Quite expensive, but I guess that's the price of admission for a tourist attraction. We had a reservation--of course you need one--and omg, it was loud and packed with tourists. At least I can now say I did this once. It was a Tuesday evening, and there happened to be a Blue Jays game that night, which added to the energy (read: noise level). That said, this is undeniably the best way to get amazing views of the city buildings, the Toronto Islands, and to do some plane spotting if that's your thing. It's also a quick 5-minute walk from Toronto's main rail station, Union Station, so it's incredibly convenient. Come early for your reservation--there's security to go through on the ground floor before you're allowed up in the elevator to the restaurant. If you're into trivia about the tower, arrive with time to spare so you can read the interesting facts and details, or plan to stick around afterwards. Service was extremely slow and nothing to write home about. We couldn't seem to get the server back to our table to take our order or to collect payment so we could leave. We also couldn't get anyone to tell us where the restrooms were or to answer basic questions. My dining companion and I both ordered à la carte and had the strip steak, which was surprisingly tender and tasty, but it took a while to come out. There are options for a two- or three-item prix fixe for $65 or $90 respectively, if you want to simplify things. Service isn't included so take the time to tip according to the level of service you received. Our server didn't seem to think we deserved dessert, so he didn't offer us dessert or coffee before rocking up with the bill as soon as he'd cleared our table. All in all, not a warm and inviting experience. One important note: the observation deck is included with your dinner cost, so make sure you take advantage of it if you can. It's worth the trip up for the views alone. Would I go back? Probably not. But if you've never been and want the views, it's worth doing once. Just temper your expectations on the service front.
Great view of Toronto and the lake. Food was fairly mediocre and quite pricey. Good place to take out of town visitors. The prix fixe menu definitely has the best value.
We were confident this was going to be kitschy and touristy, given it's a rotating restaurant on the 114th floor of the CN Tower and we were tourists visiting Toronto, so our expectations were low. After a complicated arrival sequence into the building (poorly signed as to where to go once you arrived, security, multiple queues to get to/in the restaurant--so give yourself ample time to arrive) we were seated. The restaurant makes a full revolution every 1 hr. 12 min. (or so we were told) and offered us panoramic, scenic night views of the city well below. That was what we came for and that made the evening well worth it. But we were surprised by how good the service and food actually was--which was not what we were expecting at all! So glad we went and so great we were pleasantly surprised. Wonderful evening.
Great ambience and great view of the city by the lake. The service is relatively fast. The mussels are not the best , not fleshy. I think the it needs more spices. The fritters were tasty. Loved the smoked salmon, the best. Very disappointed with the temperature of the lamb. It was cold . The fish needs more seasoning. It was our anniversary and this info was disclosed during booking the lunch. We ordered a dessert. We were expecting Happy Anniversary written on it. But we were disappointed again. The price is right. The quality is above average.
We had a great dinner on our first trip to Toronto. Our waiter Andrew was very friendly and explained some of the Toronto sights as we revolved. I had the indigenous menu and it was very good and different. The wild boar was so tender. Since it costs $45 just to go up in the tower I feel the $75 dinner minimum is worth it and you can also visit the observation deck after you eat.
Firstly, I had such a great experience I'm surprised at some of the low star reviews. I couldn't get reservations for dinner so we decided to go for lunch at 2:30pm. When we arrived they have a separate line for the restaurant and fast track you up. You check in and they find you a seat. We didn't pay extra for a window but it didn't matter on this day the sun was shining and the views were spectacular! You also get feee entry to the lookout floors for after the meal. There were different menu options à la carte, set 2 course for $75, or 3 courses for $90. They also had a special indigenous menu which my dad happened to try which was cool. I did the 3 courses for $90. There were a great range of choices for each meal. I had mussels to start, delicious came with a great broth and toast. I had the Great Lakes Pickering for my main a white light fish which came with new baby potatoes and was lovely. Then for my dessert o had the chocolate hazelnut Mille feuille, so light and tasty. My cocktail was the 1976 Gin drink and came in a pretty glass. My mums a picky eaters and loved her prime rib. Our server was so friendly and helpful. Yes it's a little pricey but for a special occasion it is so worth it!
