One of our go-to pho places in the area. They have two locations. This one closes on Tuesdays, just an fyi! SERVICE: It's okay overall, some days they are slow for whatever reason. Definitely a small staff-only see 1-2 people max working at a time on the restaurant floor. RICE VERMICELLI WITH GRILLED PORK: Love getting this dish, one of my favorites! Highly recommend adding the fish sauce all over and mixing it in for the right flavor. PHO TAI: Rare beef with pho noodle soup, but I like to get the beef cooked well done as my personal preference. I have found a few things I don't like but nothing made poorly; The food is always fresh to order and yummy. Upon arrival, first thing I noticed is that the place is a little run down. No one acknowledged the party now directed us to seat. The wait staff lady just kind of look at us and said nothing. I seated ourselves down. The menu looks extensive, offering Chinese and Vietnamese fare. Seems to be ok price. There are about 3 other parties dinning at the same time. When I requested to move to the bigger table next to us, the wait staff refused since they required at least 5 ppl for the bigger table that seats 6 ppl. I looked around, the dining room is 2/3 empty and we came in at 3, not a rush hour. I am very surprised for their inflexibility. The waitstaff also was not friendly at all. When I was placing order, she kept say but then what then what, rushing me through my ordering. The food quality is below my expectation. We ordered the "Super Special" to share as we thought it would be a good way to sample their food. The egg flower soup was brought right away and it was pretty good and steaming hot. We waited a bit for the rest of the meal and when it did come, you could tell it was fresh. The platter had several pieces of BBQ pork, 2 egg rolls, 2 tempura shrimp, steamed rice, sweet & sour pork, Mongolian beef, and almond chicken. Pretty standard fare. I will mention that the spice on the Mongolian beef was hotter than I expected. They weren't especially busy and there was only one server who was able to take care of it. THE BEST PHO in Spokane hands down! I always order number 10. Pho Dac Biet! The serving is more than enough I'm always leaving full the broth is wholesome and the meat is by far the best serving in all of Spokane. It gets so busy because the food is so delicious! There are a couple of restaurants in Spokane with the same name in total there are 3 separate restaurants that are all called, "3 Sisters Restaurant" but the Spokane Valley location is the best of the three. It gets really busy so be patient there's only a few workers that are family and there a bit older so they are doing there best with the amount of customers they serve but overall the most Delicious Pho in Spokane I cannot get enough of it! read more

In short, I enjoy their bun bo hue but the service can suck depending on the day. To me, their pho is average or below average but bun bo hue is bomb. Many people recommended me to come here for bun bo hue and that's what I order most of the time. However, their service can be better. There is usually only one lady that serves the whole restaurant so good luck with her service and attitude when there are more than 2 tables to serve. Last time I was there, I waited 30 mins to get my water then another 20 mins to get my food, no joke. I was starving, and she and the other guy from the kitchen walked past us many times like they didn't see us. She sounded annoyed and mad when she took our orders like we shouldn't be here to give her extra work. It is their choice to only have one person to serve the whole restaurant to maximize the profit, so I don't think it is right to take it out on customers. read more

3 Sisters Restaurant is a pretty big facility. They have numerous awards for pho. Those I think depend on what gets ordered. Some items are outstanding while others are somewhat subpar. Their rice dishes and fruit smoothies look better than some of their soups. Their Pho Bon Bue Hue is one of the best noodle soups I have eaten. You get a large helping of meat in a spicy, savory broth. The beef bones add more richness to the soup base. I could swear there was a trace of sweet coconut somewhere. The spices inside created a distinct flavor that I can describe being similar to Thai curry. This is the first time I have had Bon Bue Hue and shall return to buy more of it. Five stars here! Beef pho was a slight disappointment. I used a spoon to shave off a section of oil from the top of the soup. Under the surface, the soup itself tasted salty. This is a contrast even to the delicious pho I get in the big easy if you want to ask me what my judgment is. When I woke up the next day I looked in the mirror to see I got acne again. The last time I had such an eruption was age 16 which was roughly 20 years ago. I will have to reduce the number of times I eat out to cover the costs of additional facial products. The meat was fresh and tender though. At least I had enough food for the next two meals. That made up for what the dish lacked. Price-wise it turned out to be an okay deal. Three Stars! Service-wise the one lady at the front counter appeared to be the only person running the entire store. At night when there are very few other customers, she warmly greeted me and took my order. It does not get any better than that. I do not mind if the exterior of the building appears as one of those old-looking diners in the middle of the highway. That adds to the historical uniqueness and building codes. Five Stars! Three stars for three sisters will deter them from fighting each other to see who gets the remaining two stars. read more

We went there Friday January 3 2025 at 6:00 PM. Walked in the door and saw the sign, please wait to be seated, so we waited. Two separate customers came in after us and walked past us to the counter to order take out. They placed and paid for there orders and we were left standing there for 10 minutes. One of the three sisters told us the wait was 30 minutes. Then she proceeded to tells us she would get to us when she could, she was expecting a large party soon. This is the second time this same owner has basically sent us away because she was too busy. We will never come back to this restaurant and will let our family, friends and colleagues know to avoid this place. They need to hire more staff if they cannot handle the business. We used to always eat at Lee Brothers Pho and were always happily greeted by the owner Nancy. Unfortunately she closed and retired. A new Thai restaurant has taken its place. We went there and were immediately greeted by one of the young owners. She was very kind and the food was delicious, we will be back. She recommended Vien Dong for Vietnamese food by Shooters World on Trent. read more

