I have stayed at this hotel for the past month. On nights that I'm too tired to go out of the hotel for dinner. I have dined in. The pear salad is my favorite. The combination of pecans,goat cheese & pomegranate is excellent. I love the honey mustard dressing. I Added some grilled chicken on top and it's even more perfect. I also love their steak wedge salad! More recently I have stopped in for breakfast as well. Today I had the Challa French toast with pork sausages. Oh my God that is delicious! The pork sausages were huge, flavorful and still moist. The French toast was amazing. I could not finish it all. The other morning, I had the Create your own omelette with potatoes, that was also made to perfection as well. Not overcooked and dry but moist and even the cheese was melted perfectly. The portion size was huge big plus The service is excellent. This morning at breakfast Drew treated me with professionalism, respect, timeliness and Care. We even got to talk and share a few good moments. The Hostess has always been super nice to me. The staff always recommending me great dishes and pointing me in the right direction. The staff is Top notch and deserve a raise. It's not all sunshine and rainbows though. Corporate- If you are reading this, please make the Hostess and Market dedicated positions. During the one month that I have been here, I have observed and experienced long wait times to be seated or ordering to go at the Market. Peet's coffee grab and go this morning was especially challenging for the Wait staff. The line for to be seated for breakfast was humongous and people were visibly upset. I could feel their pain as in the morning we are trying to get in and get out because people have flights to catch. The Wait time is excessive because there is only one person seating people and also performing market cash register duties. The market person also has to warm up the food for the Pete's grab-and-go's which also increases the wait time for her hosting duties. So Corporate if you are reading this, I implore you to make a change. Please hire dedicated market and hostess positions. Do not combine their Duties. If you can eliminate the excessive wait times to be seated I think peoples experiences will be greatly enhanced. Instead people are having a bad experience right out the gate. Overall: 5 stars One of the better breakfasts at a Hyatt I've had in the US with innovative takes on classics that are consistently well executed. The staff here are also consistently friendly and make the experience more personalized for me, who stayed for a full week which I greatly appreciated. Banana Brulee Pancake - If you're looking for a high quality, full American breakfast, this is it. 3 aborbant fluffy pancakes topped with a bruleed banana with that fun and inviting crisped sugar. The walnuts add another level of texture and complexity, and it goes so well with bacon. Of course, this is a caloric breakfast for one, but it is a very high quality and fun take on the traditional American breakfast. Avocado Toast - To contrast the pancakes is this light and healthful take on contemporary breakfast. It's bright, colorful, and light, but still flavorful with a medley of seasonings that still enhance the palette such as the flake salt. Challah French Toast - An in between of the two, that is still a classic American breakfast with some elevated substitutions using challah bread for that tenderness and an intriguing strawberry compote for that fruity intensity. Stayed overnight at the Hyatt Regency SFO with my husband and had breakfast at 3Sixty Bistro. The breakfast buffet was very nice and included made the order eggs. We had a vegetable omelette and over medium egg. They had bacon, ham, potatoes, oatmeal, many fruits/pastries and a made to order pancake machine. Our server Drew was super friendly and efficient . My husband and I were given free breakfast at Hyatt Regency SFO after a mishap in our hotel room, so we checked out 3SIXTY Bistro the next morning. We didn't decide to order anything of fthe menu, but instead went to their breakfast buffet. I was a bit disappointed by their scrambled eggs compared to other Hyatt hotels I've stayed in but I liked the bagel and toast options. They had har gow as well but I would avoid it. The taste was there, but it was very wrong texturally. What makes up for the buffet food is the service and their fresh omelettes! Even though it's not part of the actual breakfast buffet, you can get made-to-order omelettes through your waiter. My husband got their everything omelette, which was super fresh and delicious. Their orange juice tasted fresh too! It also felt super cool dining here with the high hotel ceilings. I don't think I'd return for the breakfast buffet if only the omelettes tasted fresh and I had to pay for just that, but it's nice to experience this at least once. read more

The food was surprisingly really good! The Brussels sprouts, lemon pepper wings, and rigatoni alla Bolognese were all really delicious. The serving size of the Brussels sprouts was really generous and has a great sweet dressing on it. The lemon pepper wings were crunchy but not overly greasy. The rigatoni was tasty and was a good portion to split between two people without being too full. The Cabernet Sauvignon a healthy pour size and not too dry. Service is pretty quick and the seating is located inside the atrium of the Hyatt regency hotel. It felt a bit chilly during dinner though so I'd recommend bringing a light jacket. One thing I didn't like is the server tried to upsell a whole bottle of wine by talking really quickly and saying it's "cheaper". A bottle is $52 whereas two glasses is $26. It's definitely not cheaper to buy a whole bottle and I was glad I said no since we just wanted a glass. One nice thing if you're staying at the hotel is they do have microwaves so you can heat up any leftovers. The takeout boxes are microwave-safe which made it extra convenient. read more

This was my pregame spot for taking on Napa Valley and it came through with a bright green landslide also known as avocado toast. I wasn't gonna let Napa Valley get the best of me this time so I gobbled down a huge heaping pile of avocado and eggs. No regrets. The service was really fast. I was on the phone the whole time so was likely rude to them. A very airy and open spot in the atrium section of the Hyatt Regency hotel. Consider me fuel to take on Napa's wine makers. read more

