Great coffee and knowledgable staff. My one complaint is that there are not enough outlets for us electronic users - but that's true of many coffee shops that were built a while back. In any case, this minor irritation won't stop me from getting work done at 303! Maybe just make sure your computer is charged up before you go. read more

This is a good place to get some good coffee and get some work done. I got the regular latte and it was one of the best I have had in Denver. My girlfriend got the egg nog latte and she said it was really good as well. The guy was really nice as well and the store was fairly clean even though it was snowing heavily outside. They also sell coffee for home use, lots of local coffee places don't for some reason. I will definitely be coming back when I'm in the area. read more

We came here for the first time the other day. They have local stuff for sale, such as honey. I bought a small jar and I'm excited to use it. They have rows of different types and flavors of coffee beans on the walls. I asked about their chai, which they have sweet, spicy, and middle of the two. I ordered the spicy, which was way too spicy for my tastes, so I'm going to try the middle one next. My husband was thrilled that they had almond amaretto lattes. I thought the prices were reasonable and the employees were nice. We will come back when we're in the area. read more

Good coffee, cute place, and friendly service! A little difficult to find, but worth it!

Since i had a good 1/2 hour before the movie starts, I saw 303 from the main road, so I stopped to get a warm cup of Joe, it was Sat around noon, and besides another guy behind the counter, I was the only male patron in the establishment, about 6 or 7 female of various ages scattered here and there, it was really odd. Anyway, the coffee was good, under $2 for a large, enough time to check my email. Glad it wasn't a SB. read more

i came upon this place whilst visiting the joann fabrics next store with a friend. we have a serious shortage of conference rooms in my building at work, so i vowed to keep it on this list for the next off-site meeting (aka - no conference rooms available at work). wouldn't you know it, the next day there were no rooms available and i had to meet with one of my team. we drove over, parked easily in front and walked right in and right up to the counter. the guy behind the counter was SUPER friendly. i ordered my coffee drink (med iced mocha, decaf, no fat, no whip) plus some water and then got some amazing smelling 'german chocolate' beans - the special. service was friendly and quick and the shop is quaint and clean. thanks guys! read more

Owner I believe responded to my post. Offered me a gift card which was very thoughtful for coffee on a return visit. Didn't really address the employee issue nor the jumping dog who is often at the store in back office from what he wrote. Seemed to justify the jumping dog incident because it is a certified guide dog in training so that means jumping on people (customers) is acceptable. I do really appreciate the response so for that I up my stars to 3 due to courtesy in responding. read more

Great spicy chai on a quiet day. Location is nestled near a Joann's and in an excellent view of the surrounding businesses. Places was clean and full of plenty of coffee options I tried recommended chai from the friendly Barista on site. Definitely recommend as a great study location with free wifi and low traffic. read more

The breakfast burrito w/green chili are so yummy!! A bit spicy but we liked them. I wish there was more overstuffed chairs. All in all you must stop in and grab coffee and breakfast. read more

This shop is of good size, good for working, good food, clean, good natural lighting. During my visit there were lots of locals/regular clientele coming in. Many customers made comment to one of the workers that they had not seen him in awhile...good sign of a great coffee shop if you ask me. I will definitely be back. read more

Coffee is good. Staff are knowledgeable on the wet vs. dry cappuccino. If coffee was great I would give this a higher rating. I also ordered the #2 breakfast burrito. Flavor is minimal. Burrito supposed to come with cheese, but I have yet to find any in my burrito. Whoever made the burrito was a little heavy handed on the green chile. The chile overwhelms the pallet and creates and neutralizes what could be a great flavor. read more

Ehh I really wanted to give this place a shot. Saw good reviews on here especially for it being a nice study spot. when I walked in it was nice and quiet, the customers were mostly outside and a few scattered toward the front of the store. However, I soon learned why: one of the employees was full on loudly singing to Disney theme songs that they decided to play overhead in the coffee shop. I love Disney as much as any other person born in the 80s - don't get me wrong - but this employee was using the coffee shop as her platform for a shrill high pitched performance. It also seemed she was a manager, as the other employee asked her if it was ok if he came in at a specified time the next day, which was also odd to me as I would assume in a managerial position you would have more professionalism than singing loudly for your own pleasure in a business? Again it was not loud in there by any means, so it was not a situation where her singing blended in with the white noise in the background. On the plus side, she did stop singing when I approached them and asked her to stop, which was incredibly awkward to do... Otherwise it was also a little weird she was editing a dry erase board out on top of a high top where there was one of the few outlets while she was doing this... Cannot do that in the back or before/after hours? The drink I had was average, the other employee was incredibly polite, but unfortunately I don't think I will be going back. read more

I'm newer to Colorado as of May last year and 303 is the closest I can get to my favorite coffee shop back home. There's a guy who knows my order when I go in and whenever he makes it it's better than when anyone else there does! He knows what he's doing, is very friendly, and is good at his job. The coffee is great. I actually haven't stopped in for a little while, so I'm going in tomorrow, but if you are in the mood for some good coffee that isn't just over priced bean water and sugar, go to 303! read more

I love this coffee place. It is so much better than Starbucks. The coffee is really good and they have some of the best breakfast burritos I've ever had. They get them from Jump Start. Same price for a mocha as at an artisan coffee shop. At 303 the mocha is just hot milk and espresso. How is it the top notch shops can put a thin layer of froth with skim, but this place is just hot milk and espresso and "chocolate"? Consider a little froth and top shelf powdered chocolate. Now, for the most annoying, how do you feel when you walk up to a counter and three employees behind the counter are talking and laughing. You have to wait a few seconds and someone begrudgingly disengages their dialog just to turn to you, no eye contact, and flatly say "how can I help you". No cheery "hello", no "how are you today, what can I make for you". Really very little regard for customer service or even enjoying a simple human encounter. You're not part of their 303 behind the counter club, you're a necessary evil until I can get back to what's important, hanging with my 303 buddies. Come on owner...wake up. This will only last so long before people have another more inviting and friendly option that isn't a Starbucks; however, those folks have a culture of friendliness and inviting visitors into their world. read more

The place is cozy inside.. I really wanted to like it, I'm a big fan of Coda Coffee (that's what they serve).. Unfortunately, I strongly believe that a place that can't make a simple small latte without overheating the milk and making it watery, it doesn't deserve more than one star. This is a really nice, small, locally owned coffee shop. They have free trade organic beans, and everything is roasted locally. The staff is always friendly, and they are very helpful. Great biscotti, lemon bars, and cinnamon rolls too! Such a refreshing change from Starbucks and other chain style coffee shops. read more

I was looking forward to a great mocha, but this was not good. Tasted burnt, too watery, even with more chocolate it just tasted like plain coffee. I was hoping to find a coffee shop down south that could compete with the great ones in Denver. Unfortunately, I will not be back and I did not finish my mocha. But, try for yourself. read more
