So we went stopped by this place last week because we are looking for a used car. Everything seemed…read moreok until we tried to test drive a car. The car had a light come on. It wasn't the engine light but something else. We wanted to see what the price would be and mentioned the light. On their website it says there are no added fees such as dealership fees, etc. We looked and they added some added fees to the price. Yeah it wasn't dealership fees it was warranty fees. In the state of Georgia law car dealerships cannot add warranty fees automatically on used cars unless the customer wants one. I told them I didn't want one and they said that the car cannot leave the lot unless I get a warranty. And guess where the repairs will be at? At their garage of course. How can you make me get a warranty? Crooks! I will notify the state about their practices. It is not a trust worthy place! If I don't want a warranty you can't make me get one. That's my choice! The workers think they are slick! You put proudly that you don't have hidden fees. What is that?! I am so glad I left because I know from the reviews on here that they are scammers! Selling used cars with problems. No wonder they are making you buy a warranty for their cars. They know you will come back and have to pay a deductible and then pay extra payments for a lemon car. Thank you for showing me the red flags before I signed the dotted line! Shame on you! And please owner don't try to reply saying something that I am lying or it was miscommunication. You know what you are doing!

From my personal experience, here are the main key points that I think you need to know (both good and bad): 1) They do negotiate. 2) They do not charge any extra fees (no dealer fees, no bogus package add on fees, etc). 3) They do not pressure you in any way; very quick easy used car buying process. Mark (the salesman) was outstanding. 4) They let you test drive their vehicles alone (they do not accompany you on test drives). 5) *MAKE SURE YOU GO GET AN INSPECTION DONE WITH YOUR OWN MECHANIC BEFORE YOU EVEN THINK ABOUT PURCHASING ONE OF THEIR CARS!* I failed to get a professional inspection done before I bought my used car from them. *WITHIN THE FIRST WEEK OF BRINGING MY CAR HOME, I HAD TO PAY $2,300 IN REPAIR COSTS.* 6) Took 2 months to get my title. 7) Do not tell them you are paying with cash until the very end! :)

My husband purchased a used truck from Corey's Cars this spring. The customer service was…read moreexcellent. My husband found a vehicle that met his budget needs, allowed financing and included an extended warranty. I was with him when he test drove and liked that the staff was trusting and friendly (Corey and his mom). We were able to drive the truck on the road and highway to ensure we were comfortable with it. The truck had low mileage for the age, was well maintained and clean! Corey let us know that they also repair cars, so we could bring the car back to him, should we have any issues, but also if we needed to use the extended warranty. This provided my husband and I with a peace of mind that you do not typically get when buying a used car. About two weeks later, there was an issue with the drive train. My husband brought the truck in for assessment and Corey ensured that the problem was fixed at no cost or hit to the warranty, since he had just made the purchase. That is what I call excellent customer service. Corey not only takes pride in ensuring that the cars he sells are good quality, but does the right thing if something goes wrong and that says a lot about his character. I waited a few months to do this review to ensure that I did not speak too early. Since then, we've enjoyed having the truck, extra space and it has offered a smooth ride. If you or someone you know is in need of a used car that is reliable (especially a truck), consider visiting Corey's Cars!
