out. From when I initially developed the knot a month ago, it was at a consistent 60% painful after a few chiropractor sessions. After my massage, I'm now at about 15% pain with minimal numbness. Aside from my results, the prices were reasonable, the place was very clean, my massage therapist was very thorough, professional, and receptive, and the hot stones and towels were the perfect temperature. I'm definitely coming back here. Just as a tip: you should call ahead to confirm a time slot as they seem to be a team of two and get pretty busy. read more

I was skeptical about a massage place in a strip mall next to a boba place, but I wanted to give it a try, and I'm so glad I did! I got the 60 minute foot massage, which wasn't just feet - it includes scalp, neck/shoulders, hands/arms, and some overall pressure. It was great - the pressure was perfect and I left feeling better than I have in months. Thanks Max!! And there's a whole parking lot in the back! No need to street park. read more

First time massage experience was great! I have been so sore from my new workout split and walking out after had me on cloud 9! I am not sure of the lady's name that did mine but she was so kind and a great massager. Definitely will come back for my self care days. read more

My favorite massage place! It is clean, staff is always SO friendly, helpful, and welcoming and I always leave feeling amazing and very satisfied with my massage whether it be a foot or full body. The price is also great and super affordable which makes it easier for me to come more often, and I love Max! He does a wonderful job and super relaxing with not too much pressure. I also love they give you a discount card after a certain number. Thank you!!! read more

Best last-minute decision to get a massage ever! I called just after 5 p.m. after perusing Yelp reviews and decided to ask for availability. I got set up for a 7 p.m. appointment for my wife and me for a couples massage. After getting there, we looked at the options and quickly chose the 90-minute massage with hot stones. We have frequented other spa places to which we were return customers for years, but sadly, we've had poor experiences for the last several visits. I'm glad we did because it led me to find this gem! It is only a few minutes away from our house! Skip to the massage...we were led to a room where we were given the typical undressing instructions. The room was long, so my wife and I were not side by side but head to head with ample space around. Our therapists stepped in and got to work! We both asked for deep tissue/hard, and that's what we got. Mine may have been breathing as hard as me, working the knots out of my back, shoulders, and legs. She started with compressions and went full send on the back of my neck to the base of my skull piece til I saw rainbows underneath my closed eyeballs. Tiny little thing she was, but she was mighty. I think I even said she's strong, and she said, "I know," lol. The rocks came out, and I got a massage with those, which felt amazing! My first time, so I didn't know what to expect. Eventually, the flip and she continued on my face, chest, shoulders, arms...just the works. My wife got a great massage too, but this is mainly my review. We will be back, maybe even more frequently than our last spot, because IT'S CHEAPER!!! We had Jessie and either Winnie or Ninnie (I'm not quite sure, sorry). They were both professional and constantly checked to see if the pressure was fine and how we were doing throughout the experience. I'd give them 10 stars if I could! read more

Just had another great massage with Julie. Her technique is exceptional as always . The owner was very thoughtful and considerate to warm up the massage table before i started the session. The ambiance at the La Mesa location was very pleasant and the service was very customer oriented. I will visit again! read more

I have been going to this location for about 6 months. I have taken several friends with me as well who have always walked away happy with their massage. Also had cupping done here several times. Winnie and Max are my preferred but everyone here does an amazing massage. read more

Hidden gem. Found this place on Groupon a year ago go for a valentines gift for my wife. We keep coming back. Thanks to the hands of Max and Vinny or Winnie (other reviews say Winnie) . Vinny made my left forearm feel way better. No more knot. read more

Lily was amazing. She made sure that I was comfortable with the pressure throughout the massage. I had booked online for 35 but when I got there , there was a miscommunication and I paid 40. The prices are good and the massage was great. I went in for a couples massage when I booked over the phone. I thought that I would have to book a week or two in advance, but they could get us in the very next day. read more

Highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend! I had a 90 minute massage with Max and it was incredible. I,000 out of 10!

First time checking out this massage place. We'll definitely be back. Got a full body massage with Max. He really got in all my knots.

So happy to have found this place! I pulled a muscle in my neck and asked for extra attention in that area and Winnie delivered. She has strong hands! 10/10 massage experience. My husband had Nancy and said she was also really good! The place was clean and cute. Highly recommend! read more

We did a couples' massage and it was great. Everyone was very friendly, it was clean, they asked many times throughout the massage if it was too hard, and I felt really good afterward. I will definitely be coming back. The one gripe (which is not their fault) is that I think the boba place next door was bumping some crazy bass. It didn't bother me that much but it can be annoying to someone who is trying to relax. On the bright side, I think their boba is pretty good. read more

We got the couples cupping & hot stones massage. They were very flexible to our requests. Appropriate pressure for me(a man) didn't need to tell her to adjust at all. Cupping was good too. Will recommend! Worth it. read more

They always offer an amazingly relaxing experience. I like the full body massage. It always alleviates any tension that I have in my body and takes away stress. I leave feeling so good for the rest of the day. I have become a regular customer and I am so glad I found this place! read more

Staff were friendly. Place was very clean. Massage was great. Prices were reasonable. I will be back :)

Came here with my husband for a Sunday reset. We did the couples massage with cupping and hot stones. It was our first time cupping and was a great experience. The location is so clean and everyone who worked here was so kind and professional. They checked in with us throughout the massage to make sure the pressure of the massages and tightness from the cupping was okay with us. We have tried a couple of massage places in San Diego and know we will definitely be coming back again for more massages. Thank you Let's Relax Spa! read more

My mom and I were able to make same-day appointments for extremely affordable deep tissue massages. They were doing a promotion where they added on the cupping for free! The biggest surprise was the quality of the bodywork. They did a wonderful job and I have a very hard back to work on. We will be coming back.! read more

I had a 2 hour massage with Whinney and she was amazing. She really worked hard on my back, neck, legs and feet. Anywhere I was sore was basically thoroughly kneaded and rubbed into submission.
