The customer service here is the worst. I went in to pick up a $22.00 HDMI cord that my husband ordered online but I did not have the invoice, I was in the area and I thought it wouldn't be a problem. I gave the girl my husband's name, she came back and said she needed a invoice number. I called hubby and got the number they wanted. "Uri" who appeared to be the manager of that department, came over took the number and the name, told me to call my husband again to get the number. I said I just did, you got the number, but he said to call again so I did, gave him the phone cause he wanted to talk to him, then he says I don't want to talk to him, you do it. ??????. So I confirm the invoice number and hang up. Uri disappears apparently to retrieve the package, which took way more than the 2 minutes he said. Finally I get it, then he wants my husband to send a email of the invoice to my cell ????
I said my cell does not pick up wifi when I'm away from home, I won't get the email, he says I can connect to their computer ??? I kept saying my phone won't get the email, then finally he says my husband can send the invoice directly to their store. So I said what is your email address, all this time I am still on the phone with hubby, and he says yet again, have him send it to your cell. I said to Uri I'm confused, I don't understand what it is you want........ then he gives me the time out hand signal.... takes my phone, gets the invoice number which I already gave him, and a few other numbers he needed, hung up, gave me the package but not before I had to show him my drivers licence and sign for it. Not once did he even ask for our address or home number. Very curt and very very rude, he even admitted that he gave me a hard time, and as I was saying something to them just before I left, him and his associate turned their backs on me and went about their business. This whole insane episode took at least a half an hour. You'd think this was a $2500 Macbook or big screen tv we ordered, this guy Uri needs seriously needs professional help. Why didn't he just talk to my hubby in the first place, get the info he needed, and be done with it, instead of playing head games and power tripping. These guys in customer service are nothing less than complete idiots. I've never encountered anything as convoluted as this with any business. I should've went over his head and talked to the store manager but I just wanted to get the hell out of there. Last time I deal with them. read more
