I bought my granite here for my New house in July. They get two stars instead of 1 because the rest of the house granite looks good. I believe they installed stained granite, and won't admit it or offer a believable explanation. There is clearly an orange stain at the sink. The rest of the granite does not have this stain anywhere else. When I let them know, they told me it was supposed to be like that. And they offered no other response, not more pictures of it elsewhere, not a name of the granite, nothing. Make sure you look over each piece carefully before installing. The stain is along the side of the sink. It wouldn't be so bad except the granite is white and grey, so I'll have to look at this the rest of my life thanks to this place. read more

The piece I selected had some specs of tan in it which I specifically wanted and was why it was selected. I was assured they could cut it so the tan would appear. As they were bringing the piece into the house, I noticed that the cut had no tan specs appearing anywhere. Upon calling, my customer service contact immediately, I was informed there was a hair line crack (in transit) and they had to cut with the area that was good. The piece was now done with no phone call of the issue, they offered no compensation on the cost. Was told that they could return it and I could pick something else out. All it took was a simple phone call to alert the customer to the issue. Instead, they came, made the cut and I had to make the phone call about the issue. Not GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICE in any shape or form. Be extremely careful, get everything in writing and go over it twice and check the stone before they make a single cut or you will end up like me with a piece you didn't order. Beautiful products at fair prices! We redid the granite on our kitchen countertops when we changed sinks and the granite got damaged. We also added marble on top of two antique vanities in our master bathroom. The installers arrived on time (no waiting--a rarity when you remodel), were very professional and courteous, and most importantly they did a fantastic job. Venney was the lead installer and he took his time and did the job meticulously. After the bathroom marble had been placed, I decided to change my sink (it was ivory and the marble was white). They came back out and recut the basin hole a bit larger to accommodate the new sink. read more

I made an appointment, which was confirmed. In that confirmation, I noted I was looking for remnants to redo my bathroom countertops. After I got there and found the office, the salesman was perplexed by an appointment. He said the system was down, so I shrugged and asked - can anyone talk with me? He said it was him, but then didn't answer half of my questions and said he couldn't show me remnants. I still have my questions. When he walked away from me, I followed him. I wanted answers and to share my customer feedback with a manager who could do something to help me get answers. When I asked the female saleswoman to speak to someone in charge, she said she'd walk me out 'cause she could tell I was frustrated. Three people from the back were listening and walking up, so I shared my request for a customer to just get talked to when they make an appointment. I had questions, so I made an appointment. And I still have questions. If a manager calls me to reschedule so I can get answers, I will give them another chance and even update this review. No update means they never called me. But so far, I have to say - horrible customer service. read more
