Then cancelled the delivery…read morehalfway through the expected delivery time because the driver stated they were sliding all over the place. It was not icy or even below freezing yet. Offered to reschedule sometime the next week. This was after I had planned on the delivery, taken off work, and waited for 4 days, not contacting anyone else, becuase I was sure of the expected delivery. I can understand letting the driver decide it was too slick, that's a call on the driver. The lack of communication, unanswered phone calls, voicemail was full and we couldn't even leave a message, and then saying that since the driver cancelled the deliveries because it was too slick, we were welcome to come pick up the wood was the final nail in the coffin. I would not recommend them to anyone. I was able to make a call to another person, and got the wood delivered that afternoon. Even in the rain, when the temperature was dropping, and the other company was prompt, friendly, well priced, and he let me know when he was on his way, and when he arrived. Just one guy...how is that even possible?!? Overall, a terrible experience with Austin's Firewood. 1/10 would not eat. :(

I had another company do it for $250 took 20mins. Generally there's warrantees when you buy palms (or at least they will work with you on giving you discounted trees for the ones that they gave you that died or be accommodating in some means) we bought a few costing in the thousands. All of our palm trees had died that we purchased from them (if I remember correctly, they were $3800 apiece?) My husband just talked to the company and they said they won't replace anything because I left a bad review!!!!!!!!!!! so I guess I'm being black balled literally because I left honest review!!!!! we own several businesses ourselves never would I ever even think of treating a customer in such a unprofessional and honestly resentful way. Like is this guy really trying to take revenge on me for my honest review?! I have a social media following about 100k more lifestyle, content, tho I've never left a review about a business on my personal social media page I Definitely am going to leave one now and warn my followers of my personal horrible experience with this company. he literally admitted he's not doing anything about it because I left a bad review i'm in shock that A company can be so vengeful and unprofessional. (sidenote, after reading reviews, it looks like I'm not the only person having this issue unfortunately)
