Feta And Olives with the Beets

Showed up without a reservation on a Tuesday night and it was packed! They still managed to seat our party of 4 outside with heat lamps and we were plenty warm. We ordered a ton of small plates for the table--all delicious. In particular the meatballs and mussels are must-orders. Incredible! Great service and hospitality. Loved it!

We came without a reservation on a Wednesday night and it was super packed. The area outside that is closest to the indoor area is still quite warm though with the heat lamps. Our favorites were the keftedes (meatballs) and spread platter. The meatballs have lamb in them but you don't taste it at all. The spread platter was very fun to try a 7 different dips/spreads. Our favorite spreads were the karoto (carrot spread) and tirokafteri (a bit of spicier red bell pepper spread.) Honestly, all the spreads were very good so I would say give any of them a try. The beet spinach salad had a lovely citrus flavor. The moussaka was delicious as well but I felt the other items were actually better!

This place remains one of our favorites in peninsula. And we almost always went with the same items: akuka spread, octopus, lamb shank, brussel sprouts. We added the seafood pasta this time. Great: akuka spread, octopus, lamb shank. Good: sea food pasta. The taste is good, but I feel for the price maybe there can be more. Brussel sprouts: a bit too salty. Service is fantastic as always. Reservations recommended.

The name is apropos for this Greek joint, as the lighting and large bar make it feel like a Mykonos beachside club. This is not a bad thing, as it straddles the "good for family dinner" and "good for date night drinks" surprisingly well. The waitstaff are warm and friendly, if not sometimes a bit rushed to clear the table -- they twice tried to take plates we were still eating from, but from more of an "attentive-service" place. We opted to share several plates for a group of four, and this seems to be the right call. The dip platter is a MUST, with several variations that I had never tried before. Other standouts include the beef kebab and fried zucchini balls. The real winner was definitely dessert. I usually find desserts play second fiddle to the main courses of most restaurants, but this couldn't be further from the truth for Mykonos. The baklava was solid (the regular comes with a scoop of ice cream, in case you're like us and are not sold on the baklava-ice-cream alternative), but the BANANA PUDDING stole the show, from the fruity bottom all the way to the pistachio-encrusted top. We couldn't get enough!

Incredible. Everything we had was perfectly prepared. Our party of 3 came for dinner at 5pm on a Thursday. They had a large group in for a private event in the patio, but the service was not lacking, the vibes were immaculate. Our server Donatos was amazing, gave great recommendations, explained all the dips. We shared all the dips, roasted cauliflower, horiatiki salad, sea bass and rack of lamb. Didn't take photos to start because we were chowing down in delight! We can't wait to return to try more menus items. It's fun, friendly, and delicious!

We were a walk in and the waiter was super friendly. We had Feta And Olives, the warm pita, and the Tzatziki was delicious. It was nicely garlicky and creamy. I got the ribeye and it was cooked perfectly with roasted potatoes. My colleagues got the chicken thighs and shrimp. All around great experience. Fun and good music.

I love the ambiance here it is very chic. Although we did sit at the bar, the customer service was still really good! The drinks were good! About $16 per cocktail. We got the sampler platter recommended to us by the bartender. Highly recommend! It was delicious. I got the lamb and it was good but not for me. It was a little gamey and did not care for the flavor of the dish altogether . But that is just my opinion everyone's tastebuds are different. I would probably come back again in the future for a night out with friends! It was about $240 for 8 drinks, one appetizer, and 2 entrees.

For a friday night this place was busy and absolutely packed! We came in for a birthday dinner for my mom and arrived at 5:30. We did wait about 30-40 minutes for our food to come while other tables had their food before us althoughr we ordered first. Our server was kind enough to comp one of our meals for the delay in service. By the time we left the place was packed with large groups of people outside waiting for a table. The place is quite large offering both indoor and outdoor seating. It is a nice blend between modern and greek theming with decor and the place itself is really cute. I ordered the oxtail pasta and calamari. The calamari was crispy and super light to eat. The oxtail pasta was good but felt like it was missing a little more flavor. The dill garnish was basically all the flavor I tasted. Order the meze platter off the menu! The different dips were so good with our fresh pita bread!

I came here for dinner with my friend, and I was blown away by everything! We ordered the octopus as our starter, but because it was taking so long, our waiter brought out a plate of cheese with olives. That was so thoughtful! The pita that they put at every table was delicious. When our octopus did come out, it was cooked perfectly! I had the rib eye (brizola) for my main, and they put on a show! Fire surrounded it, and it was pretty cool. My dish came with roasted potatoes and lots of veggies. It was pretty substantial. My steak was seasoned and cooked to perfection. My friend had the lamb shank, and it was the best lamb shank I've ever had! It fell off the bone, and it didn't taste game-y at all. The service was amazing!!

