Unique experience for sure above the CN Tower. I'd say from a value standpoint its quite good since it covers your "admission" up to the top which ordinarily costs $47. Got the fixed price menu for $75 which includes 2 courses. For the appetizer tried the East Coast Mussels which were your standard restaurant mussels with a tomato broth. The main I chose to upgrade to the 10oz Prime Rib for an extra $15. So $90 which covers the meal and ticket to the top I'd say is pretty good if you're planning to go up there anyway! The prime rib was actually pretty good, cooked well and the demi-glaze sauce was great. Service was excellent and obviously the views of Toronto were great. The restaurant literally rotates so you'll get a different view of Toronto each minute you're sitting. Dare I say a 4 star here but I think it's a pretty good package overall. read more

Six of us came for a late dinner on Wednesday night. For drinks, we ordered a pitcher of red sangria. It was good. For dinner, my son had the Indigenous menu which came with Arctic Char Crudo, Ontario Wild Boar Shank, and Sea Buckthorn Mousse. I had the whole Nova Scotia lobster, which was perfect! My daughter had the grilled flank steak. My cousin ordered the Caesar salad, which was delicious, and the bucatini. My niece ordered the house smoked Atlantic salmon, which was excellent, and the cornish hen. We shared the braised mushrooms and the mashed potatoes. My husband had the Fogo Island Pink Shrimp and Zucchini Fritters, the Great Lakes Pickerel. For dessert, we had two chocolate hazelnut Mille-Feuille, a strawberry roll cake, and a complimentary 360 dark chocolate tower, which was incredible! We loved the food and the experience. If you eat at the restaurant, you get to see the main and lower observation levels for free. Quite expensive, but I guess that's the price of admission for a tourist attraction. We had a reservation--of course you need one--and omg, it was loud and packed with tourists. At least I can now say I did this once. It was a Tuesday evening, and there happened to be a Blue Jays game that night, which added to the energy (read: noise level). That said, this is undeniably the best way to get amazing views of the city buildings, the Toronto Islands, and to do some plane spotting if that's your thing. It's also a quick 5-minute walk from Toronto's main rail station, Union Station, so it's incredibly convenient. Come early for your reservation--there's security to go through on the ground floor before you're allowed up in the elevator to the restaurant. If you're into trivia about the tower, arrive with time to spare so you can read the interesting facts and details, or plan to stick around afterwards. Service was extremely slow and nothing to write home about. We couldn't seem to get the server back to our table to take our order or to collect payment so we could leave. We also couldn't get anyone to tell us where the restrooms were or to answer basic questions. My dining companion and I both ordered à la carte and had the strip steak, which was surprisingly tender and tasty, but it took a while to come out. There are options for a two- or three-item prix fixe for $65 or $90 respectively, if you want to simplify things. Service isn't included so take the time to tip according to the level of service you received. Our server didn't seem to think we deserved dessert, so he didn't offer us dessert or coffee before rocking up with the bill as soon as he'd cleared our table. All in all, not a warm and inviting experience. One important note: the observation deck is included with your dinner cost, so make sure you take advantage of it if you can. It's worth the trip up for the views alone. Would I go back? Probably not. But if you've never been and want the views, it's worth doing once. We were confident this was going to be kitschy and touristy, given it's a rotating restaurant on the 114th floor of the CN Tower and we were tourists visiting Toronto, so our expectations were low. After a complicated arrival sequence into the building (poorly signed as to where to go once you arrived, security, multiple queues to get to/in the restaurant--so give yourself ample time to arrive) we were seated. The restaurant makes a full revolution every 1 hr. 12 min. (or so we were told) and offered us panoramic, scenic night views of the city well below. That was what we came for and that made the evening well worth it. But we were surprised by how good the service and food actually was--which was not what we were expecting at all! Firstly, I had such a great experience I'm surprised at some of the low star reviews. I couldn't get reservations for dinner so we decided to go for lunch at 2:30pm. When we arrived they have a separate line for the restaurant and fast track you up. You check in and they find you a seat. We didn't pay extra for a window but it didn't matter on this day the sun was shining and the views were spectacular! You also get feee entry to the lookout floors for after the meal. There were different menu options