Specialties
Revolver Roofing is a commercial low-slope roofing contractor and Versico Authorized Contractor serving Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana.
We work commercial and multifamily projects only, partnering with general contractors, developers, owner's reps, and property managers.
What sets us apart: as a Versico Authorized Contractor, we self-perform No Dollar Limit (NDL) warranted TPO, PVC, metal, and shingle systems — the highest level of manufacturer coverage available, backing both material and workmanship. Every job is documentation-first (before, during, and after photo records, clean submittals, and complete closeout packages) and safety-driven, backed by a three-year record of zero recordable incidents.
One accountable point of contact from bid through closeout. No subcontractor finger-pointing, no surprises.
History
Established in 2022.
Revolver Roofing was founded in 2022 by Keith Bray with a deliberate focus: commercial low-slope roofing, done right. Rather than chase residential storm work, the company was built for the general contractors, developers, and building owners who need a roofing partner that protects schedule, documents everything, and stands behind the work.
That focus shaped how we operate. As a Versico Authorized Contractor, we self-perform No Dollar Limit (NDL) warranted TPO, PVC, metal, and shingle systems, and we run every project documentation-first — photo records from start to finish, clean submittals, and complete closeout packages. From our base in Rockwall, Texas, we've grown to serve commercial and multifamily projects across Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana, backed by a three-year record of zero recordable safety incidents.
Meet the Business Owner: Keith B.
I'm Keith Bray, founder and president of Revolver Roofing. I started the company in 2022 to do one thing well: commercial low-slope roofing for the general contractors, developers, and building owners who can't afford surprises on a roof.
I run Revolver hands-on, involved from the bid through final closeout on every project. As a Versico Authorized Contractor, we self-perform NDL-warranted systems and execute with vetted, manufacturer-certified crews, so there's one accountable point of contact and no finger-pointing when it matters. The documentation-first approach (photo records, clean submittals, full closeout packages) comes from a simple belief: the roof should be the part of the project the GC never has to worry about.
If you've got a commercial or multifamily project in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, or Louisiana, I'd welcome the chance to bid it.
