I'm not a Starbucks fan (at all!) so I'm always looking for a nice cup of coffee at a small local place. I usually frequent the French Bakery in Parker several times a week because they have excellent coffee, but with all the construction on Lincoln Ave., it's made it very difficult lately. Behold, Yelp! ha! I found the 303 Coffee Co. on Yelp and that it was on my way to the office so I had to give it a try and I'm so glad I did. I had all intentions of getting a cappuccino (my go-to type preference), but I was immediately tempted with the Colorado Spiced coffee featured on the board as I walked in. Wow - it hit the spot. Very yummy! I had it made with almond milk. The service was friendly. I didn't have any food/pastries, but I'm looking forward to returning very soon and trying a little breakfast. read more

I really, really, really wanted to like 303. But the coffee was just average. And the prices are the same as Starbucks. The service has been hit or miss for me. I've had great service on one visit. The last two visits were just okay - I felt that because I wasn't a regular, the baristas and cashier couldn't be bothered with me, and had to continue with their conversations with clearly regular customers. Bottom line: average coffee, average service, high prices, local store. read more

Stopped in yesterday desperate for caffeine and a nice atmosphere to relax in. From the pictures I was unsure but stepping into the shop I was pleasantly surprised. The barista was phenomenal, personable and made me a light, airy breve cappuccino which I know isn't easy. Would 100% stop back in. read more

‼I live a few blocks away from this coffee shop. Every morning for the past 6 months, I've walked my sweet frenchie here to get my AM coffee and his "pup-a-chino" Today the owner decided that my sweet frenchie who is also my daughters emotional support animal is no longer aloud. He was very rude about it and wouldn't listen to me when I tried to explained he was ESA. They also have a large container full of dog treats when you walk in... weird if no dogs are welcome even if ESA. Bottom line, owner is rude and doesn't understand that some individuals require a ESA to help get through day to day with a disability. Do not support this establishment!!!! ‼ read more

It's great products and good pricing, especially for a small high quality company. Coffee and tea are well-made. I don't have as great an experience with the service, though. I go there less because of that. I usually feel as if I'm a big pain in the ass for ordering anything, but that's mainly the female staff. I entered the unassuming coffee house not knowing what to expect. It was a breezy Summer Friday; slightly overcast, although the sun peeked through the clouds, not unlike Robert Louis Stevenson described in his poem Summer Sun. I approached the counter and ordered a large iced coffee. The transaction was moving along, when from the corner of my eye I noticed a selection of cookies. Being a fine connoisseur of all things delicious, I decided to partake in the sugary treat when suddenly I found myself at an impasse. Before me, wrapped in a protective plastic coating, were three selections all worthy of a sophisticated palate such as mine. What to do? Ready to admit defeat, I slowly began to lower the cookies when Hannah, the bringer of salvation, came before me. "Get the double chocolate." Let me state this categorically: Hannah is the Cookie Master. A lesser woman would have made the wrong call, or perhaps maced me (as is wont to happen from time to time), but Hannah, perhaps being guided by a higher power, looked into my soul and found the answer that I could never reach on my own. Nate and the gang do a great job every time we are there(and believe me, we are there a lot!) and it makes me especially happy to give my hard-earned money to a locally-owned small business as opposed to a certain Seattle-based corporate coffee behemoth. :-) They offer numerous gluten-free selections as well as frozen drinks, burritos and snacks as well. read more

Tried their iced mocha & Colorado Spicy latte. The mocha was a bit on the milky side, but their spicy latte was on point.

So the owner saw my review and immediately responded and said give him another chance along with a nice gift card. I'll have to say the people are friendly here and it's nice to see that owners really care about their business. Nice change from all the chain stores we have today. read more

Came in for an afternoon coffee date with a friend. I ordered just a small latte, and it was exactly the way I wanted it. Slightly more expensive than Starbucks, especially once I tipped, but worth it. It's a cute little store with lots of seating, though there were only two arm chairs and a love seat aside from the dining chairs. There was only one employee working the counter and doing the closing routine. He gave very fast service for everyone who came in. The place was mostly deserted, a few people coming in and out, so we sat and chatted for a long time. I would definitely come back if I'm in the neighborhood and jonesing for a caffeine fix. read more

I frequent this coffee shop because of the proximity to my work. Unfortunately, the coffee is not very good. The lattes are never strong enough for me, best bet is to order an Americano. I might have a higher tolerance then the average joe but if you drink Starbucks a lot this coffee is not going to be strong enough for you! On the plus side they serve little Anita's breakfast burritos and offer green chili on the side. Really good! read more

