On Tuesday - the 4th - I asked again. I was told they would be out in the next few days. On Friday - I said I really, really needed my yard mowed. I understand we have had a lot of rain - but the yard services for my neighbors have all been completed. By Saturday - my yard is now horrible. I was told that I had been called by one of his employees and told him everything was ok... I did not speak to anyone. Someone representing themselves as a competitor did call to offer to mow for a higher price - turns out this was his employee. At the end - I was told to find another service. And when there's no staff, there's no quality control, no accountability, and no consistency. Just one person doing everything, cutting corners, and blaming the customer when things go wrong. Unfortunately, my experience since then has been extremely disappointing. I have been charged multiple times for services that, based on what I can personally verify, were not completed as stated. I have cameras around my property, so I am able to see when crews arrive, how long they are at my home, and what work is actually performed. For example, I have been charged for tree trimming when I cannot see where the trees were trimmed. I have also been charged for pulling weeds from my flower beds, yet my son and I have been the ones pulling those weeds ourselves. My biggest concern is that the charges and descriptions on my invoices simply do not appear to match the work I am seeing performed at my property. Based on my personal experience, I do not recommend this company. If you currently use them, I strongly suggest reviewing your invoices carefully, documenting the condition of your property, and verifying that every service you are being charged for was actually completed. I expected to pay for professional lawn and landscaping services--not to repeatedly question whether I was being billed for work that was actually performed.
