This is one of my favorite spots in Council Bluffs--mainly for the 360° view of the city. The vibe is perfect for a night out and the staff is always so great. The food was solid overall. The flatbread was decent, but the real star (not pictured) is the spinach artichoke dip in the bread bowl. Easily the best thing on the menu--huge portion and perfect for sharing. The salmon and risotto were also standouts. We finished with the banana bread pudding, which was the perfect ending--just sweet enough. If you're celebrating something or just want to treat yourself, this place makes the night feel like an event. I'd absolutely go back.

What an experience. Been here many times and perfection as always. Cannot get away from the steak and crab cakes. The crab cakes are stuffed with crab, no fillings. Also always get the wedge which was on point. Had their special cabbage/dumplings soup...yum! Dirty was filled to the top and the Malbec worked well with the steak. The view of omaha is great. Service was amazing and good presentation with delivery of food. Can not wait tot go back!

The food is amazing here, top-notch five star, great selections, an amazing service. 360 window views anywhere you sit. You will see down town Omaha, the city streets of Iowa & the flowing Missouri River! Beautiful views! The majority of our table ordered steak & crab cakes. Steak is cooked perfect to ordered. The crab cakes were more breading than crab. All dinners are served with choice of side plus soup or salad! The wedge salad is one of the best around. I ordered Halibut that melted in my mouth. It was blacked along with 3 jumbo shrimp! Delicious! We went to celebrate a birthday. They gave ice cream and cake for dessert & sang Happy Birthday! We enjoyed our time talking over the 2 hour dinner experience! Great quality time with quality people & food!

At the top of Harris Casino, just over the bridge in Council Bluffs, the 360 offers a wonderful view of downtown Omaha. Complementary parking is plentiful and you can stop in and try your luck at one of the table games or the slots located in the casino just off the lobby. The 360 is only open Thursday through Sunday so check for hours. Reservations are highly recommended for peak times. Note that half the restaurant does face east so you would not necessarily be guaranteed a view of downtown unless requested, and even then it's up to availability. We were fortunate enough to get a Birdseye view of Omaha New Year's Eve, and watch the firework show over dinner. Our server was wonderful and walked us through the menu and the special holiday offerings. It should be noted that menu pricing is a little steep, but quality is not lacking. Full bar is available with specialty cocktails that includes the Missouri martinis, one of my favorites! Nice dessert selection is available and if you're too full, they will pack it up to go for Later! if you haven't ever tried it, or it's been a while, highly recommend the 360 for dinner. Harris Casino is also amazing home to Stir Cove for summer concerts and Guy Fieri's restaurant for more casual fare.

My husband and I went with our neighbors for the first time. We went at night so we could not really see the view, but from what we could see it would be a nice view in the daytime. We opted to not get an appetizer, but I wish we would've tried the spinach dip. I went with the steak and cakes, and my steak was cooked just the way I liked it. The crabcakes were flavorful, but I feel like the garlic mashed potatoes were lacking in flavor. Next time I'm going with the Caesar salad instead of the house salad as well. All the servers were super friendly, and provided quick, prompt service. I definitely want to come back again and try the ribeye or prime rib.

Loved this place!…read more Omaha was such a surprising place for its range of high quality food. Memoir was only a few blocks away from our Moxy Hotel. We were able make a reservation on Open Table. Food (5/5): We had some wonderful food here. We had the following: TSUNAMI MAKI inside * shrimp tempura, crab mix, cream cheese / outside * crab stick tempura, spicy honey mustard, sweet soy, sesame seeds (8 pcs) WAGYU MEMOIR DIP* - smoked shaved beef, crescenza cheese, horseradish aioli, french bread, fries or simple salad Both were really delicious. For some reason, I missed the the "dip" was a "French dip sandwich" - I thought tit was actually a dip (haha). We split the sandwich as it was huge, and then ended up ditching the bread and adding the beef to the fried rice, below. BEEF FAT FRIED RICE - egg, snow peas, carrot, scallion Service (5/5): Server was kind and efficient. Ambiance (5/5): Cool, modern and upscale vibe. We had a cool corner booth. Loved the atmosphere.

The server was great and even gave us great recommendations for beverages in the Old Market area. Beautiful furniture and an elegant feel to Memoir, making it a great "special occasion meal" location. I've been here a couple times and couldn't recommend the potato puffs appetizer enough. The fluffy and crunchy potato served with cheese that perfectly coats the puff. Delightful. The eggs Benedict was very uniquely blended together by the pickled onion and avocado, no meat, which is a neat take on eggs Benedict. Well seasoned hollandaise sauce with a perfectly poached egg. For the mocktail drinkers like myself, they have three options to choose from. One jalapeño & pineapple, a guava orange, and one other. They pay close attention to detail, from laying the plates with the name "Memoir" facing you, to cooking your meal to near perfection. They even give the birthday person a card signed by the staff, alongside a complimentary dessert.

