From the kitchen, I really like the al dente edamame with added spicy garlic crunch, their take on Agedashi tofu with spicy red radish and fried onion, baked green mussels and seafood tempura. The agedashi tofu and tempura were executed well, crispy and love the added shiso leaf and umeboshi paste to add flavor to the fish tempura. The sushi chef, Kay, and staff are so attentive and nice. Everything came out quickly and empty plates were cleared promptly too. The sushi bar seats about 8 people (my preference) while there are about 6 small tables.