Came here on a Friday night for a party of 2. We had outdoor reservations, and the outdoor seating was honestly great! There were heaters all around, and was fully covered, and had a cute ambiance! We ordered the sampler diff, roasted cauliflower, lamb shank and oxtail pasta. And all the food was absolutely amazing. I'd say the oxtail pasta, and lamb shank are absolutely must orders. The orzo in the lamb shank was soooo flavorful and honestly exceeded my expectations. The pasta in the oxtail pasta was perfectly El Dante too. Overall I really enjoyed my experience here and the food was super tasty for a decent price. Would definitely come back again!

Very cute restaurant with authentic ambiance! It transported us to Greece with the thoughtful decorations! The staff was super friendly and took excellent care of our group of 20 for a lunch outing. We ordered many appetizers and entrees to share. Everyone seemed to really enjoy the food. I ordered a steamed mussel and it was quite delicious!

A True Taste of Greece - Fresh Food and Excellent Service! I am so happy I found this traditional Greek restaurant. Overall, the experience was fantastic, and I highly recommend stopping by. From the moment we walked in, the service was excellent. Our server was attentive, friendly, and truly made us feel welcome. The food was the real highlight--it was so incredibly fresh! You could genuinely taste the quality in the ingredients. I only tried a couple of items on the menu this time, but they were outstanding and gave me total confidence in the rest of the kitchen. If you are looking for authentic, traditional Greek cuisine with top-tier hospitality and truly fresh ingredients, look no further. I've included a picture with my review because the quality truly speaks for itself. I can't wait to go back and try more of the menu!

We love to come here for celebrations with my in-laws. Our last visit was for my husband's 30th birthday. Though it seems this is not unusual - there were like 6-8 birthday celebrations with free desserts and song from the restaurant. It is a bit pricer but lots of fun. Very dark lighting inside with many blue and yellowed hewed lights. Very tight crowded tables - it seems they have added more recently. Perhaps even make a little more room to walk without putting yourself or your clothes over other peoples tables when coming in and out. Outside is more open air, bright, and roomier with the tables. The service is great - manager / owner floats around checking in and making sure everything is running smoothly. The waiter we had had a heavy accent, was not very loud so he had to repeat things a bit, and was less familiar with the running of the restaurant than some of our others have been, but he was still nice and helpful getting our items out in a reasonable amount of time. The food is flavorful and tasty. There's a reason we come back again and again and its so busy, but please don't squish any more tables in.

The meal itself tasted fine at the time, and everything seemed normal while I was eating. However, about an hour or two after leaving, I started experiencing diarrhea. I did not eat anything else today, so the timing makes me very concerned that something I had here didn't sit right. What upset me even more was how this was handled when I called the restaurant to let them know. Instead of showing concern, the woman I spoke with told me that she ate the food herself and was "fine," which came across as dismissive and unwilling to even consider my experience. I understand that not every issue is clear-cut, but a response like that lacks basic customer care. At the very least, I would have expected some empathy or a willingness to look into it. Food safety and customer service both matter, and unfortunately this experience has made me hesitant to return.

We ordered one appetizer sampler plate, one chicken kebab plate, one steak kebab plate, a side of fries, and knufa. Between three of us, it came out to about $30 per person. Whether it was a quick lunch between errands or a casual dinner when I didn't feel like cooking, I always knew exactly what I was going to get--fresh food, generous portions, and flavors that were simple but done right. My absolute favorite was the gyro salad with pork belly. It was the perfect balance of everything I love in a meal: crisp lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, olives, feta, and tzatziki, with rice for a little substance and warm pita on the side. I would always swap the red wine vinaigrette for the lemon herb dressing, which added just the right brightness to cut through the richness of the pork belly. It was filling without being heavy, flavorful without being complicated, and consistently satisfying every single time. I recently learned that the menu changed in 2025 and some of those original combinations were discontinued, which honestly made me a little nostalgic. That salad was more than just a meal--it was comfort food during busy days, long workweeks, and moments when I just wanted something reliable and delicious. It set the standard for what a great Mediterranean bowl should be. I moved to Charlotte in 2023, and ever since then I've been trying to find something that hits those same flavor notes. I've found some good options, but nothing has quite matched that perfect combination of freshness, balance, and simplicity that Nick the Greek delivered so consistently. If you're lucky enough to live near one, don't take it for granted. Places like this become part of your routine, and sometimes you don't realize how much you appreciate them until you move away.
