Bad return policies…read more Bought an upgraded power supply and upgraded video card. I am very tech savvy. For the life of me the drivers would not install. The video card refused to work. There is no logical scenario I could come up with why it would not work. After several attempts I came to the conclusion that either my computer did not like that card, or the card did not like my computer. I took it back to the store. I had every intention to simply get my money back and purchase a new card in the store. Right away I was informed that there is a 10% restocking fee. It says nothing about this on the receipt.The person doing returns saw that I was about to lose it if they were going to try and steal $15 from me, when I hadn't even had the card for 24 hours.
