We were shopping for a portable/wireless ipod/iphone speaker dock that charges when plugged in and then has a long battery life, as well as a 1TB external hard drive. Well, guess what? We came away with said chargeable speaker (Logitech), a TWO TB hard drive and all for the remarkable I love this place. Both are plugged in and charging up right now. One of the employees found it at this location and walked me through the order process. Best Buy doesn't have free Wi-Fi, so the employee typed in the store password for me. I loved how he sanitized his hands before touching my phone! I wasn't sure if the order would go through by the time I reached this location, but it did. I thought it might be easier to go into the store myself, but parking in this very busy plaza can be hectic. There are a few dedicated spots right in front for curbside pickups. I checked in online, using the "ready for pickup" email. It took a few minutes, but an employee came out and checked my two pieces of ID. She placed the item in my trunk, and gave me some time to check the order before leaving. Off I went, easy breezy! I will definitely take advantage of this service again.

I won't even go back to BestBuy ever after this ever. Hopefully someday people (if you can call them people :)) will understand that REAL VALUES will bring REAL WEALTH. It was done within an hour. The second time I dropped my iPhone 4S and the back was cracked. I believe this was about $30 to replace and he did it on the spot. I also invested in a cover to prevent it from breaking again. I can't express how mild mannered and kind the man who works there is. He is very easy to deal with.
