They never taped or wrapped the wires to all my electronics and devices to the appliances, so I had to spend hours looking for the wires. They did not unpack me or put-up pictures as they said they would do, and then wanted more money to do that!! I had to pay someone to come in and help me unpack. It was a disaster! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOUR THINGS AND YOUR TIME!!!

Yes, this time we had a whole house to move with furniture and many boxes! We got several estimates for packing and moving. We Move on Demand was not only recommended by a friend, but they came in with the lowest estimate....by far. We paid a great price for both packing and moving. It took 2 guys a whole day to pack us up. Only one of them spoke English and was able to communicate with us and that was fine. Both guys were prompt, polite and honest. They found a bag of money that my 11 year old son lost several month ago and returned it. The next day was moving day! We actually needed four guys to move all of our stuff. Even Eduardo (the owner/manager?) was on site in the morning to make sure everything was going well. He was also there to make sure the appropriate paper work was signed and the payment was complete. We ended up having to pay for over time. Yes, I know..... I think we have way too much "stuff" too! Bottom line....our furniture and "stuff" got to our new house safely. So far I have not seen any broken items. The staff was very easy to deal with. I would say I would use them again but hopefully I will not be moving again for a very long time!!!

They were very reasonably priced (per hour rate) with two movers and a truck. I arranged to meet them at the pickup location at 9am. For whatever reason, they showed up at 8am as I was driving to the pickup location so I had to turn around to get back to my place in time to open the door. The move went well. I asked them to help with moving a small cabinet to the garage since they were paid by the hour; Enrigue was helpful but the second guy refused. It's what it is. Overall, a good deal except the need to improve the communication the next time around.

Rude, overpriced, had random people show up off the streets who spent half the time on their phones and smoking weed. Seriously, they were horrible! They showed up in a tiny uhaul half full of all of their equipment because "their truck was full of someone else's stuff" they committed fraud by charging hourly plus travel time. They beat the walls and all of our stuff to death. The owner is an absolute prick, then tried to pressure you to tip. I was good to them and even bought them lunch and still got ripped off. They didn't even complete 1/3rd of the move in 3xs the time it should have taken. What an absolute nightmare! Unfortunately and ironically I was at my storage unit months later and The owner has a nasty temper and got mad at my daughter and I after almost running us over in the storage I spoke up and said hey why are you driving that big truck so fast and close to people in a storage facility? He was absolutely disgusting in response and his wife has to get control of him. For a supposedly god fearing man he sure is a vile human being!!!

They carefully disassembled our furniture early in the morning, loaded everything, drove the four hours to St. Augustine, and then reassembled everything that evening. Thanks to their hard work, we were able to sleep in our own beds in our new home that very same night. In the days leading up to the move, Jim Fischer was fantastic. He answered all of my questions quickly, was responsive throughout the process, and helped put my mind at ease during what can be a stressful time. My father owned Mayflower Moving & Storage for many years, so I grew up around the moving industry and have very high standards when it comes to movers. Journey Movers exceeded my expectations. Their attention to detail, work ethic, and customer service were exceptional. They handled our belongings with care and made what could have been a very stressful move feel seamless. I couldn't be more grateful for the incredible job they did. I would absolutely recommend Journey Movers to anyone planning a move, and I would not hesitate to use them again in the future. Thank you for a job well done!

I noticed nothing but great reviews so I booked the service. Two movers and a beat up white moving truck shows up. To my horror, half way through the move, as we get closer to move heavier furnishings like dressers, I noticed that the truck is missing the ramp, even though it had the space for it. Bottom of the dressers got scratched moving them in with me having to help otherwise it would have been impossible and unloading them caused heavy dresser to fall close to the ground, chipping the corners. When the time came to pay the zelle info given had nothing to do with the name of the company advertised so I believe it may be a broker for local labor disguised as a loving company.