Honestly I wish I could rate 360 Restaurant at CN Tower higher because of the food and the views, but the service really knocked it down. We arrived early and parked at the closest parking garage nearby which happened to lead us inside the baseball stadium. Interesting but worked out well because it was a 2 min walk to the tower! You have to go through a couple groups (security, check in, host) but it went by quick. The service started off great with a congratulations and small note for our anniversary - so sweet. The waiter asked if we liked wine and I said that I was planning to order a glass, my boyfriend was not. When I opened the menu to find the name of the one I had picked out, the waiter took the menu and said he would bring us both out something local and full bodied. I thought it was odd he didn't let us order ourselves but decided to trust the expert and figured it was their version of an anniversary "gift" (like a dessert) so I didn't give it a second thought - spoiler alert, it wasn't, lol. When it came to our entrees, I ordered the duck and it was delicious! The confit leg was super crispy and tender. We also had the mashed potatoes and carrots, both of which were good sized and tasty. My boyfriend was debating between the scallops and the lobster, so I recommended that he ask our waiter which one he preferred. After doing this, the waiter said "neither, get the lamb, you won't be full with the seafood dishes". My boyfriend contested that he was more in the mood for seafood, to which our waiter said that if he ordered the lamb and didn't like it, he would bring out whatever we wanted instead. Because of this generous offer, I convinced him to try the lamb and worst case he could get one of the other dishes he was considering. The lamb came and it was tasty. But after all, it wasn't quite what he was craving, so he told the waiter who immediately whisked away the dish with a promise to bring him something else. When I asked him what he was going to bring (thinking it was the scallops or lobster, the two original options being considered), he said not to worry. Instead, he brought out the prime rib and said he would waive the upcharge fee (why would we be charged extra for a dish we didn't order anyway?!?). The prime rib was good too, but at this point we were just over the dinner experience and wanted to get home. He also ordered a cider which was never brought out. We skipped on dessert, but were brought out a complimentary white chocolate mousse (it was at this point I realized the wine ordered for us was not complimentary). The dessert was also good and very much appreciated! After dinner, we went to the observation deck and took in the views. I won't mention the name of the waiter here but wanted to give my honest feedback. I would be back for another special occasion, but would need to be sat in a different section of the restaurant. Every dish was great and the views make this restaurant extra special.
Food was great. Got the preset 3 course meal. 10 oz prime rib was cooked to perfection. Our server, Scott, was extremely knowledgeable and knew his way around Canada. The restaurant spins so you get an entire 360 view of Toronto, breathtaking.
I've been here before and I really didn't like the food I thought it was just ok. But I have to say this time I thought the food was great! Amazingly good. I was quite impressed. Came here for my friend's son 11th Birthday. We had early reservations at 5:30. The restaurant was not busy at that time so we were able to get a table near the window. The service was friendly and professional. Really great service. The ambiance was great. It was a quiet early dinner. I opted to order À la Carte menu. They also have a Pre-Fixed menu as well. The minimum spend is $75 for adults and $40 for children. Your reservation does include access to the CN Tower and to the floors. The food is expensive, especially if you order off the A La Carte menu. I ordered the Caesar salad, the 14oz steak with peppercorn sauce with the baked potato. Everything was delicious. It really was a nice dining experience. A lot of people complain about the food being over priced, but you really are paying for the experience and the view. I would highly recommend this place especially for a special occasion.
Visiting 360 Restaurant at the CN Tower is the most memorable experienced I had from my first Toronto trip. So lucky that I got table for 6pm dinner by walking-in. Staff were very friendly especially our server. Had a chance to see the spectacular day and night view during my stay. Had the 3-course meal (Three Sisters Salad, Wild Boar Duo and Stone Fruit Trifle)and Lychee Lift-off mocktail and was heavenly delicious. A chef's kiss I would say. I highly recommend this place to try and add it from your itenerary when you visit Toronto. A must place to visit.
