I had called at least a dozen movers in my area and all provided over the phone estimates that were way over my budget. When I had called 360 Degree Moving I was immediately set up with an in-home estimate (in my opinion, the only way to get a true estimate). Shane came to my house and took inventory of all our belongings and provided a quote, which he fully honored the day of the move. He was polite, friendly and honest. His estimate was extremely reasonable and right away I scheduled my move with 360 Degree. My moving date was pushed back three times (closing was delayed) and Shane was extremely accommodating and always worked me into his schedule. These guys were excellent. I used them recently for a move from downstate NY to Albany. The two Brians and Javier were excellent: they worked very hard, with stairs, during what turned out to be a long day and were even of good cheer. I couldn't watch them carrying all my boxes of books: looked too painful! I had not one but two cats go missing, and they were great about it, even helping me look and then calling to report when one was found on the truck and when the other wasn't in the wardrobe boxes. Crew leader Brian even got clawed by the scared stowaway and was very understanding about it. If they can roll with this, I imagine they can roll with all kinds of other problems that arise with moving. While I was still at the other end (looking for the other cat . . . ), my family member said they did a careful job on the destination end in sorting boxes into the proper rooms. Our friends told me about this company, after I booked another one I previously used. I called for an estimate and immediately booked 360 and cancelled the other company. I can not express my gratitude enough. For a stressful week, these guys made moving day a breeze. Shane and his guys understood my stress and took care of everything. The truck arrived before the time scheduled and it didn't take as long to move as thought. The cost to move everything from a house was GREAT!! They took care of my belongings as if it was their own. Every piece of furniture was properly disassembled, wrapped with blankets and taped. Then re assembled when the moved was complete. They put every thing where I wanted it, including the boxes. oving is without a doubt a PITA but Shane and his guys made it as painless as possible. Showed up early and from there my job was to stay out of the way. All my belongings were properly wrapped and secured; no cutting corners on anything (and not all my stuff is "custom furniture" by any stretch of the imagination). One we got to my new place (high rise) they had an efficient methodology of unloading and getting the belongings up to my unit without tying up the elevators (and getting potential grief from the super or other residents) Finally, the attitudes of all the guys was great- friendly, courteous, and professional from start to finish. I could not be happier with 360. I am so happy we had them to help us with our move. Shane was so nice and extremely helpful scheduling our move, he was flexible with our schedule and even arranged a storage truck for us for a few days in between moving out of our apartment into our new house. ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! From beginning to end Shane and his crew were better than I could have ever imagined. We have a lot of antique furniture and they made sure everything was properly wrapped and treated with the utmost care. I have moved many times in different states and these guys are by far the best movers I have ever used! They were awesome! We had lots of logistics, with two storage units, a POD, an apartment, and items moving from apartment to POD, apartment to storage, storage to storage, and storage to POD. The moving crew was great! They made the whole experience a great one, which is hard to do, when moving. They were professional, on time, clean, thorough, friendly and got the job done. My mom was with me, and she was so impressed how they wrapped up everything to protect it. We both laughed at how they even set up my furniture and made suggestions on how it would look best. 360 movers did 2 moves for my wife and I last July. One local for an apartment in NJ, and one long distance for storage until the new house was built. Pricing was there and move to NJ went off without a hitch. The team also wrapped all of our furniture for storage and then moved it (including an upright grand piano circa 1920). 150 miles into the storage facility. Called them up sort of last minute. Thought they were very accommodating with fitting me into their schedule according to my timeline. The movers showed up early and they stayed around after they finished unloading the truck to see if I could find some place to take my couch, which didn't fit into my place. I appreciated this.
