It has been over two weeks with barely any communication from anyone at the company. The movers themselves were unprofessional, and the customer service afterward has been even worse. They packed the kitchen efficiently and all dishes and cups arrived in one piece. Everything was perfectly organized. "You'll be the first move in the morning, guaranteed." "Someone will call you at 6 AM." Every single word out of every single one of their mouths was a lie. Not one person at this company operates with an ounce of integrity. Meanwhile, my power was off. My water was off. My internet was off. My mattress was on the side of the road. My entire life was in boxes because I did exactly what you're supposed to do to get ready to move. I spent hours sitting on the floor of an empty apartment CRYING because not a single person at this company could be bothered to care that they had completely destroyed my move and upended my life. One manager actually told me to just "reschedule or cancel" -- fully knowing my utilities were already shut off and I had nowhere to go. All of their commercials, all of their ads, all of their claims about being the best, about saving you time and money, about being some premium A+ company -- it is ALL a lie.