We were never in Toronto and knew we Wanted to visit when staying in Ontario for our vacation this year. We decided to make reservations at 360 in order to see the beautiful views! The minute we were seated at our table for dinner we knew we made the right choice! The views are incredible! We chose three course dinner. We ordered a bread basket to start and a pitcher of red wine sangria. I had: grilled calamari, the cod entree and a white mousse dessert. My boyfriend had the salmon gravlax, chicken entree and berry panna cotta. Everything was delicious and the service was excellent! Samir was our waiter and took care of everything we needed!
Stunning view, 360 degree of whole Toronto city, worth place to come. lots of seafood, service ok.
Ambiance is probably the best part of 360. It's a lovely spot for a special occasion and also get to experience the observation deck. We got the prix fix prime rib, cod and pork tenderloin. All the meals were lovely, not overly salty but still delicious. Service was good and it's a nice way to celebrate an occasion.
Gorgeous views, really delicious food and the people were nice throughout. Probably the tenderest lamb I've ever eaten! They do change their menu every few months, so that's a tea treat. Can see the whole of Toronto city, up to and beyond Mississuga. Definitely worth it for first time visits or special occasions. read more

My boyfriend wanted to try a unique restaurant, so he picked this place for Winterlicious. He made the reservation in advance and we arrived on Thursday evening for dinner. He requested a window seat, but it wasn't available, so we decided to wait for 30 minutes. The staff encouraged us to go downstairs and admire the view of the city, so that's what we did! The view at night was spectacular- the lights glowed like warm campfire. We took photos and walked around, then came back to be seated. Our waiter was an older gentleman who welcomed us and let us settle in. He stepped back and we looked at the menu to decide what to order- my boyfriend decided to order Duck Wings (with Ontario Honey, Blue Cheese, Scallions), Honey Rubbed Chicken Supreme (with Potato Puree, Wilted Kale, Mixed Mushrooms, Tarragon Chicken Jus), and Pistachio & White Chocolate Cheesecake (with Matcha, Cranberry, Graham Crumble). I decided to order White Bean, Corn and Squash Soup (with Sage & Sumac Bannock), Cape D'or Salmon (with Parsnip Puree, Swiss Chard, Fennel and Scallion, Orange Butter Sauce), and Chocolate & Sour Cherry Cake (with Blackout Cake, Cherry Jus, Whipped Crème Fraiche, Black Sesame). We also ordered two non-alcoholic soda- they tasted like a blend of sweet tangy fruits. Below are our thoughts about each dish. My boyfriend's meal: Duck wings- moist and very juicy, rich and lightly tangy flavour, finger lickin' good! He said that he could eat them all day! Honey rubbed chicken- he enjoyed the blend of rich spices cooked to juicy perfection, he said that every bite was delicious. The portion size was very generous- the veggies added a balance of flavour. Pistachio and white chocolate cheesecake- soft and moist, not very sweet- the cranberry sauce added a tangy flavour. He said that it was one of the best tasting cheesecakes! My meal: White bean, corn, and squash soup- rich and deep flavour, every spoonful was delicious! Cape d'or salmon- thick piece of salmon and it was juicy and moist. The portion size was very generous- the veggies added a balance of flavour. Chocolate and sour cherry cake- soft and pillowy pieces of chocolate cake, it was a chocolate lover's dream- the cherry jus added a tangy flavour. Throughout the evening, our waiter came by a few times to check-in on us. We had a great time admiring the view, eating and talking, it felt like a weekend evening. Great service, delicious food, and lovely vibe, highly recommended! read more

It was a great experience! The view was spectacular and the food was great too. Our waiter Carlos was also really good. I would definitely do this instead of just going up to the observatory, the difference in price is worth it. After the dinner you can go down to the observatory floor and we did it but after you had spent over an hour looking at the amazing view while you eat, the observatory looks boring. read more

