Absolutely the worst experience ever! Watch your money, belongings and home because they will take liberties with all of them! Rude, overpriced, had random people show up off the streets who spent half the time on their phones and smoking weed. Seriously, they were horrible! They showed up in a tiny uhaul half full of all of their equipment because "their truck was full of someone else's stuff" they committed fraud by charging hourly plus travel time. They beat the walls and all of our stuff to death. The owner is an absolute prick, then tried to pressure you to tip. I was good to them and even bought them lunch and still got ripped off. They didn't even complete 1/3rd of the move in 3xs the time it should have taken. What an absolute nightmare! Unfortunately and ironically I was at my storage unit months later and The owner has a nasty temper and got mad at my daughter and I after almost running us over in the storage I spoke up and said hey why are you driving that big truck so fast and close to people in a storage facility? He was absolutely disgusting in response and his wife has to get control of him. For a supposedly god fearing man he sure is a vile human being!!! read more

I paid over $700 for them to wrap and pack 5 very heavy expensive glass covered paintings and several other small delicate items and bring them from my step fathers assisted living facility to my home to put with other items of mine that were to be moved the following week. They arrived at his place at 11am and to my surprise, they arrived at my home by 12. This was the first red flag. They arrived in an unmarked white truck. Second red flag. 2 old obviously used "mirror boxes" (multiple boxes taped together to facilitate the size of the pictures) with holes in them and barely any tape slapped on arrived, 2 boxes for the 5 paintings. I assumed they must have forgotten the other 3 paintings, but upon inspecting the boxes I could feel that the contents were loose and shaking around. I cut the one small piece of tape holding these extremely heavy paintings together for further inspection. There was not one piece of wrapping or padding. They were simply thrown into old haphazardly pieced together boxes. 2 in one box and 3 in the other. I don't know how they survived the trip to my home in this condition. There was another large maybe 18 cube box with two unwrapped framed pieces that were thrown into the bottom of the box. No wrapping and they didn't even tape the top of the box together. This movers were found by a business card at an assisted living facility and I imagine that's because it is easy to take advantage of the eldery and overcharge for poor work. The owner of the company is unprofessional and rude. She said she was going to get back to me about a partial refund but of course she has not. If I wanted to throw these paintings in the back of my trunk and drive them 5 minutes down the street to my house I could have done that for free. I hired professional movers at a very high price for only one hour of their time expecting a good job to be done but instead I got this atrocious disaster. I will now do this myself. They did a great job moving my dad. They arrived right on time. They worked quickly and efficiently to complete the job. They were very careful. We had an issue with the couch not fitting in the elevator and with some persuasion they carried it up 2 flights of stairs for an additional $150. Cheaper than buying a new couch. read more

Majestic moved my mother twice, and both times was an easy and great move. Robin was incredibly helpful and understanding as we changed dates. they showed up on time, moved her quickly and easily. I forgot that one of the furniture pieces was going and they came back later that week to get it. I've moved many times in my life and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. read more

Very poor quality of service. A handful of items were not delivered and the owner would like you to think he has done everything possible to locate your lost items but he is arrogant and rude on the phone and in person . Sharon, A sister of the moving coordinator decided to talk to much about her religion while packing us up. We were not interested in her views as a born again Christian. I have used Majestic Relocation Specialist three times this year in moving my brother across state and then for my own residence. I was recommended to them by the director of an assisted living facility and boy, what a blessing! They were on time, called several times to announce their arrival, were absolute gentlemen and very careful about the items. They worked through rain and extreme heat and we're still timely and in good spirits. Price was excellent and I definitely recommend them for small or large moves. read more

Besides him being almost an hour late oh, they were very rude especially Sharon. They kept making snide remarks. On top of it all they've never unpacked all the stuff that impact the kitchen and that was it they had to come back after I complain to unpack boxes. I do not recommend these people read more

My parents moved from their own home to an independent living place, and everything had to be done quickly. From the estimate to the actual move, Majestic made everything so easy. The people were incredibly caring and kind, and they understand how difficult it is for people who are giving up their own home and moving into an apartment. So it appears Steve likes to hang up on potential customers when the conversation doesn't go his way (based on the review below and our personal experiences). Steve stopped by our place at 9am to give us a moving estimate. During his time at the house he made sure to inform us we were not going to get as good a rate as the previous customers who referred us to him, which didn't make sense to me. They were booked last minute and we were booking in advance. Anyways, he takes inventory of all the furniture we want moved and says he'll get back to us. Wife receives a call at 6pm with him telling her that he didn't realize that the Saturday we needed moving services was a "holiday weekend." Monday is the holiday, not Saturday and its Memorial Day! So he proceeds to try and move our date to Friday or we're gonna pay a premium for that Saturday. When we addressed our concerns with this business practice, Steve just hung up the phone. Called another moving company and had the move locked up for the SAME Saturday, with no premiums. Guess this company is too concerned with their tentative BBQ dates and apparently doesn't need the business. read more

I have moved a lot of times and I have never worked with a company as wonderful and impressive as Majestic. Last week they moved my grandpa out of his apartment and into assisted living. It was a very emotional move for us and a big downsize and Majestic came in and was thoughtful and delicate and efficient. They literally took care of us and got my grandpa packed up, moved and unpacked in one day. They helped us figure out where to place his furniture in his new space and not a single thing was jostled or missing. I don't have words to fully express how impressed I was with how Majestic got us through that day. read more

Do not trust this company! I called them to move a dresser and a sofa to a storage unit 4 miles from my house. They insisted they had to come to my house to give me an estimate. Steve shows up and tells me there is a 2 hour minimum plus travel fees which comes to a total of $282 plus tax. 2 pieces of furniture 4 miles should not cost $300. The below text is copied and pasted directly from their craigslist ad. After I reread the ad to make sure I was not mistaken, I called back to confront Steve about the advertised rates, and he hung up on me. Truly the best experience I've ever had with any movers. We had to reschedule 2 times at the last minute and Stephen both times was able to accommodate/rearrange and somehow fit us in. Stayed and finished moving us in to almost 10pm. His entire crew was friendly and took great care of our things. My sister and I live in different states, so when my 94 year old father needed to move to an assisted living facility in Deerfield Beach we researched and interviewed several moving companies. Steve was easy to communicate with and gave us a reasonable estimate. On moving day he and his crew were on time, extremely careful with my dad's possessions, friendly, and professional all the way. Sean G, consider yourself blessed. I hired them and had an awful experience from start to finish, from pricing to broken and recently realized missing items. The crew was unprofessional and the move disorganized. A box of my belongings was delivered to me 2 days after the truck move. Steve had told me it was in the trunk of his car. It was not - it was in the back of the truck of a crew member who at least had the compunction to deliver it to me himself. The items in the open, unsealed box, were neither wrapped nor protected in any way. I just emailed the office and their response was to copy and paste legal statutes in a return email. Moving a person/family is a position of trust, not only legalities. This company breached that trust in so many ways, from start to finish. There are many movers down here.
