The best movers in South Florida! Richie, Jerry and Alex are efficient, professional and dedicated to their craft. Paul the owner may answer your call and since he has to manage all of these jobs I'm sure it can get overwhelming but he is also assertive in his role. They are affordable and careful with your personal things. "Everything is treated as if fragile." Said Richie as they arrived and we finalized the contract. Nothing was broken or harmed and I moved from Coconut Creek to Miami Beach and trust me it wasn't an easy job. I highly recommend them I shopped around (as always) and they are the best in all areas! Happy Moving!!! read more

BEWARE! CAN I GIVE ZERO STARS??? Had signed, executed contract. Did a NO-SHOW! Scheduled to move us from TX to FL on June 2 or 3. We closed on our house June 4th...had to be out that afternoon. DIDN'T SHOW! No call, nothing. Wouldn't answer the phone or return our calls. Ever tried to find a mover to move you half way across country the same day? WHAT A NIGHTMARE! They still have $1000 of my money. Not holding my breath that I will get a dime of that money back. RUN!!! read more

DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM / NO SHOW I booked with right way moving and storage for my full appartment move from Jefferson, LA to Baltimore, MD. The pickup was supposed to be latest by 7/5/21 and delivered by 7/7/21. Their agent Jason Carlucci promised me that the move was confirmed. I paid a deposit off $675 on June 11th, 2021. However they did not show up or give me accurate carrier information for my move. I have contacted them multiple times before, during and after my scheduled move through phone and email. They do not respond/answer at all. This has caused inconvenience and cost related to finding movers last minute, unable to leave on time through flight, extend my rent of the apartment and be late for my new job. They won't even return my deposit. So save yourself some trouble and DO NOT use them, they scam customers. read more

They took my deposit and NEVER showed. When I called to find out what's going on the person disconnected the call, I had to call from another number just to get an answer. When I asked for a refund Thru said I would t be refunded because it was over 48 hours (part of that 48 hours was the weekend and a Sunday which they were closed). When getting my quote it wasn't explained it was a freight moving company and even if they came I wouldn't get my stuff right away. The deposit was $1000 which is a lot to lose. This brokerage company is unreliable and stole my money . read more

This business is a scam. I hired them to move 10k worth of equipment from California to North Carolina. Instead of delivering it they disappeared off the face of the earth and stole all my valuables. They have been doing this racket since 2019, maybe longer. You can see other clients where they stole everything on the better business bureau website. read more

Two men and a truck were supposed to pack up my large items, put them in a truck along with the boxes I had packed, move everything 1300 miles, and store it for 30 days. I'm in a wheelchair and unable to do what they promised to. I had scrimped and saved to afford this move. After giving them a deposit their phones would go to an automatic message, "The mailbox for the number you are trying to reach is full and not accepting messages at this time." They never showed up to move me. Rightway scammed a handicapped widow. They'll do it to you too. read more

I couldn't be more happy with my move! I was hesitating to book a company til the night before my move in fear I'd be overcharged for slow and lazy work! But not only were they fast, they disassembled my canopy queen bed, wrapped and packed all my furniture, fit in a couch pick up in the opposite direction on the way to my drop off location, moved in my items (into a 2-story home) and reassembled my bed in under 3 hours! I was utterly impressed and relieved. Because of their hard work I was able to get completely moved and unpacked by that weekend! Thanks again! read more

I highly recommend Right Way Moving if you want a friendly, simple, and stress free moving experience. The owner, Paul, is a nice and genuine guy. He came out and gave us an estimate on our fifth floor apartment. Within a couple days I had a fairly priced, flat rate estimate. No hassles, no hidden fees, no nonsense. Day before the move I got a phone call to confirm and make sure everything was ready for the big day. On the moving day, the truck arrived on time and I went downstairs to greet the movers. Genuine nice guys, no attitudes, no problems. Paul came to make sure everything was good and handle the paperwork. I really appreciated the extra effort and follow through. He said they allocated 5 hours for the job, and they completed in that amount of time, almost to the minute! All of our belongings were handled with care and wrapped up safely. 5 stars, highly recommend. read more

Was in a jam after another mover was a no show & called Right Way Moving after seeing an Ad on Craigslist. WE needed to move a washer & dryer & heavy treadmill down a very narrow turning staircase. Also, get the new ones up the stairs. They sent two STRONG guys that got here on a Saturday evening within 2 hours!!! NOW that is SERVICE!! They were VERY professional, worked great together & got the JOB done!! They definitely get 5 stars & we will be sure to use & recommend them to our friends for future moves. :-) Thanks guys!!! read more