Lunch with a view? Count me in! I was thrilled that January 27 was not only my first birthday back in Toronto in many years - but also the kickoff of Winterlicious! After learning that the 360 restaurants would be participating, I figured there was no place better to kick off a special season. I am a total fan of the experience here. Separate elevators, coat checks, and experiences than just heading up to the CN Tower's experiences. So, if you are looking to eat at one of the most recently updated restaurants (and new menus), this should be on your list. The servers were very kind, though they did make several errors with our orders. Most of the courses had issues, but we were in a good mood and the servers were quick to make changes each time. I ordered the soup (but received the carrots - which were actually a better choice), the chicken, and the pudding with fresh sour crême ice cream. Simply perfect. If you are a fan of trying Canadian cuisine, there is probably no place better within a few blocks that offers as much at the 360 restaurants do. Thank you for creating a great experience! read more
The restaurant is the way to go for the experience, more comfortable views, and tower access. The food is not quite to the level of the price you pay and doesn't wow you but in my overall opinion it's worth every penny. You do get amazing views, a rotating restaurant, and ok food. It was a really nice experience. So not the best food but it the presentation was spot on. Getting up to the restaurant and into the CN tower was quite a bit of a challenge. I do recommend adding additional trafic time and time to go through the line as everyone goes through the same security. You get a bit of a fast pass with your advanced purchase tickets (required through your reservations), and once cleared through security screening there is a private elevators for just the restaurant. We were greeted and checked in upon arriving to the restaurant. It was my bday and we were from Ohio celebrating so they sat us at those awesome tables right next to the windows. For food, we started with the Thuet Artisanal Bread basket ($6 CAD) and it serves two but it would also work for 3 or 4 if you just wanted a bite. We both went with the 3 course Prix Fixe menu ($90 CAD each). There were a few selections to choose from each category and there is a 2 course Prix Fixe menu and A la carte and a children's menu as well. Our 3 Course selections were: 1. Heirloom Tomato Salad -Verjus and peach vinaigrette, pickled wild mushrooms, little red gem lettuce for myself, and my partner had the Duck Wings - Black garlic & mustard seed maple, porcini dust, crispy chilies, ginger. 2. We both went with the Roast Prime Rib (extra + $15 CAD to Meal) - It's described as aged 45 days, 10oz-cut, natural jus, with mashed potatoes, grilled asparagus. Mine was prep right but my parters was overdone. 3. For dessert, I did the Coconut Crème Brûlée and my partner went with the Chocolate Opera - Espresso mousse, brown butter sponge, caramel. That Crème Brûlée was perfect and that peach was a nice touch. The peace and relaxing dining experience and views was worth the meal spend over the standard ticketed prices. Definitely recommend this and general observation admission (with min spend) is included. Even though we checked that other level out it was crazy busy and found ourselves appreciating that we did the relaxing dinner. In summary, it really was a great experience with good service but the meal was good but overpriced and still consider it worth it. It was something special and we made some awesome memories dining here. read more

This is the perfect way to visit the CN Tower, if perhaps a very pricey way... but I've already done the Edge Walk on a previous visit and have visited the observation platform on several trips here... so the restaurant was great! We got to skip much of the line to go up the tower (the only downside is that the toddler didn't get to see the Turning Red tie-in advertisement that he would have really enjoyed). Dinner was lovely... the Indigenous menu was outstanding. The kid enjoyed eating arctic char and duck wings from our plates and we all enjoyed our individual meals. Drinks were much appreciated at our table as well (even the pineapple juice for the toddler!). The kid's chicken noodle soup was really the only thing that wasn't quite delicious during this visit (but the toddler got so much food in the 3 course meal). Admittedly this was a pretty fancy meal for a 3 year old. The only other feedback I have is to not make meal substitutions without telling the person for whom the meal is intended as this can ruin a meal for a person (Especially when the reason someone ordered an item was precisely the thing that was substituted away). Additionally, it was disappointing that my tea was initially forgotten but not charging me for it was a good solution, thank you! We honestly had an excellent evening! The fact that a meal here includes as long as we'd like at the observation platform afterward is great (though the observation platform seems really crowded after a lovely meal at the restaurant). I kind of wish that the faucets at the restaurant washrooms didn't have the dyson fans on them as the noise is too much for my toddler's sensitive ears, but the washroom is excellent for us adults! read more