I was staying here for a business trip and decided to try out their restaurant as I wanted to get a quick meal and go to bed early. From the beginning it was a little off because the lady that was seating me didn't seem too happy when I asked to sit near the TV's so I could watch the football game. She loudly told her colleagues, this is going to make it uneven because she wants to sit here, then put my menu down and just walked away. It was a little off putting but I thought well maybe I'm throwing off their feng shui or something so I brushed it off. The menu options sounded appetizing and I decided to go with the Athenia Chicken & grilled cheese sandwich with a side salad. I gave the gentleman my order and he suggested a side of avocado to give the salad a nice creamy balance and I agreed. As I waited I noticed about four or five people that slowly trickled in and as I continued waiting they each ordered and all got their food. I started to wonder what happened with my order because I waited for about 45 minutes for a simple sandwich and salad when I saw others order a more complex meal. I finally asked the gentleman that took my order what was taking so long and he said oh, it's almost ready. So I politely stated that it's been a long wait and he said he would go check. 5 minutes later he comes back and states that he had misplaced my order and apologized. I was a little irritated because by that time it had almost been about an hour and asked if I could just cancel the order and he said no, it's almost ready. So I decided to wait a bit more so as to not have them waste food that was already being prepared...well I waited for 15 more minutes! By this time I had waited for over an hour and 10 minutes and was just irritated because it really was a very simple sandwich and side salad and I was going to get up and just walk up to my room but then he brought the food out. I was hungry as I had been traveling all day and hadn't had a proper meal since 9 am and by this time it was past 7:30 pm. Well, the salad was yummy and the sandwich was pretty tasty but the experience just made me dismiss how delicious the food was. I was tired by that time and just irritated because I had wanted to get my meal In before 6:30 so I could get a good space between eating and going to bed early since I had to be up at 5 am for work the next day. Suffice it to say that the service was just overall very disappointing and it distracted from the food. I barely ate 1/3 of the sandwich and while it tasted good I just don't remember it all that well because it was overshadowed by the terrible service. If you have time, try them out. If you don't have another option, try them out. However, if you're looking for something reasonably quick so you can continue with life, maybe this is not the best choice for you. Perhaps the gentleman was having an off day or maybe I was just unlucky because I asked to be seated somewhere other than where the host wanted to seat me so maybe you'll have better luck. I was skeptical after reading reviews but I was so tired and it was so convenient, right in the hotel. We ordered the cheeseburger and fries and the chicken sandwich with a side salad. The burger was a bit overdone but it was still juicy and tasty. The side salad was huge and had great greens and vegetables. The chicken sandwich was very tasty and flavorful. My server, Elizabeth, was outstanding. I had a nice conversation with a lovely lady named Louise, who offered me half of her Corona Extra. The dinner menu I was given wasn't the same menu that I saw online. In fact, it has to be nearly a decade old because the price difference was about $15 more, and hardly any of the options that the online menu offered. The whole reason I left my apartment at 11:15pm and drove to this restaurant was to get a cheese steak sandwich, which brought confusion to Elizabeth's eyes when I ordered it as I ignored the menu she had tried to offer me. "We don't have a cheese steak sandwich" she apologized, "that menu must be old." I asked for the menu, which she had already tucked away. The first thing I noticed was how short it was. No, this was not the same menu. The next thing I noticed was a $22 hamburger. I removed my glasses and rubbed my eyes. I must be seeing double because there's no way I just read $22 for a hamburger. I was right. It wasn't $22. It was $22.50. I wonder what key ingredient that .50¢ covered. I was hungry and I did drive an entire mile for food so I settled for the Bleu Burger, cooked medium. I should have ordered it medium rare, and in fact, I shouldn't have ordered it at all. When it arrived I let it sit on the bar growing cold and hard, like my soul, and chewed my double shot of Cazadores like the cheese steak sandwich I wished it was, chased it with the half beer that Louise gave me and listened as she expounded on the woes of being a Mercedes owner. Today, we are staying at the Hyatt in Burlingame for the first time. We dined at 3Sixtty Bistro and it was Fabulous! After the other Yelp reviews, I was concerned but wow- it was superb. We had Stempe cheeseburgers with an incredibly fresh salad filled with a delicious variety of veggies. My niece had a tasty chicken sandwich. The portions were large but we savored every bite. We had a delicious beer and IPA on tap. Don't miss out on this place- we have other dinner plans in SF the next 2 nights but we will definite have breakfast here, too. During a recent visit and stay at the Hyatt Regency SFO, I had a couple of very good breakfasts at the 3SIXTY bistro. One morning it was a tasty quesadilla breakfast. A second morning it was an omelette with Dungeness crab and hashbrowns. Both quite tasty and given in "to go" containers, so you could take it back to your room or away from the hotel. Ate here twice while staying at the Hyatt for a work conference. I had the pepperoni flatbread and the all American cheese burger with fries. Both items tasted great. I was surprised at how much I enjoyed the flatbread, plenty of sauce, cheese, and pepperoni. The cheese burger was cooked to order and was perfectly medium, the bun did leave a little bit to be desired but everything else about it was good. Overall it wasn't something worth "writing home about" but by far was some of the best hotel restaurant food I've had. The only thing that prevents a 5 star is the speed of service, and having to ask a second time for my soda. read more

Hotel bar at the Renaissance. Perfect place to congregate and wait for the circle to complete. While waiting for one of our co-leagues to come down. I had myself a nice pint of beer. Aside from all that Kublacon going on. The barkeep and his staff kept it flowing smoothly. No one was left stranded waiting for drinks or food. The area was kept clean and everything was amazing. I also love the whole open atrium thing as well. I feel as if I'm not all claustrophobic. It was good times here definitely. Would love to have a drink here again.
