My husband and I stayed at the Hyatt this past weekend and inside the hotel is this restaurant. We ended up having a late dinner there and it wasn't packed or anything. The service was horrible! We got sat down pretty quickly, then waited about 10 mins before our waiter finally came, ordered our drinks, waiting a few more minutes and then ordered our food. Our food took about 30 mins, we asked for plates, but the person never came around to bring our plates. So, we had to tell the hostess because there was no server around! Overall, this place is okay, food was okay, service was lousy.. they really need to work on their service skills! read more

I wish I could rate this restaurant higher but the service is awful. This morning I wanted to order the ABTL sandwich (a blt with avocado) and they refused to make it for me because it's only breakfast time. I don't know why they couldn't put bacon between a slice of bread even though I know for a fact they have all those ingredients on hand, but that was the end for me. Then a few nights ago when we ordered room service to bring us the food, all the food was tipped over and missing items. We complained saying they didn't give us the waffle fries we ordered. Turns out they haven't had waffle fries for the last 3 months (even though it was indicated on the menu). They offered to compensate with a dessert item, (we choose the Mexican flourless cake) to only find they brought us ice cream instead. Don't order the clam chowder, it taste like it came out of the can. The ablt was delicious. If you want a lunch item for breakfast or a breakfast item for lunch or dinner, you're out of luck. This is the restaurant in the Hyatt Regency. The food is pretty good. The veggie burger was my favorite thing I had during our stay here. It's a bit pricey for what it is but expected because it's located in a hotel lobby. I was super happy the restaurant was good since we were at a conference in the hotel. Staying the weekend at the Hyatt we thought it was pretty cool and convenient to have a little cafe bistro situation in the lobby area, so we chose to stay in and check it out instead of venturing out to one of the many eateries in close proximity. Live and learn. The restaurant itself was beautiful and we had high hopes. Went in for a late evening dinner to an almost empty house (just after 10pm so it was the late night menu), ordered water, a specialty cocktail, and a soda to drink, 2 for $20 appetizers (brussels sprouts and chicken wings) and a Margherita pizza to share for our entree. I specifically order that way to prevent everything hitting the table at once. Then the fun began. The soda came right out, but I had to ask for my water three times, each time with the waitress completely disinterested and unapologetic. Then my cocktail came. It was horrible. Then we sat and waited as our waitress stood around talking to other staff, finally disappearing until she brought the check. Eventually after quite some time, our appetizers were brought out by the guy bussing tables, with the pizza right behind. The apps were lukewarm, as was the pizza, leading me to believe they'd been ready for a while. We asked him for napkins and utensils and he said sure and promptly disappeared. We flagged someone else down to ask to have some brought over. So, our food was pretty cold by the time we actually got to eat it. Never checked up on, no soda refill and definitely no water refill. With such an inattentive wait staff, we were never asked if we wanted to box up our mostly leftover food. But with no microwave in the room, it's not like we could take leftovers with us to enjoy later anyway. In fact, I'm pretty sure the waitress didn't say a word when she dropped off the check, because we waited so long for her to come back and run the card that we just chose to charge it to the room, instead. I was very sceptical given the location, but the experience was so much better than I expected. The dining area is huge and so airy. There are many different types of seating to choose from including private cabana like tables. Very intimate for dates, but plenty of space for groups. Lots of TVs to watch the game. The new restaurant and bar at the Hyatt Regency on the atrium level that took over Knuckles. The modern look to this lounge was nice but having people wait in line to see a host for seating seemed to have brought down the classiness of this place. Maybe there could be a waiting area for the guests to wait to be seated? It looked like a line to enter a club or something. Wasn't able to get seated to try their food but since we made our way here to Burlingame from SF... we decided to grab a drink at the bar anyways. We ordered at the bar and made our way to the round, banquet tables behind 3SIXTY. Wasn't sure if we could sit there and drink our beverages but we saw other people lounging their with their to-go food so we took a seat. Overall, I really miss Knuckles and hopefully this place can help revive the fond memory I had before. Nice decor with bar and lounge seatings with TVs to watch the games. This new bar/restaurant is a great addition to the Burlingame restaurant scene. I really like the open-airy feel of the newly renovated space. Very clean, modern and fresh. There's a little food area if you're in a rush and just want to grab and go. The bar area has plenty of large, flat screen televisions to watch any sports. If you want a more intimate feel they have cabana-like areas. Very très chic! I ordered the crab-artichoke dip. Plenty of Dungeness crab on top!! So delicious and warm. This might be a seasonal dish since Dungeness crabs are only about five months out of the year. The dip was paired with a sangiovese rose and it went really well together. They source all the ingredients from local farms and wines right from the backyard of San Francisco; Napa and Sonoma of course. This place is a gem. Stayed here at the Hyatt Regency SFO for a night and had dinner downstairs in their 3Sixty Bistro. Loved the open space concept where you can sit at the bar or bar tops, traditional dining table and chairs, or for more intimate seating there were nice lounge sofas w/ tables! I tried their 3Sixty Bistro Burger that came with a side of Caesar salad, 2 strawberry margaritas (since it was happy hour :P), and ended with a strawberry shortcake. For a hotel bar/restaurant, the food was great. The strawberry margaritas were mixed very well by the bartender. And the strawberry shortcake was made even better when my friendly server surprised me with extra strawberries he grabbed from the bar! Thank you! :D read more