Right Way Moving - Movers Near Me - Coral Springs, Florida

Zero stars if I could . This is a total scam. Did not show did not even answer my call. They have a team engaged in this scam to make you feel they are a real company, but they are not. They will collect your deposit and then call you back to try to get more a few days later, trying to expand the scope of the move. Do not ever give them your bank information. Run away from these scammers. read more

Shady, shady company. We got a quote and everything seemed fine and put down a deposit. When they called to confirm the information, our rate doubled! Found out the original representative lied to us about many things - being able to cancel at any time, our rate going up if we forgot something or going down if we decided to move with less, and the price of the move. He evidently left off a lot of our inventory to give us a better rate and was actually fired for lying to customers. When we asked for a refund, we were told we were stuck with a quote that DOUBLED as a result. We told them we couldn't afford it and the guy said "You have a bigger house, I'm sure you can afford it. Just pull out your wallet and pay for the move!". We've requested a refund multiple times as we were lied to and they refused to help us. Stay far far away! read more

Zero stars. Don't trust these people. I verified this by having another person call company and same person answered phone. Called main number Paul (dispatch) texted me from his personal number. BTW. Called Coral Springs police. With email address for quote information. Received cryptic email response with number of hours rate and cash only. I texted back that if acceptable I would let them know. Received text didn't have time ( I guess for formal quote) wanted to j**k me off. I responded that I would post on Internet. His answer was do I want to wait until I move. Civil harassment lawsuit material. read more

Horrible service and communication. They lost 3 boxes and a whole large tv. Not only do I not recommend this company, I urge any one not to use them. They recently switched owners and now they are stealing from their customers. To make matters worse, they overcharged me by $400.00! read more

Be careful if using this company. The movers moved the parking block in front of my apartment, exposing the metal post and didn't replace it. I phoned the owner who said they would replace it the next day. They never did. I've since tripped on it, cutting my sneaker and hurting my foot. Also make sure to check the bill. Mine was for more than I was quoted in writing. read more

We had to call them for a last minute (less than 24 hour notice) to help us unload our uhaul after a cross country move. Not only was the owner fantastic and super helpful on the phone, the day of crew was just as amazing. They were a little later than planned, but kept in contact with us to let us know. When they showed up they were professional, fast, careful, and precise. Some of the best movers I've ever encountered. read more

I'm going to keep this review simple. These guys were THE BEST. Don't look any further. Professional, nice, quick, efficient and just down right good guys!!!! read more

After getting a couple of quotes, I called these guys last minute and they were able to accommodate a few days before the move at a reasonable price. They delivered as promised and didn't try what so many others do by nickeling and diming you the day of the move with additional hidden fees. They were honest, professional, efficient and careful not to damage any furniture as they wrapped and moved. I can't speak for others but as far as my experience goes, it was all positive. I will use them again and have already passed on their information to others that are planning on moving in the coming weeks. Good luck with your move! read more

I have not had to use a mover in years, but recently had to help my (former) boss move their office, I spoke to a couple movers but many seemed to give a "run around"....then I found Right Way on CL - and "right away" I felt more comfortable. For one thing they are local, and family owned...and they really go out of their way to make the move "stress" free. A big thanks from all of us! read more

From the moment that I spoke to Paul, the owner, I felt like I was talking to a family member he was so caring and so personable. I am new to South Florida so I am fully aware of how slimy most people are here in business... I was soooo stressed out about moving and costs and I had never used a moving company I was always lucky to have family etc. After calling a TON of moving companies I finally spoke with Paul and made me very aware of he process and the COST and the fact that they are on the better business bureau and that was true once I looked and I knew I had the best bet with them! The team showed up at 3:30 PM on a Saturday they were ready to rock they came in and within 20 minutes! Move my stuff I was blown away."The B team " as they call themselves not to be conveyed as any lower than "the A team" LOL was the best! They came in and would not let me touch anything during the move which was very nice for me also they wrapped every single piece of glass and mirror to full extent. The poor guys had to go up three flights of stairs it was 90° today and they just kicked ass!! I seriously appreciate everything that the B team did I think the lead manager was Miguel thank you so much and Israel thank you and we're at a loss for the last person's name but he was a very nice gentleman very sweet! At the end the price was the price that we spoke about on the phone which was the best part about it there was no hidden fees I super appreciate that also I really like working with local company so everybody should really go to this company if they want to local and honest team! Thank you guys so much again! read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I contracted with this company for my move from Virginia to Oklahoma. They quoted me a price and on the day of the move the company that showed up said the cost was 3 times what was quoted. When I called Rightway they said they would look into it and call me back. I am still waiting for that call. The worse part is that the company they contracted my move with was F rated in the BBB and they damaged floors and walls during the move. I had to keep following them from room to room because they would leave a chair here and a lamp there even though I told them several times that everything was to go. Once my stuff did arrive in Oklahoma, much of it was damaged. I only got 3 of my 4 kitchen chairs and they left some weights that did not belong to me. I am sure that customer is waiting on his property too. While they may be okay for local moves, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR A LONG DISTANCE MOVE. read more

