BEWARE -- WATCH YOUR INVOICES AND SERVICES CLOSELY…read more I started using this company back in August after seeing their crews frequently working in my neighborhood. Unfortunately, my experience since then has been extremely disappointing. I have been charged multiple times for services that, based on what I can personally verify, were not completed as stated. I have cameras around my property, so I am able to see when crews arrive, how long they are at my home, and what work is actually performed. For example, I have been charged for tree trimming when I cannot see where the trees were trimmed. I have also been charged for pulling weeds from my flower beds, yet my son and I have been the ones pulling those weeds ourselves. My biggest concern is that the charges and descriptions on my invoices simply do not appear to match the work I am seeing performed at my property. Based on my personal experience, I do not recommend this company. If you currently use them, I strongly suggest reviewing your invoices carefully, documenting the condition of your property, and verifying that every service you are being charged for was actually completed. I expected to pay for professional lawn and landscaping services--not to repeatedly question whether I was being billed for work that was actually performed.

One of their company…read moretrucks backed into and damaged my masonry wall and gate, and the entire incident was captured on video. Instead of taking responsibility, I was first told it was somehow my fault for not guiding their driver, then later told they would not cover the damage at all. Because of their refusal to make things right, I had to hire another company and spend over $12,000 out of pocket to repair everything in time for an event I was hosting at my home. Nearly a year later, they still have made little to no effort to resolve the issue. Accidents happen, but how a company responds says everything. In my case, there was no accountability, no urgency, and no customer care. I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business with them.