à la carte, set 2 course for $75, or 3 courses for $90. They also had a special indigenous menu which my dad happened to try which was cool. I did the 3 courses for $90. There were a great range of choices for each meal. I had mussels to start, delicious came with a great broth and toast. I had the Great Lakes Pickering for my main a white light fish which came with new baby potatoes and was lovely. Then for my dessert o had the chocolate hazelnut Mille feuille, so light and tasty. My cocktail was the 1976 Gin drink and came in a pretty glass. My mums a picky eaters and loved her prime rib. Our server was so friendly and helpful. Honestly I wish I could rate 360 Restaurant at CN Tower higher because of the food and the views, but the service really knocked it down. We arrived early and parked at the closest parking garage nearby which happened to lead us inside the baseball stadium. Interesting but worked out well because it was a 2 min walk to the tower! You have to go through a couple groups (security, check in, host) but it went by quick. The service started off great with a congratulations and small note for our anniversary - so sweet. The waiter asked if we liked wine and I said that I was planning to order a glass, my boyfriend was not. When I opened the menu to find the name of the one I had picked out, the waiter took the menu and said he would bring us both out something local and full bodied. I thought it was odd he didn't let us order ourselves but decided to trust the expert and figured it was their version of an anniversary "gift" (like a dessert) so I didn't give it a second thought - spoiler alert, it wasn't, lol. When it came to our entrees, I ordered the duck and it was delicious! The confit leg was super crispy and tender. We also had the mashed potatoes and carrots, both of which were good sized and tasty. My boyfriend was debating between the scallops and the lobster, so I recommended that he ask our waiter which one he preferred. After doing this, the waiter said "neither, get the lamb, you won't be full with the seafood dishes". My boyfriend contested that he was more in the mood for seafood, to which our waiter said that if he ordered the lamb and didn't like it, he would bring out whatever we wanted instead. Because of this generous offer, I convinced him to try the lamb and worst case he could get one of the other dishes he was considering. The lamb came and it was tasty. But after all, it wasn't quite what he was craving, so he told the waiter who immediately whisked away the dish with a promise to bring him something else. When I asked him what he was going to bring (thinking it was the scallops or lobster, the two original options being considered), he said not to worry. Instead, he brought out the prime rib and said he would waive the upcharge fee (why would we be charged extra for a dish we didn't order anyway?!?). The prime rib was good too, but at this point we were just over the dinner experience and wanted to get home. He also ordered a cider which was never brought out. We skipped on dessert, but were brought out a complimentary white chocolate mousse (it was at this point I realized the wine ordered for us was not complimentary). The dessert was also good and very much appreciated! After dinner, we went to the observation deck and took in the views. I won't mention the name of the waiter here but wanted to give my honest feedback. I would be back for another special occasion, but would need to be sat in a different section of the restaurant. I'm not even sure where to begin with my experience at the CN Tower 360 Restaurant. In hindsight, I probably should have checked Yelp reviews, but I went with my instincts--thinking the stunning views and elegant setting would make for a great experience. I made a 9 PM reservation for my friend and me. We arrived about 15 minutes late, but even then, it was quite a process just to get up to the top. Once we checked in, things got off to an uncomfortable start. A man who appeared to be a supervisor or manager was visibly upset with his staff and shooed them away rather aggressively right in front of guests. It felt unprofessional, especially for a place that presents itself as upscale. We were then taken to our table by a staff member who lacked any enthusiasm. My friend kindly acknowledged the stress in the room and mentioned that we were there for the experience, but the response we received was surprising--she mentioned they were busy because "California people are in town for the Dodgers." Ironically, we were also visiting for the Dodgers, but regardless, that comment felt unnecessary. This is a major attraction that draws visitors from all over the world, so a busy atmosphere should be expected and handled with professionalism. Our waiter, however, was kind and did his best despite what seemed like a very tough shift, and I truly appreciated his effort. As for the food, it was just okay. We ordered the half lobster, a side of shrimp, sweet potato fries, and glazed carrots. Since it was late, we didn't