Horrible service, we didn't even get to eat there because the moment we walked in and asked for a table we got yelled at. We were a family of 7 (5 adults 2 kids) she said we were a large group and she already had a large group. We said ok we will wait and she said you need to call and make reservations, we were not aware that we needed to make reservations, nevertheless we said no problem we will wait. We suggested splitting us 4 and 3 because we're separate family and we didn't mind separate tables. She said no you have to wait for big table. At this point she had already made us very uncomfortable we decided to just leave. It was a 3 mins conversation but she was very angry and upset. She might have had a bad day, we all have those days but as a business owner you need to set that aside and treat customers with courtesy. read more

We decided to have Pho for brunch this morning. The 3 Sisters Restaurant is a nice cozy place and always has very tasty food. Even early, it was already hopping with customers but service was fast and timely despite the rush. The Pho was delicious and beef bone with my soup had a nice chunk of meat on it. I've called ahead multiple times and it's never ready for pick up. Chicken is super dry, and tends to be norm at Pho shops. Pleasantly surprised! I finally was able to try their food and was pretty impressed. The food is tasty and the portions are decent. I don't enjoy that I can't find their menu anywhere. It was hard to know what to order for take out. But once I was there and saw the menu I saw that they actually have a very large menu with tons of choices. I can't wait to go back and try more. Unfortunately I have to be honest in reviewing this restaurant. Have gone there on many occasions and have given a great rating.....4* on all visits. After a period of absence I and friend went for lunch again expecting a first rate meal, Chinese dishes and their famous beef pho soup. Here is latest version of my visit getting a single star * for this event. They have for some reason downgraded their quality on the soups and Chinese dishes. My experience was far from great, the chef is cutting corners on the menu by using beef bouillon cubes instead of the natural beef flavor generated be slow cooked beef. This was a GREAT disappointment, as the now favorite dish is no longer great but bad flavors and not good. Also, friend had Chinese dish with stringy chicken scraps, not eatable and covered with that black maple sauce, that looked like it had passed through your bowels more than once. Sorry to report this but maybe an off day or off chef...do not know and will not be visiting there anytime soon. Note to owner.....please not cheapen your menu item for sake of profit, too too many restaurants do this and then wonder why they fail and end up going out of business. Food was sooooo good! Family of four, ordered Lemongrass chicken, Mongolian beef, teriyaki chicken and tofu curry. Everyone loved there dishes...all the veggies tasted fresh, sauces well balanced. Mongolian beef and lemongrass chicken both spicy but good spicy. We went today because they are just around the corner. Should have gone across town. My wife had the special, beef with broccoli, fried rice, sweet and sour pork and egg flower soup. Beef was tough, fried rice was completely bland, sweet but no sour in the sauce and pork was yellow for some reason, not sure what the soup really was, just bland. I had the combination pho. All of the meat was tough even the thin sliced beef and meat balls were tough. The most tender was the tripe. No brisket was present and there was more bone than meat in the broth. I was not asked what size I wanted it but was brought the large. Wasn't worth bringing home. No drinks were offered, just water, I guess we were supposed to get our own from the refrigerator case but we're never told. I will say it was clean but the food and service are terrible. We came on a Saturday afternoon with a large party of 10. The lady (one of the 3 sisters?) accommodated us right away - though we didn't insister on sitting together. Had a Togo order the other night consisting of 2 pho bowls with extra meat and a boba drink. After getting home and putting everything together, the broth was not hot enough to cook the rare meat, let alone the cold noodles that came with. My pho was immediately cold and I had to throw in a pot to boil. After the disappointment I came to realize that I had just spent $48 dollars on this meal. How did my 2 bowls of pho (roughly $10 each with extra meat on both +$4 and extra noodles on one $2, and a small boba drink $8) become $50? read more

Food was alright, but the service was very bad. They had one person serving the entire store and a bunch of girls running the front counter that were useless. I came in and didn't know where to go, so I asked the front counter and she just pointed somewhere for me to sit. Then I sat down for about 10 min without anyone greeting me or giving me a menu. I ended up getting my own menu and waited some more. It took about a good 15 min for someone to finally come over with water and then 5 more min to take my order, but they didn't even say much each time they came to my table. When I was done, I waited 20 min for someone to finally give me a check. Everyone was just huddled at the front talking while one lady did all the work. Please refer to my review from 10/2/18. Nothing has changed. The place might be even cleaner now. One way I judge the cleanliness is to examine and feel the salt-pepper shakers and siracha bottle. Absolutely spotless! The only place in our region that has pho this good is in Coeur d'Alene. Service is excellent always. My lunch friend has a lunch special usually and he loves it. I ordered from here through DoorDash on a Sunday afternoon. It was just my girls and I having a lazy day, and since my eldest daughter and I have raging head colds, pho was the way to go! It was the first time my girls had had pho, and I was a little worried they wouldn't like it, but I figured since they like anime and BTS, maybe it would be ok. You know, because that's the same thing. Anyway, we ordered the meatball and brisket pho, rare tri-tip steak pho, and chicken pho. I thought they were all excellent-fresh, flavorful, and sinus-clearing. I was so proud of my eldest daughter for trying the rare tri-tip steak without dramatics, too! The meat was fresh and tender and delicious! My youngest daughter was a bit iffy on all of the accompaniments, but loved the noodles so much, she wanted my noodles, too! Decent restaurant, but not as good as Le Brothers down the road. Pho lacked flavor and didn't have as much meat. Husband's pork chop was dry and sweet! Too sweet! Ordered the same at each restaurant to compare. Spring rolls were very tiny, but I liked the added pork to the usual shrimp. Friendly staff, but never checked if we needed anything else or a box.. so we left it. We wanted sandwiches also but they were apparently sold out of bread.