The coffee quality was ok, but the service was not. The woman who took our order at the counter did not say hello, did not greet us, did not ask us what we wanted, and did not say anything other than the price, acting generally caustic and unwelcoming. Perhaps seeing some minorities worsened her mood, as she gave the non-minority person behind us a "thank you and have a great day." It is unfortunate because this shop has some potential, as there was a very nice and friendly young man who actually greeted us from a distance and ended up making the drink. read more

Decided to check 303 out last Saturday morning as we are new in town. The service was efficient and barista was very kind and knowledgeable about the beans! Coffee was by far the best I've had in awhile. Almond scone was phenomenal! We will definitely be going back! read more

I love this place! I recently started working nearby and wanted to find a coffee place that wasn't Starbucks. The staff is super friendly and really know their customers. It only took a few days and the barista knew my order. The environment is clean, they have a drain so people don't dump coffee into the trash can, and they have fun merchandise. I also really love the coffee and that they have a rotating flavored coffee. read more

Great coffee, really great--- it's just that it's not really the place i'd enjoy hanging out inside--- so i always get my coffee to go, UNLESS it's a gorgeous sunny day, in which case the patio is great to enjoy the big view of the mountains. This was a nice little shop! They serve Koda coffee. There is quite a bit of seating as well as a couple of couches to sit on. The brownies looked awesome, but I went with a triangle lemon bar which was pretty good. The banana bread was also really good. There is also a pretty nice selection of gluten free breads. We had fun looking at the drawings hung up on the wall of what looked like kids doing self portraits. Top left was my favorite. read more

Met a friend for coffee this morning and had a great experience. I had a nitro coffee (medium blend on tap today), and I wasn't sure right away whether I liked it - the smooth mouth feel was different and it was cold, but once I added cream and cinnamon, it was quite delicious and refreshing. No ice added either, so it never got diluted, which I liked. My friend had a decaf soy vanilla latte and seemed to enjoy it. We also both got a Little Anita's breakfast burrito (eggs, cheese, green chile sauce), which the barista warmed up and brought to us on plates with forks and knives. They also had cholula on hand, which was perfect and appreciated! They did have a huge assortment of treats, baked goods, and snacks. Also a whole menu of "bears" (frozen/cold coffee drink that looked amazing). I will definitely come back if I'm in the area! read more

I drink a lot of coffee, but I got the cup of dark roast today. Best cup of coffee I have ever drank. To go along with this, pleasant environment, good location, and not starbucks. This is great local coffee shop! The staff is friendly - in fact they know a lot of the drinks the regular customers get and have them ready as they walk in. They have free wifi and there always are people sitting, chatting and using the wifi. It has a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. So much nicer than the large chains. They use Coda Coffee which is locally roasted and better than Starbucks, in my opinion. And they do have tasty breakfast burritos! read more

Whomever the blonde haired lady (assuming the owner) that works here was so rude, I wish that we had not stepped foot in the door. The lack of friendliness here would have driven me out the door but I already ordered and paid for my coffee. It is not the type of place I will ever return to if I am wanting a good environment that I want to give my patronage to. I am not big on the big coffee chains so I was up to support local. The coffee was good, I had an egg nog latte and it was really flavorful, so I give two stars for that but the poor customer service was a deal breaker for me. read more

As always, I must first comment on the service, which here at 303, is outstanding! Beyond the helpful baristas, 303 has so many coffee and non-coffeedrink choices. I tried the nitro cold brew which was smooth and tasty. I'll be coming back to try more, maybe one of their "bear" drinks! read more

I visited this coffee shop for the second time today and, for the second time, my impression is not positive. On both occasions, the middle-aged woman at the cash register failed to make eye contact with me when I ordered. Her tone of voice, when taking my order, was abrupt. She did not say "please" when communicating the amount due and did not thank me for my order. The coffee shop was not clean during either of my visits. The floor, particularly, was quite filthy, which dirt and mud stains throughout. I recognize that winter weather can cause people to track dirt in, but surely the management can occasionally sweep and mop the place. The layout of the coffee shop is not especially comfortable. Tables are very close together and at least one of the soft lounging chairs has cracked leather. There are no newspapers for sale other than the local Westword publication, which does not cover daily news, let alone the news of the state, nation, or world. I received no discount on my coffee, despite bringing in my own covered mug. That means you pay more for coffee here than you would at Panera or Starbucks. The coffee isn't bad, but it's not better than what is available at the local competitors to this particular coffee shop. read more