have much of an appetite. The highlight of the meal was actually the wine--we each had two glasses, which we enjoyed the most. At the end of the meal, don't be surprised by the bill. The service was friendly and professional. Really great service. The ambiance was great. It was a quiet early dinner. I opted to order À la Carte menu. They also have a Pre-Fixed menu as well. The minimum spend is $75 for adults and $40 for children. Your reservation does include access to the CN Tower and to the floors. The food is expensive, especially if you order off the A La Carte menu. I ordered the Caesar salad, the 14oz steak with peppercorn sauce with the baked potato. Everything was delicious. It really was a nice dining experience. A lot of people complain about the food being over priced, but you really are paying for the experience and the view. Visiting 360 Restaurant at the CN Tower is the most memorable experienced I had from my first Toronto trip. So lucky that I got table for 6pm dinner by walking-in. Staff were very friendly especially our server. Had a chance to see the spectacular day and night view during my stay. The charcuterie board was dull and could have been done better for the price but the honeycomb that was included was delightful. We got the lamb shank and duck. Dining here is actually a great deal if you're planning to visit the observation deck too. Instead of paying ~$40 for general admission and waiting in line for hours, you can enjoy a 2-course meal with nice views and get express entry to the tower - all for just $75, totally worth it just for the convenience. We started with The New Farm Greens Salad and Grilled Calamari - both appetizers had fresh and quality ingredients. For mains, we tried the salmon, chicken, and pork tenderloin. The salmon was perfectly cooked and juicy, keeping its natural flavour while being nicely seasoned. The chicken was tender and flavorful too, with crispy skin on the outside and juicy meat on the inside. The pork was a bit dry though. We finished with the Strawberry & Pistachio Layer Cake - the pistachio flavour was rich and nutty, and it paired beautifully with the strawberry cream. So good! One thing I noticed while visiting the CN Tower is that there's not much diversity among its staff, including at the restaurant. While I understand the consideration of labour costs, it's also important to create opportunities for locals. It feels ironic that local people now the minority here in Canada. Really though you are paying for the view which will amaze as you look out at the city and the island. Service was slow and absent at times. We weren't in a rush but 3+ hours for a dinner was a touch long. On the upside we got in a few good laps seeing the city. One frustration was with a pre-ordered small cake (for the bargain price of $80 which required advance payment). It arrived without the special 80th birthday message. As it suggests in the name, 360 Restaurant which is located on top of CN Tower, spins very slowly while you are dining. Upon taking the elevator up, the line for check in was up to the elevator even for it being 8:30PM on a Wednesday. After check in, the wait was another 15 minutes so despite my reservation being for 8:45PM, it ended up being 9PM. Then the appetizer didn't come out until almost 30 minutes later followed by the main dish not coming out until 20ish minutes later. Throughout this whole experience, not once did I get asked for a water refill until after my check was already paid. The vibe is definitely upscale and focuses on the view more than anything. The food was alright. The appetizer, while small in portion, was actually really good. The chicken was seasoned and the skin was nice and crispy. The main dish, however, I could've passed on. The pork was very dry even with the small amount of sauce they drizzle on and the beans were flavorless. The best part of the main was the grains. Fries with truffle aioli saved the main meal for sure. Definitely just a one time experience type of restaurant. read more

Avoid this restaurant if you expect professional service. This was one of the worst restaurant experiences I've had. Our server, Murtaza, repeatedly spoke to guests in a rude, dismissive, and confrontational manner. Instead of handling the situation professionally, he told customers to "cool down." As we were leaving, he said, "Don't ruin my day." Those are not words any paying customer should hear from a server at a premium restaurant. To make matters worse, this happened during what was supposed to be a special birthday celebration. What should have been a memorable evening was completely overshadowed by the server's attitude and lack of professionalism. A restaurant with the reputation and prices of the CN Tower 360 Restaurant should have much higher standards for customer service. Courtesy, respect, and professionalism are the minimum guests should expect. I have filed a formal complaint with management and requested that this incident be officially recorded, investigated, and responded to in writing. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend the CN Tower 360 Restaurant. There are many excellent restaurants in Toronto where customers are treated with respect. Until management demonstrates that this type of behavior is not tolerated, I would recommend spending your money elsewhere. read more

