It's one year plan from manufacturer and 2 year plan from Best Buy. My fridge not working properly from last 9 months! It's not cooling properly and all my food, milk everything is going bad! I call Whirlpool every time it got repaired and the person comes and checks and he goes back to order the product and it takes 20 days to a 30 days for the product to arrive and till that time I have no fridge at home and I have to struggle to save my food! After the product arrives the person comes and installs the product and the fridge starts working and again stops working in another 25 days! This is repeating and so far It happened 3 times so far! and this 3rd time I have no fridge from last 2 months!!! Not sure whom to reach out! someone should help me! I wish Best Buy take the fridge back and refund my money! or replace with new fridge! This fridge is not repairable!

On line inventory says that they have 2 IN Stock. I asked for one of them since i had paid in full. They said NO I had to wait for the one that was ordered for me. I asked why mine did not arrive they could not give me a reason. I then asked just cancel the order and give me one of the ones in stock. Again the answer was NO. They said I had to wait until my order arrived at the store before I could cancel. Again I asked when will mine arrive?? They could not give me a date. The salesman should have told me come back Friday and buy one the ones that are comming in. Why one was not tagged for me could not be explained. This is an extremely stupid Best Buy corporate policy and one that should be easily over turned by a manager. I paid for a computer, I want a computer, you have 2 in stock, WHY CANT I HAVE ONE.

Clerk advised he needed to know the laptop model as we did not we drove home and brought it back Entered store and his college said to me he could not look it up by model number he needed the actual laptop ! Well I should of bee told to bring in the actual laptop ! Which is strange I bought in the past laptop chargers and never was told bring in the entire laptop ( but thats okay ) He did not want to be bothered to look it up on his computer and I insisted ! then when the initial sales clerk came he then changed the story and said he asked he did ask me for the model number if I was in the store but said he told me to bring in the entire laptop ! WHat a liar !!!!!!! But he decided to make an elaborate scene to impress the other college . I told him to stop it and move on ! Because I know you cant debate with a LIAR !!!! They looked it up he came back and he started to go on to impress his colleague next to him the same thing !!! Trying to belittle me ! After looking at the ad, the employee grabbed our two GPUs and brought them to the counter behind the cash. After having the GPUs placed in a bag and only then put on the checkout counter we were able to pay. After purchasing the GPUs we walked outside and quickly took the boxes out of the bags. To our surprise the GPUs we had been given were not the ones we had asked for. After returning to the store not even 2 minutes later were told by several employees including the manager Dan S, that we would not be able to return our items until after the weekend had ended. Absolutely ridiculous rule considering we had not been allowed to hold or even look at the product until after checkout. The only reason they get 2 stars is because there was no hassle when returning the GPUs.

They diagnosed my machine first before before doing something. I have another Macbook Pro that I thought needed a RAM upgrade because the app store icons aren't show but they said it was necessary - honest alert. And also, they have tons of other stuff - cellphone accessories, computer paraphernalia and even laptops. Move over Pacific Mall. This should be everyone's go to place in downtown Toronto (or even those from the 'burbs) - the folks are so honest. And they cleaned my Mac before giving it to me - which hadn't been cleaned for months. Oops.
