I opted for the 60 min/cupping as I have never done it before so I was real excited. She briefly talked about the procedure and 10-15 mins into the massage she applied the cups with the right amount of suction. It was a little strange but not uncomfortable. She kept those cups on while she worked on my legs and feet. She definitely hit some spots I didn't know I needed. Ultimately I walked outta there feeling great. Background info: I am almost 2 months post-surgery from breaking my collarbone and have a 5-6 inch scar where you can feel the rope-like scar tissue texture. My range of motion has been limited and now that I'm starting to walk/workout lower body, my body has been holding onto tension on lower back and upper right side to compensate for not being able to use my left arm so much. I came in as a walk in after checking 3 other surrounding massage places that didn't take me. Today was day 4 of having a severe, consistent headache and I was desperate to see if a massage would help. The woman who helped me was an older woman (I should've asked for name), but was dressed in black and had her hair up. I let her know of the recovering enjoy but was able to tolerate massage in the area (cleared by my PT). I also let her know about the severe headache, lower back pain as well. She was extremely compassionate, caring, and precise. She checked in to make sure the pressure was okay around my injury. I've never had a massage this relieving, this relaxing, this euphoric. When I turned face up, she was diligent; massaging around my surgical area, and gentle yet firm when massaging over the scar itself. It was an emotional experience because I felt seen, cared for, understood. I have been in so much pain but this woman saw me and could just feel how my body was tense and she took care of me. At the end, I couldn't help but give her a hug. I was extremely desperate for relief. She was so sweet and genuine. It was only $66 and I couldn't believe it. For that type of care and attention to detail, I couldn't believe it. If you come here, you will be taken care of. This was my first time and I will 100% come back. Aero, thank you so much. Truly. I look forward to coming back again. Thank you for helping me have more range of motion to my arm, for taking care of my headache, and being compassionate.

The front area only has space for 4 people standing-room. We had made an appointment, so after checking-in, we were led down the hallway to a room. We passed by several other doors but overall the space is pretty small. Still it gets the job done - the room we got was an odd layout but had enough space for two beds for our couples massage. - EXPERIENCE - They definitely found a few knots and noticed a few pressure points on my back that I'm glad they went a little deeper on. Mariah works for Rehab United Kearny Mesa, the best physical therapists in the country, yes, in the whole USA. The first appointment I had with Mariah was early this year and it was so necessary. Our 125 lb. American Akita had to have a herniated disc repaired in her neck and couldn't walk up and down stairs for almost two months. We live in a third floor walk-up. My body was so out of whack and I'm already riddled with a plethora of sports-related injuries so nothing was working properly. I made an online appointment through Resolve Wellness's website and about seven days went in to the clinic for my appointment. RU is not like a typical massage therapy office. They are a medical office so they are very thorough. When you arrive (10-15 minutes early), they will have you fill out a complete history so they can target the appropriate areas and work with you for treatment. Mariah does the same. Each appointment we discuss where I am hurting or overworked and walks through her plan for the session. You will love Mariah. She is such a genuine soul and lovely and fun to chat with while she's driving out the cares and aches of the world. Before RU I didn't really like massages because they either hurt when they shouldn't have or didn't feel like anything. I've worked with three other massage therapists over the years with RU but Mariah is now my regular therapist.
