Not a cheap job by any means. All looked nice at first but within 2 years, parts of both started showing signs of cracking and spalling. My husband called them back out to see what could be done and were told they couldn't do anything except replace the whole thing again? The explanation is the weather in Chicago is the reason. By the third year, the area where the garage floor meets the concrete driveway and parts of the driveway are crumbling. I didn't expect any of this within the first few years.. and I don't see other newer driveways in my neighborhood with this issue. Something was wrong with what they used or how they mixed their product. Now, water seeps into the garage through the cracks at winter time. It's extremely upsetting and each year that goes by, I get more upset. More and more crumbling. I wish they had better options for us or could do something without charging us for a full redo. Please make this right.

Listen pal, you can keep deflecting all you want…read more This patio was fine for 3 years after we moved in before you came. Sealed, no problems. You just did not seal it properly. That's it. Nothing to do with our drainage. Yours did not even last a year. We have no defects, this is a brand new patio. There IS PVC edging. It's even stronger material than PVC. You saw it. Stop twisting and deflecting. My pavers have not shifted. What's failed is your sanding and sealing, the entire patio now, all cracks where you sealed are now falling apart. The company who did the initial sealing and install of this patio did a fantastic job but they don't do maintenance work. It was sealed, nothing got through it. With yours everything fell apart, period across the whole patio in less than a year and a half gradually. If you can't refund or redo. Then f off. This review therefore stays up. The truth be told.