Much to my chagrin, I am often required to stay at the Hyatt at SFO by my company's request. Sadly, the only food option at this establishment is 360. I hesitate to use the word restaurant, as restaurants conjure up images of servers that actually attend to their guests' needs and remain on the floor; not disappear for 10 minutes at a stretch. There were several instances where the restaurant was completely devoid of staff for quite a significant amount of time. Restaurants also evoke the idea of a kitchen staff that can prepare food as depicted on the menu. Not so at 360. Even something as simple as a burger with fries can't quite make it to the dining room without being abused in a slip-shod, hash-house manner. My takeaway? Order delivery. It couldn't be any worse! read more

The absolute best place to go for Easter brunch. Be sure to make reservations ahead of time. Parking is validated on your way out of the Atrium. We were greeted and seated promptly, The staff was so friendly. The location in the Atrium with the natural sunlight gives everything a bright airy feeling. The tables were decorated beautify and the seats were comfortable. The food options were quite extensive and ranged from breakfast to dim sum to carving stations. Everything was delicious. And don't forget the all you can drink bottomless mimosas! They even have a kids bar with chicken nuggets, mac and cheese and mini corn dogs. The dessert bar was beautiful! Even though there were a lot of people there it was never too noisy and there were not lines to get food. Overall this was just a fantastic experience and I will definitely be back next year. This restaurant could be so much better with a little effort. It's in the Hyatt hotel near the airport, so they have a captive audience. Food at dinner service is mediocre at best. Service for dinner is non existent. There's a big difference between medium and well done. Then, adding to that aggravation, I am unable to locate ANY waiter to get it fixed. Waiter didn't bother to check if I wanted dessert. Had to ask several times for refills on my coffee with dinner. Breakfast service is great! Food is good, too. STILL way overpriced. I came here for a dance convention, and we decided to have dinner here... which was a horrible choice. It started off by us being seated at a dirty table with the tab from the last customer still on it. We also had no silverware. My well done burger was pink and lacking all the toppings I ordered. Tasty but since they were from the appetizer menu I should have expected a much smaller portion. Love the atmosphere but the temperature is on the cold side due to the atrium location. Ok I am so annoyed with this place. We got take out for Christmas and it was missing two of the orders. I called and they apologized but it doesn't change the fact that two people had no food for Christmas. We all had to share our meager portions. Obviously, I called right away and the girl Sophia, I think said that they would refund the missing items and give us a 25% discount. Fast forward to 1/2/2017 after 6 phone calls with people and promises to "look into it" and to "refund the items" and "sorry it is taking so long but with the holidays" well here we are and no refund, no discount but oh! They can sure charge us the full amount. What kind of organization is this? Will update my review once things are settled, will they be? I hope so because this is so wrong. We did get hamburgers (mediocre), avocado bacon sandwich (bacon like cardboard it was so overcooked and mayonnaise even though we said no mayonnaise), salad (fine), fries (nothing special), turkey sandwich (nothing special) but no ahi tuna sandwich or grilled cheese. The 3SIXTY Bistro Everywhere we went in Northern California, the better restaurants that serve clam chowder (And there are a lot of them) boast about their recipe. I'm a New Englander so of course I tried it every chance I could, and I must say, not a one of them would I serve in my kitchen. The exception to the rule is the 3SIXTY Bistro at the Hyatt Regency San Francisco Airport. (Bear in mind that there are two Hyatt Regency's at the Airport) I know, I know....a hotel by the airport restaurant but 3Sixty offers the best clam chowder I've ever had outside of New England and I've been around for almost 7 decades. Actually, 3Sixty chowder could give more than a few places in New England a run for their money. You know why? Two reasons. Firstly, they actually put clams in their chowder. A lot of clams. They aren't serving milk soup with lots of potatoes as so many places do. Secondly, they serve their chowder in a real broth, the way that sort of chowder is supposed to be made. They don't cheat by cutting the milk with sweet heavy cream like most white table cloth restaurants do. I had two bowls of chowder, it's that good. For the main course I ordered the Beef Bourguignon which was enormous in size and filled with various root vegetables and almost unbelievably tender cuts of beef. This is a place for serious food lovers. Try it. read more

Christopher was so professional and on top notch service I couldn't finish my sentences asking for a box/check/utensils to go. We were there for a convention held yearly at this hotel. On 4/6/18 we had 6:30 dinner reservations and were seated promptly. At 7pm I went to the server station to ask if someone could come and take our drink order, since at that point only water had been delivered. A few minutes later the server came and took our drink order as well as our app order ( we'd had plenty of time to decide). At 7:30 the drinks and apps arrived. We ordered our entrees which came out timely. Throughout our meal servers kept coming by trying to deliver plates we hadn't ordered, they didn't know which tables to go to. This happened 3 times. The food was OK, nothing special, cocktails the same. All overpriced, but we expected that from a hotel. It seems the restaurant should anticipate more customers when there's a convention.
