Had a meeting to get a quote for a bathroom remodel and was quiet thrown off when I was told "well…read morethis is a similar bathroom we did for 70k so if you're not looking to spend that, we're probably not your company". Completely rude. Not to mention, the question that would have made sense preceding that statement would have been: what is your budget? It felt like she made the decision that I was too poor of a project and didn't want to be bothered. Never even received a follow up. If there's a minimum spend or desired clientele, then that should be listed on the website. And your consultants should probably not be in the habit of assuming budgets without actually asking.

The most expensive kitchen cabinets on the face of the earth!! I'm not sure if the sales rep saw…read more$$ signs when she came to my home or thinks I'm completely unaware of what a kitchen remodel should cost (even though I told her that I'd met with a dozen contractors before her). Every other contractor, many of the high end designers in Southlake area, priced the cabinets for my kitchen remodel between $20k-$40k. The quote I got back from this place was $89k!?!?! Just for kitchen cabinets! The entire remodel was going to be $200k+ whereas I've signed with someone else for half that price. I recommend going to the showroom, get some ideas then get your pricing from someone else. I definitely don't need kitchen cabinets that cost $89k, even if they will last through an atomic war! :)
