I came upon Keith Carson via recommendations from my Yelp friends. He is a standout guy, someone I…read moreadmire and respect. I'd been having a few small leaks that I traced to deteriorated vent pipe boots. He was able to come that same morning in not much more time than it took me to get ready. Of course, it helped that I wasn't that far from his business address. We discussed what the problem was in advance and the likely cost of repair. He came prepared with the necessary materials and inspected the roof. He performed the immediate repair to keep things watertight and provided some advice on the condition of the roof and additional recommended repairs. While his immediate repairs were enough to stave off the forthcoming rains, I opted to have him come back and do the additional repairs just so I wouldn't have to worry about it again for awhile. Keith no longer does full roofing jobs, because his business plan cannot support the expected warranty period. However, he's still available for smaller repair jobs. He'll do only the necessary work efficiently, reliably and cost-effectively. Highly recommended.

Called Keith and he was on the job the next morning. He inspected the entire roof and found two other small areas that needed repair, submitting photos to show me the damage. The work was completed quickly and cleanly and once again the price was fair. Thank you Keith Carson for a job well done!
