    I think having a business , the most important thing is to help the client to solve the problem, but clearly they cannot do the job. Here is my experience. In the beginning I have schedule moving with another company, however Justin talked me into choosing 5 star. So I went with 5 star. We scheduled the moving on Sat 11am. At 11 am he texted me, that he will be late, and I said it's okay, just gave me an ETA. He said 30mins, so I just waited at my apartment. Around 12:30 pm, he still didn't show up, so I end up calling him and then he told me they have some problems with the truck, so they cannot show up. My new community could only allow trucks on Monday to Saturday, and our lease will be end on that Saturday night, which means I have to move out on Sat. I ask Justin to call me back (I tried to call him, no one answered), we can talk through about some alternative choices. What I need is just the man power, I could rent a Uhaul and give the money to his guys, but he never replied to me. 1. This company cannot keep up with their schedule. 2. If they have any problems with showing up, they would not inform you. 3. If they had some problems from their end, they would just cancel on you and leave you hanging there. 4. They would not at least try to think some alternative ways to figure things out. 5. They would not pick up your phone if it's totally their fault. Please DO NOT choose this company. (I have not yet got any apologize from them at all) ************************************************************ Update 1 Since the owner posted below, let me revise and add some more. I told you I understand about you are having a trouble and offer you the chance to talk through together but you didn't. I offered an alternative way to solve this issue but you didn't reply me. I asked you to at least to call me back. But you didn't as well. I am sorry to say that, but you really didn't even try. ************************************************************ Update 2 I CALLED you 3 times but you didn't call me back AT ALL. I don't think in that case replying me with a text message will help me. AS I SAID, YOU NEVER EVEN TRIED. YOU STILL DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW MUCH TROUBLE YOU BROUGHT TO ME.

    Extremely Stressful and Unprofessional Experience - Not "Stress-Free" at All!!…read more I had an incredibly stressful and disappointing experience with College Hunks Moving, and I feel compelled to share it so others can make an informed decision. I initially spoke with Shantoya over the phone and provided a full inventory for a one-bedroom move from Fort Lauderdale to Tampa. Based on that information, I was quoted $1,200-$1,600, which I agreed to. I signed the contract and paid my deposit. The day after Thanksgiving, after the contract was signed and my deposit was paid, I received a call saying there was an issue with the quote and that an estimator now needed to come to my apartment to do a full inventory. This process should have happened before any contract was signed or money collected. Instead, I was blindsided while spending time with my family on a holiday, suddenly unsure if the price I agreed to was going to drastically change. To make matters worse, I was told the estimator would come just five days before my scheduled move, leaving me almost no time to make alternative arrangements if the cost changed. I live alone, so I requested a female estimator, and Sherry came to my apartment. She was extremely kind, professional, and empathetic. I showed her my original quote and explained the situation. After completing the inventory, she informed me the new estimate was nearly double what I had originally agreed to. At that point, I was overwhelmed and almost in tears. This was five days before my move, and I was suddenly facing a massive unexpected increase due entirely to mistakes made by College Hunks. Sherry was visibly embarrassed and repeatedly apologized, stating that the situation had been handled very poorly on their end. She even provided me with corporate and local supervisor phone numbers because she felt my estimate and overall experience had been mishandled so badly. I ultimately canceled immediately within the 5-day cancellation window, went with another company, and therefore am entitled to a full refund of my deposit. It has now been over a month, seven calls to corporate, and I have still not received my deposit back. I have been given the runaround repeatedly with no resolution. We also contacted the local supervisor's office, and no one ever called us back to address the issue. The only person who showed genuine care and professionalism throughout this ordeal was Sherry, the estimator. Everyone else failed to take responsibility, correct their mistakes, or offer any form of apology or accountability. College Hunks markets itself as "stress-free," but this experience was the exact opposite. Thankfully, I did not end up using their services, but I was still left to absorb all the stress, uncertainty, and financial inconvenience caused by their errors. Poor communication, poor customer service, and a complete lack of follow-through. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. If I could give 0 stars I would.
