Fortunately the deviation measurements are within acceptable range and he caution this would not warrant having any work needed. He certainly set our mind at ease. He identified the sand source as coming from a neighbors yard and over or through a retaining wall. He did a thorough inspection and took measurements from around every room and determined that we were all good and didn't need any work done. Refreshing when a foundation contractor tells you that you are all good. I will not hesitate to call again if there are concerns in the future.