Dinner with a view? Yes, please! Every major city seem to have some sort of observatory deck that overlooks the city. The CN tower is that in Toronto. The 360 restaurant is right above the observation deck. The restaurant rotates around so you will eventually get a "360" view of the entire Toronto skyline. Pretty cool feature! You can make a reservation online, but I would recommend doing it in advance because the prime lunch/dinner slots tend to be booked already! Each person is required to spend at least 75CAD. I guess it beats spending 45CAD per ticket at the observatory alone for just the ticket! There is a prix fixe menu as well. Anyway, the food itself was okay. Definitely not as great as the price tag that came with it. The service was spectacular, and the view was amazing! Appetizer: smoked salmon (3.5/5) - the salmon tasted fresh, but doesn't have much flavor! Entree: sablefish (3.5/5) - the fish had a wonderful presentation, but again lacked much flavor. Drink: the garden party (1/5) - was refreshing, but didn't taste good at all! The Garden108 really was not my favorite. Learned that from this drink ;) lol read more
We had a great time at the rotating restaurant at CN Tower. It is definitely pricey but the food is honestly worth it. The meat we ate was amazingly tender. Also, definitely get the ice wine if you aren't from Canada as it is such a treat! The waiter was so kind and asked us if we were celebrating. We were on our anniversary and at the end of the night he brought out an anniversary opera cake free of charge. Probably the best part outside the food is you get to fast track to the viewing decks after dinner for amazing views of the Toronto skyline. We made our reservation at the perfect time to watch the sun go down and then see all the amazing lights of the buildings. read more

I treated myself to a solo early dinner here on a Wednesday evening. The real draw to this restaurant is the gorgeous view of the city while you're dining. I opted for an early dinner so it wouldn't be too crowded while I was there. Food: I ordered two courses. I got the mushroom soup and the soba noodles, both vegetarian. I also ordered the bread basket for one. The mushroom soup was my favorite of the evening, but both items were delicious. The portion sizes were amazing, and I was stuffed by the time I was done. Service: My server was the nicest guy ever. I hope I remembered his name right, but I believe it was Charlie. He was very friendly and checked up on me regularly. While I was eating my first course of soup, he came back with more soup for me because he thought they gave me too small of a portion of soup. That was very sweet of him. I also enjoyed that I was able to walk around the viewing deck on the floor below after I was done with dinner. I would have planned to go to the viewing deck on its own, so I was glad it was included with dinner. TL;DR - good dinner with stellar views and amazing service. read more

This review is difficult, because I wish I could split it up by category. View/atmosphere: A million stars, all of the stars, infinity stars. My jaw literally dropped when I saw the view from our table. It was absolutely stunning. Honestly, I would go just for that. We went at night and I HIGHLY recommend it. The restaurant rotates, so you get to see the entire view. You also get access to the observation deck after your meal. Service: 5 stars. We asked if we could possibly have a window seat as we were celebrating our honeymoon. They not only accommodated that, but wrote "congratulations" in chocolate on our desert plate. Our server was nice, offered recommendations, and provided a great experience. Food: 3.5 stars. The pre-fixed menu didn't have a ton of options. Even with three courses (and we also added bread), we were both still a little hungry because the portions were so small. The food was just okay. The steak was pretty fatty, and my creme brûlée tasted burnt (although the coconut was a nice touch). My husband absolutely loved the duck wings and the basil fruit dessert. He still talks about the wings and it's been over a week. Overall, a great experience. However, it is definitely more about the experience than the food. If you're looking for a memorable night out, I would HIGHLY recommend putting this at the top of your list. I couldn't possible recommend it more highly. If you're looking for a culinary experience, this might not be the place. read more
Dined here on our first visit to Toronto. Server was great and staff was all friendly. Experience was okay- we were seated on the inside part so you couldn't really see much of outside. Food was meh. Priced too high and was just okay. Lacked a lot of flavor. It was one of those "have to do" for tracking here but I would just buy the tickets for the observation tower instead of having dinner. read more
