I seems to go a lot at different 3 brasseurs these days even if it's far from my first choice. But, still unbiace review. To begin, the service. We went a Saturday night near 18h30. The place was half empty (strange for a big sunny day during summer but it was like that everywhere). The service was exactly like it always been, very slow. I wasn't the only one wondering where it was. The first time we saw him was for the drink, about 15 min after sitting. He came back about 15 minutes later with the drinks and we ordered a nacho to share among us. Once, the nacho arrived, we ate it. And then waited another 15 minutes for someone to clean the table. We haven't ordered the main course yet. Took another 10 min to order. And once we ate, we didn't see it at all. We asked for the bill when he came back about 30 min after we finished eating. So yeah, service is bad as usual. I remember that in the past, to get good service, we had to sit at the bar. As for the food. The food here is ok. If you like flamekeuche you'll probably like it. I ordered a 3b burge which is a burger with meat cooked with beer sauce. It wasn't bad, could taste the beer in the beef which is good. It was properly cooked and garnish. I'm just unsure for the price tag on it versus all offering near. A friend took the double smash burger. There was one big meat party, nearly as big as mine. But we could see the sauce oozing which is nice. She did like it, but it wasn't a smash. Compared to the smash I had at another location (was a real smash but looked nothing lime what she got), this was a better burger for sure. It did give me the idea to order it from here. The ambiance is typical of a sports bar pub restaurant. Lots of tv, when there's an event you got the audio. It is a nice place to lounge. read more

Don't know if they are sister restaurants or imitations of each other, but the physical layout and menu remind me of the Crust chain of breweries. The one I've been to being in Rosemont Chicago. Tried both the blonde and blanche beers, and I definitely preferred the blanche. Also had several food dishes with my family. Multiple pizzas like the Roma and Caprini which were thin crust. Was surprised to find out that the regular "authentic" poutine was vegetarian which made me question the kind of gravy that was used. My cousin had the fish and chips which looked to be mostly batter. Even the fries were battered which was a surprise given the ones in the poutine were not. My aunt had the poke which had a good portion. Our waitress was nice. The service staff wore short shorts on a cold fall day which seemed unnecessary. There was a good crowd of families for a Sunday afternoon. They showed a Toronto-Philly NHL game but no NFL which was surprising even though we were in French Canada. read more

Neighborhood establishment, a large crowd, has the sports bar vibe. A better than average menu for a sports bar, and some in-house beers were also pretty good. Fun vibe, noisy, plenty of TV showing the hockey games. read more

With restaurants and bars finally being able to stay open late we can go back to getting those late night cravings! As I walked around centropolis I saw that 3 brass eyes was open and still selling food! We came in and had our vaxi app scanned and we're happy to see all safety protocols were being followed. At our table we had a look through the menu and saw plenty of local and imported beers yet we somehow found ourselves dying to try out the sangria. If it's got tequila in it I'm all for it! The sangria was delicious and had I not been driving I could have finished a pitcher or two to myself. I had originally wanted the steak and fries but was told it was sold out for the night. After talking to the waitress she recommended the grilled veggie sandwich it was far from the steak I had wanted but it was still good. The only complaint I have was the time it took from the moment we were seated to the time we actually got to eat. I could see that they were short staffed so hopefully we'll be able to come back and see more people and more support for the staff read more

Avoid this place!!! Terrible service. Confused staff. Total lack of customer centricity. 15 people in our group dropped in 3 Brasseurs before a wedding dinner at another restaurant. We all entered separately and sat at different tables. The same waitress served us all. She then billed my father-in-law for all 15!!! Only noticing this after he paid, he asked that he only pay the 5 at his table and that the others needed to be billed and pay their own. 30 minutes later still many staff could not figure out how to reverse his charge and only bill him for his 5 guest. We left without a solution. Sooooo messed up! Imagine the food & management here!!! AWEFUL SERVICE! Total lack of basic common sense! Hated the experience. Hated the place. The first time I was there it was late on a Saturday and the place was packed. I usually go downtown but I am in Laval so I figured I would try the one close to my house. Food was a ok we got a starter plate and nachos. Also the service was slow but the waiter was friendly. Second time I went there on a date with my boyfriend and we got the best waitress ever very friendly and the food took a little long and she came to apologies. Food was AMAZING I had the salmon with mango salsa and my boyfriend took a bavette. Both cooked perfectly. Went a few more time since for beers and nachos and been very happy every time. Staff is great and always so friendly I am glad to not have to drive to MTL for my my raspberry beer fix. read more

