Masseuses are wearing short denim shorts and tight tops. There are provocative artwork on the wall. I walked by a bathtub and standup shower. Why is there a bathtub and stand up shower? I have no idea, but I'm sure you can imagine. Oil is used instead of lotion. I did not know what I was walking into and now I know. The massage was mediocre, but the customer service was good. Lots of red flags that I should have listened to. I won't be coming back because we now know what happens here.

You get what you pay for, and I'm honestly not mad at the service we got considering the price!…read more - PARKING - A bit hard to maneuver since the first lane is completely blocked off, and there's only one lane going in and out of the lot. The plaza can be busy at times so you might just have to walk a bit further. - SERVICE/ENVIRONMENT - Since the plaza is fairly small, the interior is pretty cramped as well. The front area only has space for 4 people standing-room. We had made an appointment, so after checking-in, we were led down the hallway to a room. We passed by several other doors but overall the space is pretty small. Still it gets the job done - the room we got was an odd layout but had enough space for two beds for our couples massage. - EXPERIENCE - They definitely found a few knots and noticed a few pressure points on my back that I'm glad they went a little deeper on. I appreciated the check-ins on whether I was OK with the strength, but there were times when I wish they would have told me what they were going to do next. I also felt like they took a longer time on my back, but once I flipped over, it was only 1/3 of the time. Still, they did a great job considering the price again. - OVERALL - If you want a no-frills quick massage, this is a solid spot!

Exact words "no, $20" I was shocked because I never had anyone demanded more tip. I typically don't write reviews, but my experience with Gale (the spa owner partnered with Body and…read moreHealthcare & Spa) was so dangerous that I feel obligated to warn others. During my visit, Gale performed a Japanese Reiki session so recklessly that it caused actual injury. What was meant to be a gentle, healing energy practice turned into a painful and upsetting experience that left me physically hurt. I went in for relaxation and left injured. It was clear during the session that Gale lacked the basic competence to be performing this kind of bodywork. As if that weren't enough, Gale's daughter Chloe--who also appears to work at or around the spa--engaged in deeply unprofessional conduct with my husband. She made inappropriate comments such as "I want white babies" and created an extremely uncomfortable environment for him through her coercive and boundary-crossing behavior. No client should have to navigate unwanted advances or pressure while trying to relax and receive services. To make matters worse, the overall environment felt completely unprofessional. A spa should be a place of trust and safety; this was the opposite. Body and Healthcare & Spa should be ashamed to associate their brand with people who run such an unsafe and inappropriate operation. Do not trust these individuals with your safety. Go somewhere that actually respects client well-being and knows how to maintain basic professional boundaries.

Terry was not at all what I had imagined when I thought of someone in this profession, and that was surprisingly refreshing. She has a great sense of humor, she's originally from the East Coast, and I absolutely loved her sassy, down-to-earth, real vibe. It felt authentic. No fluff. No pretense.....Just genuine energy and insight. I've been on a spiritual awakening journey for about nine months now. I've done "past" life regression sessions and have received messages from my higher self, spirit team, and angel guides. ALSO--If you had told me a year ago that this is where I'd be, I would have laughed in your face and walked away. And yet, here I am. The one thing I was really hoping for in this session was to connect my earthbound body to my spiritual self. This was my first time trying Reiki for that purpose, and again--it exceeded my expectations. I know everyone's experiences are different, but the feedback Terry gave me afterward was extremely on point. The insights were deep, accurate, and validating in ways I didn't expect. Thank you, Terry, for reminding me to get out into nature more and for all the other advice and reflections you shared. It felt aligned and timely. I can't wait to book our next session.