To celebrate my retirement a couple weeks ago, Gord took us to 360, the revolving restaurant at the CN Tower, for supper. The restaurant is 351 metres (1,151 feet) above the ground. It completes one rotation every 72 minutes ... we went around twice. I started with a CN Tower lager ... fun can! I ordered Roast Prime Rib of Beef (Aged 45 days, 10oz-cut cooked medium well), natural jus, mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus (I asked for the asparagus on the side for Gord as I'm not a fan). The potatoes were kind of cold and the steak was a bit burnt (I'd asked for medium/well) and not overall tender. Gord ordered King Cole Duck Breast (foie gras, jus, partridgeberry gastrique) and Foraged Mushrooms (white wine, butter, thyme). He said his was good. We shared a dessert of raspberry ice cream and macarons ... and this was delish! Chris and Hamid took excellent care of us and it was a lovely time. read more

Such good experience !! read more
The restaurant on top of CN tower... expensive and we we came it was so busy and service is so slow, plus the line up going up and down the tower is just terrible. We had steak and slamon and some sweet, quality foods but really kinda expensive. It revolves 360 degrees.. Clean, noose level is morethan average during our visit and the restaurant is full capacity. Good cocktail drinks. Interior design and classy and contemporary, washrooms are immaculately clean. Accept cash, credit and debit. If you wish the best ambience while enjoying your dinner then this is the best place to go. read more
A+ for the decor, the concept, and the view. A+ on the presentation of the meal. C- on the service. F on the food. On balance, I don't recommend eating here when you can get the view on the observation deck just below without getting ripped off. Okay, the bread comes out right away, which is great. But when the best part of the meal is the bread, that isn't good. It was downhill from there. I started with an octopus salad then I got the steak (which was overcooked, I ordered it medium rare and it come out a strong medium). I don't even remember what the dessert was, other than tasteless. Here's what really bugged me ... the service. It was actually annoying. They hawk over you. I could barely finish a thought during conservation where there wasn't someone jamming more wine into our glasses to get us to finish faster, or asking us multiple times if we were done when there was clearly still food on our plate. While superfically "polite" (it's Canada, after all) because there were always the "please" and "thank you" qualifiers during all verbal interactions, they were also very annoying. "Are you done? Of course sir, thank you, sir, thank you so much, ok sir" .. like, not to let my Jersey-guy out, but ... shut up and go away. You're a gnat. In short, the place is a rip off. I should have eaten at Boston Pizza. Both the whole in my stomach AND wallet would have been a lot smaller at least. read more
As a born and raised Toronto local, I always find it funny that many of us have never been up the CN Tower, and if so only once when we were kids. So when we needed a marquee restaurant for a special group dinner, this was a great spot to choose! First thing to note when you're coming here is that you also get to visit the observation deck and glass floor, so that's baked into the price you're paying at the restaurant. Plus the views! The 360 idea was great as we rotated a couple times during dinner and go to see so many angles of Toronto, it was pretty cool to see. Onto the food - it's not going to blow you away given the high prices, but once again you're paying for the experience. We got the fixed price menu which includes a main + either app or dessert for $70, and you can upsize to special apps and add on a dessert for extra. Here's the meal rundown: - cocktails were pretty good, fave was probably the lemon tartlet, and the peachy keen / smoke & mirrors were good too (they are more famous for their wine collection which we didn't sample) - house bread was ok - didn't like that it was cold and it came with your average grocery store butter - apps were decent, i liked the seafood chowder best but unfortunately it also came a little on the cold side for my taste, and the gnocchi / salads were fine - mains were the best part - cod was good and came with a nice celery purée and beurre blanc, asian-style salmon was very solid, and prime rib was solid as well Overall would say it was a fun novel experience for a special occasion or group dinner. The food is obviously pricy for the quality (average to good) but it was fun to hang out around the CN tower afterwards, explore a bit, take in the views and take pictures. Would give this 3.5 stars. read more