The good: -The movers were nice, respectful and efficient. -The truck has plenty of room so space won't be an issue. The bad: -The owner - I understand that things happen and movers can be late. No problem, but be honest and tell me what's up. The owner doesn't do that and cannot be taken at his word. He first said they would come at 1 pm. They didn't show up until 3 and couldn't finish the job so I had to pay extra to come again the next day. The next day, they were supposed to come at 9am. When I called the owner, he said they already have a client and cannot cancel "to do us a favor". I am a paying client, what "favor"? He said they would be there at 2. At 230, I called and called. No answer. When I called a 2nd number for the business, the owner answered and said they would come at 4. At 430, I called again and owner said "the problem is I am the owner and I am driving the f******g truck". They didn't show up until 4:50. The owner was rude and yelled at us. I understand things happen but the owner didn't even try to explain. He didn't say he was sorry or try to make good. He yelled and ignored his phone. You're better off working with another company that can at least communicate properly. If you have any sort of moving deadline, do not use this company. read more

Great guys, very professional and fast. We did have an appointment at 9:30 am and they didn't arrive until 2:45 pm, but when they did get here, it went really quick. None of the rearranging the truck games you see other moving companies play. They were very careful with our stuff, and hard working. I think they got everything moved in under 3 hours. read more

DO NOT, I repeat please DO NOT use this moving company! They moved us a month ago and we are still fighting to get some of our stuff back. The moving guys were great, but Paul is extremely rude and disrespectful. FYI.. They charge 3 percent extra to use a card, so you basically have to pay cash if you want to get the estimated price. We are missing a tool bag and curtain rods. Paul said "you signed the bottom of the contract stating you looked in the back of the truck" ,which I was never asked too. Called multiple times said he would call me back and never does. Called today and he said "that I need to get a damn life if I am still calling about some f....in curtain rods, we have been in business for 30 years and we don't need your damn business"- "I keep complaining like an old lady". I want people to know about what is really going on with this company, because Paul is shady and unprofessional!!! read more

I was very happy with the response and the attention to detail that the crew provided. They were polite and well mannered. They were very careful not to damage the furniture or the walls. Definitely will use them again. read more

I was fortunate to have found out about Right Way Movers through a Craig's List advertisement. I could not have been more satisfied with Kyle at Right Way and his crew. The prices were fair, the movers were on time and professional, and they delivered everything that was promised. I will be using and recommending Right Way Movers in the future. read more

Just moved yesterday. Never in million years would I expect such professionalism in Florida. Great guys, great service, all for a great price. read more

With Right Way's much needed assistance, a daunting business-to-business move was stress-free as they delivered exactly what they promised. The moving men worked at an appreciatively swift pace and the pricing was competitive and fair. My only suggestion would be that customers be asked in advance about their wardrobe box and protective blankets needs as the over-abundance of both on the truck took up critical space, yet everything fit snugly, so it's a recommendation more so to help the movers be able to maneuver more easily than anything else. 5***** They've earned a lifetime customer. read more

These guys are the best movers I've every had. They are professional, quick and look out for your (and your belongings) best interests. They finished my job faster than expected and did not fool around. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone I know. This company recently handled my move from one apartment in Miami to another. They were absolutely fantastic. Very fast, efficient, and professional. When one piece of furniture looked like it was way too big for the doorway to the apartment, they worked extra hard and creatively to make it work, and it did. They seemed prepared to handle any problem that came up. I will definitely trust them with any future moves in the area. read more

right way moving should be renamed to wrong way moving. You receive a fixed price estimate, and when it comes to the actual move he states he made a mistake and underpriced the move. He needs more money. If you make him stay to his estimate, any damage caused by his move, which there was some, he will not pay. He will tell you to deduct it from the price he should have received. We needed a full truck, but when the truck arrived it had empty wardrobe cartons that took up some room. Eventually I had him move whatever fit in the truck and I rented a uhaul for my remaining items. Not a happy customer read more