The 360 restaurant in the CN Tower in Toronto is simply a tourist attraction that is way overpriced and extremely dificult to get to by car. It was not designed to accommodate those driving and seems to be geared toward the walk up tourist trade. They demand a $75 purchase per person with an additional $15 charge if you want a guaranteed window seat. There is no cocktail or bar area if you don't want a full dinner or are waiting for your reservation. They have staff at the elevator that monitor the flow and because there is no waiting area at the top they will not let you go up until your reservation time so you must wait in their cafeteria area if you need to sit down or just stand around in the gift shop until they let you through. The dinner reservation comes with access to the observation deck but only after you have eaten, so you cannot wait there either. Parking is a nightmare. You must park in buildings adjacent to the tower and navigate stairs and bridges through crowds in order to get to the entrance. It really feels like an amusement park attraction instead of a high class restaurant experience. The meal was exceptionally bland and under impressive for the price we paid. The food looks good but the meat was tough and obviosly not prime beef. The salmon was also unremarkable and sparce. Our server was less than attentive and had to be summoned several times as he whisked by us, to remind him of drinks ordered and appetizers he forgot to bring. The singular thing that was worthy of a recomendation was the view which was spectacular. However for all the trouble, disappointment , and expense I would suggest paying to go to the observation deck would be the way to view it. Pay for the parking and see other attractions in the evening and go to the the tower at sunset. read more

Not only are the views spectacular in this rotating restaurant, you get free admission to the tower. I celebrated my birthday here on a Saturday evening. We booked the reservation online. There is a fee of $30 per person for cancellation fee for no shows. Upon arrival, you go through security and there's a specific elevator to use to go straight up to the restaurant. There is free coat check. Our server was nice enough to explain the prix fixe and a la carte menu to us. We ordered a two course meal from the prix fixe menu ($75). Our order: - 1 Basket of bread - $6 - Appetizer: East Coast Mussels - SO SO good. 10/10. This was my favourite part of the night. The sauce was so creamy and the mussels were great. - Appetizer: Crispy Fried Chicken Thighs - Loved the flavours. The skin was crispy, and the chicken was juicy. 8/10. - Main: AAA Prime Rib - It was a big slice of prime rib, but it was a bit dry and plain for me. 6/10. - Drinks: Diet Coke - $3.50 each. We received a complimentary slice of Dark Chocolate and Haskap Berry Custard at the end of our meal. I was not a big fan of the cake. It had a weird aftertaste to it. We came in from San Diego. We booked a window seat for a 3:15 reservation ($30 extra in advance) several days in advance for a special occasion. We are staying at the Park Hyatt Toronto which is a 15 minute Uber ride away. We booked our Uber for 40 minutes earlier than our reservation. The international film festival is in town and several world leaders are staying at our hotel. Uber cancelled our ride as we were standing outside waiting for pickup.. We caught a Lyft and called the restaurant telling them we might be a few minutes late. We arrived at the restaurant well before our cancellation time of 3:3O, but waited in the security line for approximately 10-15 minutes. I called the restaurant again while in the security line. The person on the phone never said sorry your reservation is cancelled. We got up to to the inside desk at 3:32 *^2 minutes after that cancellation time** and they told us the kitchen was closed!! i I spoke with the front desk representative and two supervisors or managers. I'm not sure if the names are spelled correctly but the last one was Dyanna Diaz and the one before was Sanushibban. They insisted the kitchen was closed and if we wanted to wait around they could seat us at 4:30. We were 2 minutes past the cancellation window and I called twice!!! I'm sorry, but if someone with a reservation at 3:15 has their table held until 3,30 the kitchen cannot close at 3:32. That doesn't even allow enough time to read the menu. No one was helpful or kind. I was so upset to the point of crying. SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT!!! read more

