From the beginning, my experience was great. Speaking with Jelena, who arranged everything flawlessly and answered all of my questions and addressed any concerns that I had prior to my move. Then Edwin and his crew showed up and quickly and carefully picked up all my things. They took exceptional care to protect all of my possessions, especially a few delicate pieces that I requested be handled with care. They were courteous and professional at all times. I want to say that going into this move I did not expect such exceptional service. I've moved a few times and it has not always been the best experience. My Experience With Advanced Pro Movers -- Please Read Before Booking…read more I hired Advanced Pro Movers on July 17, 2026, through U-Haul Moving Help to load and unload my belongings. The owner, Aaron, advised me that the movers would likely go over the two hours I had already paid for. I agreed to add additional time through the U-Haul app. However, Aaron asked if I could pay him directly through Cash App instead, and I agreed at the time. I later learned that additional moving services and payments associated with a Moving Help booking should be handled through the Moving Help platform. This became especially concerning because I had purchased U-Haul's SafeMove coverage for my move. Since I paid the unloading portion separately through Cash App, I was concerned that the damages to my belongings would not be covered under the protection I had purchased. When Aaron and his team loaded my U-Haul, I noticed that they did not use the furniture pads that were provided with the truck. When they unloaded my belongings into my storage unit, my items were placed inside without what I considered reasonable care. A few days later, certified movers helped me with my belongings and discovered that several items had been damaged. I originally left a good review just like the other customer before I saw the damage they caused when my certified movers came to move my belongings from storage. Thank God for the cameras in the storage unit because Aaron is trying to place the blame on my other movers. When the cameras prove everything. I contacted Aaron and requested a refund because of the issues with the service, but I did not receive a response. I was charged $150 through the Moving Help website and an additional $180 through Cash App for the unloading portion. The storage unit was directly across the street. Aaron also told me that he had recently lowered his pricing around the time I booked. Additionally, I gave Aaron a couch to sell on my behalf, and he sold it for $225. In total, Aaron received approximately $555 from me between the moving services and the couch transaction. I'm sharing my experience so other customers can make an informed decision. If you use Advanced Pro Movers through U-Haul Moving Help, I recommend making sure every moving service, additional hour, and payment is processed through the Moving Help platform rather than paying separately. I also recommend taking photographs and videos of your belongings before the movers arrive, during loading, and after unloading, and keeping records of every payment and conversation. When I offered disposable masks and gloves they declined and said they had their own. Two of them ended up wearing bandanas and one person put gardening gloves on. By the time they got the furniture to the new place I had a cracked bookshelf, scratched furniture, a broken lamp (they ripped off the light bulb with the socket, instead of untwisting the lamp), missing screws and a broken front door to the old place (they removed the door to move bigger furniture, when reinstalled the door would not close). They were supposed to refund a portion of the moving costs to fix/replace the damaged furniture and repair the broken door. After a week dodging my calls and messages, they finally responded after I posted a negative review to their thumbtack. Jose, the team lead had the nerve to tell me he did not appreciate the negative review, when he was the one ignoring my communications. Two months after the move, they refunded 2/3 of what they owed back. It has been another 3 months since and they are still not refunding the last 1/3. Vance, the owner is still not responding to my communications, much less Jose, the team lead who was present the day of the move. If you want to spare yourself the trouble of dealing with such unprofessional and dishonest people, find another moving company. DO NOT WASTE YOU TIME OR MONEY WITH THESE FOLKS.

I was very impressed!…read moreI probably sent about 6 requests for quote out to different companies and Lynn at Express Haulers was the first to call me within a minute of sending the request, and the only one persistently following up with me. I told every company that we have a small move as we had been moving things little by little by ourselves, only Lynn provided me with the lowest minimum hours and competitive pricing. When I said I would get back to her, I appreciated her persistence in following up. They estimated 2.5 hours of work and Carlos and his team did a great job efficiently moving things, only took 30 more minutes than they estimated. They also didn't have any hidden charge for wrapping material for couch etc. My husband at the receiving address said they were very careful with our newly renovated home, the floor, the wall etc as they moved and assembled furniture. After the move, the owner Diego himself reached out to check in and asked for feedback. As somebody running a business myself and working with business owners, I really appreciate how they run their business, the efficiency, the flexibility and the care. I was charged nearly double what I was quoted and agreed upon. This was outrageous, I was sure there was a mistake. When calling to speak to someone about this I believe I was given the owners son. The owners son said the guy who did our quote was "getting old" and it "was just a quote". So you grossly miss calculated the cost and then charge the customer double? Nowhere in this phone call did this clown ever apologize and had the most smug attitude on the phone something I'm sure he would not have had we been communicating face to face. 2) terrible workers. The staff was also poor. When wrapping one of my tables the guy actually walked on the table ( table was upside down legs in the air, very long table and the guy walks from one end to other ON THE TABLE) I had to actually yell at this guy. They were not gentle seemed to be in a rush despite packing up a 5500 sq foot house, and overall lack of care was astonishing. I would get better performance from a group of highschoolers than what I was unfortunately presented with by booth movers. 3) damages to new condo To add on to the complete unprofessional and lack of skill labor booth has, they have damaged the walls throughout my house. Some deep scratches some surface level scratches. I've moved 3x in my life and every time I've never had one instance of a scratched wall. I get this can happen but given the rest of their abysmal performance this could not go unrecognized. I was too exhausted dealing with my fathers death and a plethora of other things to continue to entertain the clowns here decided to cut my losses and just let go, but let it be known to anyone else to use ANYONE else other than these guys.