WELL worth paying the higher prices for food to avoid all of the lines to visit CN Tower, and to get an experience like no other. The view from the restaurant was incredible, and rotating slowly really allowed us to experience the whole city. Not sure if the service was particularly slow to let us enjoy ourselves, but our dinner ran almost 3 hours, which was a bit on the long end for our liking. The food was definitely up to par, though, and we enjoyed everything - the potato leek soup, the crab and roasted red pepper salad, the cavatelli, harissa chicken, chocolate mousse, and flan. All were absolutely delicious, very filling, and presented amazingly. Once you've had the experience once, I'm not sure it's the type of thing I'd go back to - but the food was definitely worthy of a return trip! read more
LOVED the views here!! Came here on a saturday for lunch with a reservation in advance. We got to skip most of the crowded lines because most of the lines were for just going up the cn towner. The food was equally as great! Especially considering it's a tourist spot, food was presented well and the dessert was delicious. I recommend coming here and getting the prix fixe because it's a 2-3 course meal that you can choose from (around $75-90 Canadian per person). read more
There seems to be mixed reviews on 360 for some reason, but this experience far exceeded my expectations. To start, it's a no-brainer to eat at 360 for the admission to the observation deck alone. Tickets cost $45 while free admission via 360 comes after spending $75 on food. For a $30 difference, you get a delicious meal AND get to skip the line/avoid the crowds. The restaurant really is spectacular and truthfully, the views from the observation deck just didn't compare. With floor to ceiling windows and moving on a slow rotation, you get to see the city in such a unique way. Plus, you get at least a hearty 2 course meal on top of it. By far the highlight of our Toronto trip. read more

Just Wow! Went here for late lunch and enjoyed the prix fixe menu options. Would recommend the fresh crab salad and squash bisque (with a nice touch of apple) as appetizers and the coq au vin and the beef cheeks (super tender). We shared a toffee pudding that was like my grandmas - perfectly prepared and right size to share with a latte. We did not have reservations but were easily accommodated by super friendly, professional associate that were attentive and never made us feel rushed. We dined and spun around the skies of Toronto on our own little world for about an hour and a half and then went down stairs to the observation deck for more views. Thought this would be just an old touristy thing to do but we were totally impressed! Definitely recommend to checking and spending a little extra for the dining experience read more

This really was a fantastic experience and ambience. The service was great and they did a great job pacing the meal so you had time to enjoy the views and experience. The Whipped Goat cheese app was phenomenal paired with the artisan bread for an addition $6. The only reason for 4 stars was our entrees were both not fantastic. We had the lamb shank where the meat was missing seasoning and I felt could of used a sauce of some kind. The prime rib was a little rougher than we like for a prime rib but the sides on both dishes were good. We did have to salt the entrees, and I never use salt so they were a little under seasoned. We then had the pistachio and white chocolate cheese cake which was also amazing!! We would for sure do this again! read more

First things first, this is a tourist trap and probably way overpriced. That being said, it's fun to go once and we enjoyed our meal here. Located at the CN Tower, eating here doubles as a visit to the observation deck which in itself requires admission. The restaurant turns and allows you to get a 360 degree view of the Toronto area ever 72 minutes. The best value here is the prix fixe (75/2 or 90/3). The family got various things which all were pretty good - seafood chowder, duck wings were all good. The indigenous prix fixe was also pretty good - butternut squash soup, braised bison rib and custard dessert were all excellent. Entrees were also well done with the prime rib being the best of the bunch. The service here was very good and eating here gives you a nice way to see Toronto from up high. Hitting the observation deck one flight below for free was a nice touch. I won't come back since you can only do this kind of thing once really but it was fun for us and the food was pretty good to boot. read more
