I hope if someone bought something today they honored their signs. Anyway, I tell the guy I need a stove like now. He proceeds to tell me I could take a floor model (which is fine) or we could order it. It could even be delivered in the next couple of days. But then, as I'm looking at the stoves he takes off down the aisle with his old sale signs and disappears. At that point I was out. Don't freaking walk away when I'm right there to buy something. Now I have to listen to my husband complain about how we should've gone to the one by the house rather than being loyal to the one we bought the original stove at 14 years ago.

I shop at the Richardson store most often but every Harbor Freight that I've shopped at, have been…read morea 5 star experience. I've saved so much money on tools that more than met my needs. Recently had a plumber doing a tile shower for me and he was having a terrible time drilling through the tile to mount the shower frame. I handed him my Bauer heavy duty drill (from Harbor Freight of course) and he was shocked how fast and easy that drill finished the holes in those ceramic tiles. I love the selection of so many items at such low prices. The return policy at Harbor Freight is excellent so I never worry if something I buy there doesn't work out. Best of all; you don't have to chase down help at their store. They help you anyway they can... Just tonight I stopped by there (Richardson store) to get some things I saw online but one of the items was not on the shelf. A young employee (think his name was Dominic) went through a big search for me and found the items in the back. And then I almost walked off without my wallet, but he quickly saw it on the shelf and told me. Harbor Freight is a clean, well organized, well stocked store with very affordable prices and employees that always offer excellent help.
