    Classic Rock is a unique stone yard that offers so many choices at reasonable prices. The Classic Rock website explains what they offer, pricing, and policies so there should be no surprises once you are there. Alyissa is very helpful, knowledgeable, and cheerful. We had some over-sized boulders for traffic control delivered in March 2022 and everything went smooth. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else for my rock and stone needs. Classic Rock Rocks!

I purchased an appliance there 6 years ago. It went out in December of 2025. It was out of extended protection. No issue there. The part, and FULL REPLACEMENT was covered by Samsung. I just needed to provide proof of purchase. Lowes started a program called MYLOWES around 2011, that was supposed to keep ALL purchase history. There was a key fob, or a card that you scan at time of purchase, it saved all purchase history. This was explained to me, and used at the time of purchase. About 4 years ago, they updated their systems, and it no longer goes past 4 years, so I can no longer access my proof of purchase. My bigger issue, is that I have spent countless hours, multiple calls, have been lied to about them fixing my account login credentials, and have spoken to multiple customer service representatives, and ALL. of them have a "sorry about your luck" mentality. The store manager is out, I have asked to speak with a district manager for resolution, or someone that can help, and they FLAT OUT DENY ME SPEAKING with someone. Lowes advertised a program that would track my purchases, forever. Then they changed that. I am out thousands of dollars. That is false advertisement, and it seems that unless I file a small claims suit in court, there is nothing I can do. The fact that ther organization has made it a policy to keep customers from speaking with leaders in the organization who can help and offer ways to support the situation, and they keep everything in the customer service center is lunacy. They tell you tough luck, and close your issue out, and have absolutely ZERO concern for customer service. My refrigerator has been not functional for 2 months.

We ordered some Coronado stone from them, since you can not purchase direct from the manufacture. Don Walker was so very nice on the front end, telling us where we could look at the product and letting us know it would be May 12th (2 weeks) before the stone would come in. I waited until the May 22nd to contact them since I had not heard from them. After waiting for a return call I was told the stone was at the manufacturer and all they had to do was pick it up. As they could not deliver it that day, we set up a time for delivery on May 29th in the morning. Come May 29th I called again at 11a to ask where the delivery was. After waiting on hold for 10 min, as they tried to find my order - I was told that they could not deliver it in the morning, but could get it to me that afternoon. They claimed that there were issues due to the flooding in Dallas, TX. That my be true, but why did I not receive a call letting me know? I had already taken a 1/2 day off work to receive the delivery, and then had to cancel another 1/2 day to receive it in the afternoon. At 2:30p I called to ask for an eta and was told that the driver was sitting in line to pick up the stone. Shortly after I received a call that they were not going to be able to get to me today!! If you are not a builder or contractor ordering 10's of thousands of $$ from these folks, forget it! They will not care about you!!
