It's rare to run into a good countertop contractor company. This one is exceptional. I had a problem with 2 countertops bc the tech who came out the first time was careless and didn't pay attention to the original drawing by the owner. So the tech cut the sink holes too far from the front. But then Joanna, the owner's wife, gave me a very good discount if i would keep them. I did. And the 2nd set of countertops were done correctly. But one of the techs somehow accidentally glued my stovetop down to the countertop. But Crystal Granite came out to fix the problem. I like them bc they're willing to come back to fix issues and not ignoring it. These quartz countertops were quoted from another company for $5000. But Crystal Granite did it for $3800. This is a good and fair price.

I bought my granite here for my New house in July. They get…read moretwo stars instead of 1 because the rest of the house granite looks good. I believe they installed stained granite, and won't admit it or offer a believable explanation. There is clearly an orange stain at the sink. The rest of the granite does not have this stain anywhere else. When I let them know, they told me it was supposed to be like that. And they offered no other response, not more pictures of it elsewhere, not a name of the granite, nothing. Make sure you look over each piece carefully before installing. The stain is along the side of the sink. It wouldn't be so bad except the granite is white and grey, so I'll have to look at this the rest of my life thanks to this place.

The piece I selected had some specs of tan in it which I specifically wanted and was why it was…read moreselected. I was assured they could cut it so the tan would appear. As they were bringing the piece into the house, I noticed that the cut had no tan specs appearing anywhere. Upon calling, my customer service contact immediately, I was informed there was a hair line crack (in transit) and they had to cut with the area that was good. The piece was now done with no phone call of the issue, they offered no compensation on the cost. Was told that they could return it and I could pick something else out. All it took was a simple phone call to alert the customer to the issue. Instead, they came, made the cut and I had to make the phone call about the issue. Not GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICE in any shape or form. Be extremely careful, get everything in writing and go over it twice and check the stone before they make a single cut or you will end up like me with a piece you didn't order. The men who delivered the stone were the professional in the case.