Come for the exquisite views not the mediocre food. Taking in a lunch or dinner here is a great way to visit the CN Tower. The restaurant makes a 360 degree revolution in an hour so you get a full panoramic view of Toronto during your meal. It's the same concept as other towers like the Space Needle in Seattle or The Stratosphere in Vegas. After your meal, free admission to the observation deck is included. The meal itself was just average. Some dishes were better than others. The prosciutto and sage-wrapped beef tenderloin was less than desirable, very dry and dull. Awesome experience here at the 360 restaurant in the CN tower. They won't let you check in until 15 min prior to your reservation. We ended up having to sit in the area below the lobby to pass some time. They do take a picture of your party in front of a green screen before going up, and the pictures will be available to purchase during your meal. It's about a 1 minute elevator ride up. The elevator attendants have a well rehearsed script. We unfortunately missed part of it because the other riders were speaking (pls SHH when they are speaking!!) but the views were great. Little motion sickness so beware (both in the elevator and during the meal). The ambiance itself is semi fancy, quiet, obviously great views. The tables are on a platform that rotates (hence the 360 views). You HAVE to spend $75 min per person (it's really not hard to do), but they have so many options. You in fact CAN get the prix fixe menu a la carte- apps $20, main $55, dessert $15. My fiancé got a 2 course ribs and the dark chocolate terrine. He said the ribs were great, but the terrine was not the best. I got the lobster risotto which was absolutely delicious. We got sides of mashed potatoes and carrots which were both SO good. The drinks were great as well. Service was great. I feel terrible for not remembering who our waiter was but he was really great. Fabulous jokes, explanation of the menu, came at the perfect time intervals, etc. couldn't have been a better experience. Your reservation also comes with access to the observation deck and glass floor deck of the CB tower. Exiting elevators land you in the merch shop so you can leave with souvenirs :) read more

If you're going to visit the CN tower, might as well catch dinner while you're here. Minimum $75 for each person and the food was pretty good. Although there is no dress code, it's obviously trying to be a somewhat fancy restaurant, so the portions are pretty small. I got the indigenous menu which was $90 for an appetizer, main, and dessert and it was good. The braised bison short rib was really flavorful and tender and all of the accompanying vegetables on the plate was also cooked really well. We had five people in our group and the total came out to close to $700, after Drinks, bread, and a bottle of wine, so it can get pretty expensive. Great views and friendly servers. They will also take pictures for you. Our server has obviously done this before and he filmed a pretty cool video for us of the food and the view. read more

An awesome and memorable experience all around! If you're visiting Toronto, you have to see the CN Tower, but what's better than just exploring in it? Eating in it! The elevator to the top is extremely fast and you get a cool glimpse of the city, but wait till you get to the top. The epic restaurant turns 360 while you eat so you get an entire view of the city. The service there is 5 stars; you can tell they only pick the best of the best. The food was absolutely delicious and plated beautifully. I really enjoyed their almond and apple cake at the end. This is a great experience for anyone coming to visit Toronto for the first time! The views and the food will not disappoint. read more

Epic view | Service | disorienting Epic View - The view was absolutely breathtaking! We were there for the sunset and it was an absolutely beautiful sight. It was definitely worth the price for such an amazing view. If you're in Toronto, it's a must-see, and if you're going to splurge a bit, might as well do it while watching a gorgeous sunset. Plus, getting to see all parts of the city from up there was really helpful. It's a trip you won't regret! Service - The service was excellent. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful. They made our anniversary special with everyone saying congrats and offering to take pictures of us. Disorienting - The restaurant offers a unique dining experience. The rotating tables provide a 360° view of the city every 90 minutes. This feature can be disorienting, especially if you focus on one area for too long. Why not 5 stars? I deducted half a star due to the food to price ratio. While the food quality was satisfactory, it did not justify the high price point. Pro tip: Ensure that you request a table by the window. Sitting by the window can help reduce disorientation, as you won't have a reference point to detect any spinning motion. Pro tip:If you dine at the restaurant, you will receive complimentary entry to the lower level for a great view of all the exhibits. Instead of paying solely for the exhibit, consider paying for a meal at the restaurant to enjoy both the dining experience and access to the exhibits. read more
