We're remodeling our master bath, and found most of what we wanted at a fraction of the cost! The salesman are very helpful and not pushy. The Lewisville store is nicely set up. The Dallas store has an extensive collection to choose from. We've now shopped here 3 times and will be back!

Hole that was "caulked" over- needs more repair than caulk.

Buyer Beware. We wanted an upgrade to our front door. We purchased a $1700 iron door, were given a $300 price reduction because we took the floor model that had nicks in the paint. Our salesman, Robert S, told us that he would include touch up paint to use on the defects. Paid $100 for install estimate; Seconds and Surplus contracts A+ door installer; who came out; less than five minutes of looking at the existing door and taking picture of the inside and outside of door. The estimate was over $400 of the $1000 which Robert S. guesstimated. It would appear this figure offset the so called reduction in price for taking the floor model with a subjective install estimate. I was contacted by the manager,Amy, after I called to find out when A+ doors was going to contact me since they had not contacted me in the time frame I was told. Amy "FYI-d" me on an additional charge for being in the extended service area. Today was the install. Showed up 11:50 am and just finished the install at 9:20pm. That is a 9.5 hour day!!! The front door was off for over 4.5 hours with a heat index advisory issued for the day. I texted Steve at A+ doors numerous times, voiced my concern about the time, the shoddy work that was being done and the amount of time the door had been "off." I also called Steve. No answer. The touch up paint that was sent to address the defects was dried up and could not be used. So, I have a door that needs touch up paint. The install was done by a guy who admitted was his second install job, I also have a hole in Sheetrock where it was cut too wide.

Ordered a full set of cabinets. They sat in storage untouched for over a month because of a construction set back. One was damaged and i contacted the business. I didn't receive a follow up email and i got busy with work and a bit of time went by before i could contact them again. I did speak to a rude person regarding this however when i talked to the correct person they are going to make it right. The rest of the cabinets were great for the price. Will do business with for my next several remodels in the upcoming months.

I love Seconds and Surplus. You can really get good deals here for your home improvement projects. This company does not deliver, so be prepared to have a truck handy if you purchase large items.

When hiring a contractor, I have a criteria: good communication/expectation setting, honesty,…read morefairness in price, efficiency, and ownership/quality of the work. As a homeowner, it's been surprisingly hard to find contractors that meet my criteria, but Innovations Touch met them all! Although I have larger projects planned in mind, I hired them for some smaller projects to see how they'd do, especially after hearing horror stories of larger renovation projects being handled poorly. My townhouse was built in 1981 and needed some repairs. Innovations Touch installed a custom guard rail at the attic hatch, installed some new window screens, fixed the catwalk in the attic, did some window siding and wall repairs and completed some behind-the-walls plumbing work. During the whole process, they set expectations well, did a great, detailed job of the work, exceeded my expectations, was fair in price relative to the quality of the work and expediency, and even cleared up a slight miscommunication we had very professionally with no ego or attitude. I was very impressed. Given they literally met all of my criteria, I trust them completely now and it feels good to have an "I know a contractor guy" for renovations for myself and others now. I'm still building my "rolodex" for home repairs, renovations, and HVAC, but glad I'm taking one big one off my list.

They more than delivered on that vision. They were detail focused, the quality of their work was exceptional and there were no hidden budget surprises. They are great at communicating throughout the project and the final result is spectacular! We had a bad experience with a contractor at our last house and we have heard so many horror stories about people having to fire their contractors and contractors taking the $$ and not showing up Epic Woodwork sets the standard for how contractors should be. They were amazing throughout the entire process.

I was in the market for a contactor and actually narrowed down who I was going to use however I saw the pictures online of Pepe's work and immediately had to reach out prior to him even starting on my neighbors house (his work is THAT good!!) I sent an inquiry and Pepe came out and evaluated our master bathroom and I knew immediately he was the one to do the job. Pepe has such a creative mind and will go above and beyond to make sure he provides you quality work without breaking the bank. This was my first reno so I was anxious and nervous but I knew I was in good hands. I was having a hard time narrowing down tile for our shower and Pepe helped me see the bathroom I envisioned by taking me and my husband to a showroom and seeing different tiles he had in mind for our bathroom. I was SOLD! Throughout the entire process Pepe was very responsive via text message, FaceTime and phone calls. I truly believe I have not only gained a contractor whom I want my entire house to be reno-ed by, but also a friend. Pepe takes pride in his work and will make sure to deliver results that his customers are happy with. I cannot recommend Pepe enough and the quality of his work in his pictures does not do enough justice. Thank you Pepe and team for going above and beyond and giving us the dream bathroom beyond our imagination!

We are going through a remodel and we knew we wanted custom cabinets but didn't know where to begin. I met with one of their top cabinet designers, Andrew Risinger. He educated me on the differences between overlay, full overlay, inset and others. I knew from the initial meeting with Andrew I was going to use this company. Andrew was extremely patient, did multiple drawings for me so I could visually envision the cabinets/layout, met me at my house several times and just went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. At the end of the day I fell in love with Andrew's design. Their pricing was very reasonable and the quality of the cabinets they use is simply unmatched in this area. The cabinets are also painted before install so there is no mess and you don't have to hire a painter. Jesse the owner was copied on everything to he could keep an eye on things and make suggestions here and there. He has been in the industry forever and had some great insight. Jesse is also as honest as they come and is a straight shooter. If you found this company, then look no further.