Gilberts serves more than just steaks, as I've been to the one in Tysons Corner and loved that one. There were four of us who came here for dinner... We started with cocktails, which took an odd amount of time to arrive at the table - we got half and then waited about 10 minutes for the other two to show up. Not sure what happened here, but those who got their drinks waited so we could all drink together and this made that moment a little off. We started with their Pretzel Crusted Onion Rings - WOW!! These things were HUGE!!! The thickest and biggest onion rings I've ever seen or had and they were tasty! The pretzel crust was very tasty too. I opted for their blackened chicken rigatoni for dinner. It was decent, but on the bland site. The roasted red pepper cream was interesting looking, but a scoop of blandness too. Overall I did like the flavor of the chicken and the sauce/texture was nice. This visit was decent, but slight delays in service and food being on the bland side makes me want to give it 4 instead of 5 stars.

I had the Cubano sandwich, which was good overall, especially the smoky meat, but I think the coarse-ground mustard overpowered the flavours a bit and dulled the smokiness a bit. A plain yellow mustard might balance the sandwich better and let the smokiness shine through more. The sweet potato fries, however, were excellent. My wife Laura ordered Emily's Salad, which was pleasant and fresh, though we both thought it could have benefited from a little crunch--maybe some seeds or nuts added in. Our daughter Alex had the birria tacos and carne asada fries. The tacos were tasty, though a little on the small side, but the carne asada fries were fantastic. Umai! (I am a Rengoku fan; if you know, you know.) I highly recommend it. Our other daughter, Sam, ordered the birria grilled cheese and elote fries, and both were really good. Her cherryade was especially refreshing. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxed, though the dining area and patio felt a bit bare. A few plants outside and inside would really warm the place up and give it more character. The music was pretty good with indie hits in there. I also tried the Old Fashioned. It was definitely strong, which I appreciated, but it felt like it was missing a touch of sweetness or something to round it out. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves, and I'd absolutely go back and try more on the menu. Their waitstaff was top-notch and really were on their game. The restaurant has good ingredients and solid ideas--it just feels like a few flavour balances could be dialed in a little more.

Actually, we enjoyed our meal and service so much we had dinner there twice. First off, the restaurant is really well designed inside. It's a really contemporary space with a great vibe. The service is exceptional (for dinner) and they go out of their way to take care of their guests. Then comes the cocktails, which were also quite excellent. And they have an extensive (VERY extensive) wine list! Impressive. The food is also (mostly) excellent. We dine in fine restaurants all over the world from Chicago to Paris to Tokyo and London and the food here was top quality, prepared exceptionally, and really delicious--largely due to their wood fire oven. I hadn't seen an oven like this since Grant Achatz's Roister/Fire in Chicago. I was very impressed. We started with Wood Fired Oysters, which were delicious. Their house corn bread and honey butter were also quite good. I normally don't care for corn bread but this was a really nice accompaniment. My wife and I shared the ribeye and truffle cava mac and cheese. Both were very good. On our second dinner we had Omaha Farmer's Board, a very good charcuterie and meats appetizer. But the Ricotta Agnolotti was our only complaint to this truly exceptional restaurant. The pasta dish felt like it was trying too hard to be fancy. A parmesan foam on top was cold, brining a nice hot dish down. The overall look of the plated dish was "overfull diaper." Not appetizing. The creme brûlée was very good. Overall, highly recommend this place as a steakhouse with an incredible wood fired grill. This place should be busier than when we went, to be sure. It deserves attention and it deserves to be recognized as one of the top restaurants in Omaha.

Honestly, we weren't that... impressed, but we gave it a valiant go on both meals chosen! Kinda bummed there wasn't a drink menu with cocktails, but they had a great selection of wine ranging from $100-$500 a bottle. So, we stuck with water. Bread and creamy butter was dropped off while we waited and who can't resist a warm roll? Got the Trail Boss Prime Rib, with salad bar, and baked potato side was requested as medium. The au ju lacked flavor, and only lasted a few bites before not used at all. The baked potato was delish though! Prime rib was very tender, a lot of cap which was nice, but it was just sorta.. average. I snagged their Teriyaki Tenderloin Kabob on a bed of wild rice, salad bar, and asparagus side (probably the first restaurant I've seen that's offered asparagus as an actual side), requested well done. By all accounts it does look a bit charred, but when the veggies were pulled apart, they were warm and tender and paired well with the teriyaki and rice. That rice was delish! Asparagus didn't blow any air up my skirt unfortunately, because I really wanted it to blow my mind. I felt like we left a lot of food on our plates, but that could've just been how it was. We just felt... underwhelmed and wasn't picking up on all the hype.
