I contacted the subcontractor who installed it and he responded to fix. Within a week, it was leaking again. I contacted the installer again but he ghosted me. I eventually got Tony out to repair it. I was hopeful but a little skeptical bc Tony wasn't familiar with this system but he researched it, and then fixed it! Then recently, we were having a problem with the spa. Tony's crew had also changed out a spa valve earlier this year. That valve was working fine and I felt the issue we were having was operator error but we couldn't figure it out. Tony sent his guy out and, yes, operator error. We got a freebie and I will not hesitate to contact Tony and his crew for any and all future pool needs!

I have one of the largest pools in Eastridge Hills (31K gallons)...just moved in a year ago so things were a bit tricky. Emilio handled all of it like a pro. He's the REAL DEAL (I.dont.leave.reviews.!). He came out to assess our pool/spa system, explained clearly why the existing control board wasn't compatible with our equipment, and walked me through the options WITHOUT upselling me. We went with the AquaLink upgrade! System works beautifully. Everything's connected to the app, equipment is programmed, and he demonstrated it all before collecting a single dollar. Honest, knowledgeable, patient with a lot of questions, and genuinely good at his craft. If you've got a pool or spa in the area, don't overthink it -- call Emilio. -- Dave B., Fairfield CA - Eastridge Hills

Instead of making me feel stupid Nick waived the service fee and made sure my pump and heater were working well before he left. I've gone through four different pool services in the past three years, and Clean Blue Pool Service…read moreis easily the best we've had. Isaiah, the owner, was extremely responsive to my texts, showed up on time, and did a very thorough inspection of our pool and equipment. What really impressed me was how knowledgeable he is. We have a saltwater pool with solar heating, and he clearly understands the technical side of pool systems, chemical balancing, equipment, and common maintenance issues. He took the time to answer a ton of technical questions and actually knew the answers rather than giving me generic responses. He also reprogrammed our system to optimize the filter speeds and improve the efficiency of our solar heating. His pricing is reasonable, and because he's an owner-operator, you know who is actually going to show up and service your pool. That matters to me. With some of our previous companies, the service started out great but became inconsistent over time or depended on which employee came out that week. With Clean Blue, Isaiah is the person doing the work, and it's obvious he takes pride in it. He handles routine pool service and chemical balancing and can also take care of maintenance and equipment issues when they come up. After four pool companies in three years, I'm very glad we found Isaiah. Highly recommend Clean Blue Pool Service.