First of all I Just wanted to say I went to 3 brasseurs à lots of time but it's been a while I didn't and the service is trashh,they didn't even give us water,it took 1 h before our plates arrived and nobody came to check on us if everything was alright but food okay but they only have fries with hamburger and it is way too pricy for a service and food like this read more

This is such a great pub ! Honestly it doesn't look like much but inside the theme is very amazing. It has a very cozy and comfy decor. I love the screens above the bar and wall TV as well. There are great specials daily from 3-7 pm. Either a pint or half a pint $5 or $3. The Vin is on special for $6 as well. They have great regular prices as well. The service is great people are very polite and friendly as well. I highly recommend it's a chill, casual place that you can go and have a drink. Lots of parking in the lot or street for free. read more

I'm not sure if I'm just NOW figuring out that Laval doesn't have great food but seriously, I've been so disappointed by the food in Laval as of late. Last Saturday a friend and I were trying to think of where to go for a late dinner. Les 3 Brasseurs was a perfect middle meeting point for us so we quickly decided to go there. It was meant to be classic pub style food so you can't really go wrong right? I arrived first and asked for a table and I was taken to a high perched table in the middle of the room that was just uncomfortable. We had to ask to be moved into one of the MANY booths that were available but NOT cleaned yet. We changed tables, helped the hostess clean our table and she still didn't wipe it down. Strike one. The waiter comes around and asks if we are ready to order drinks. We weren't. We said to come back in a few minutes and he took that too literal. His few minutes ended up being about 20 minutes later. So we are now sitting at a semi cleaned table with no food, no drinks, and not even a glass of water. As we FINALLY get to place our drink orders we ask about what the waiter would recommend and this is where they earned some points back. The waiter was brutally honest. He was like "I wouldn't eat this...Oh I love this..." His suggestions actually made me change my mind about what I wanted to eat. So our drinks arrive and then it takes the waiter another 45 minutes to ask for our food orders. The delay is WAY too long and the place isn't busy enough for this to be understandable or tolerable. Once we get our food we only get ONE set of utensils. I ordered the chicken tender wrap with fries and I was less than impressed. I can understand why it'd take forever to bring the food to the table, I'd be embarassed. French Fries - McCain store bought frozen fries Chicken Tenders - Store bought frozen tenders BBQ Sauce - store bought BBQ sauce. So basically all the kitchen staff had to do for this was throw the fries and tenders in the oil, open a package of Tortillas, chop some lettuce and tomatoes throw them on the tortilla and then wait for the chicken to finish frying and roll it all up with some BBQ sauce. I could make better at home...and I should have. My friend had a flammekueche which is basically a super flat bread pizza and he said the food was good. I would have tried it but it had peppers and mushrooms on it and those two ingredients revolt me. As for the drinks. I think that their beer cocktails were pretty good. I had The Latino and that was pretty awesome. I should have ordered a smaller one since I drink slow and the beer got warm really quick. The only reason this is getting a 2 star review is because the waiter at the end of the night redeemed himself by making some jokes. He had me laughing as I was leaving but it wasn't really enough to make me ever go back to Les 3 Brasseurs again. read more

I have been to 3 brasseurs before in other locations and when I saw this one in Laval I decided to stop by for a beer and something to eat. The first time I went to do his location I had friends with me and we've ordered something with sausage, corn and ham. The food wasn't great but was decent and the service wasn't too bad. It was a weekday and the place was somewhat empty so everything was done quite fast. So I had friends over from another province and I took my chance and decided to stop by again. The second time we had chicken wing (very small quantity, not at all what we expected, quite greasy and bony), and I had the impression that the beer was watery. This time the service was horrible. The guy who served as was quite rude, he never came by to ask if we needed something else and when he did was in a very pushy way. It was a Saturday night and to my surprise the place was empty again. The kitchen closed and he didn't even ask if we wanted to order something before they were done (mind you, in think this was around 1 am, which is quite early for a weekend night). When paying our bill, my friend said something about being tipsy and not being able to calculated how much each one would have to pay and the server just said "yeah yeah yeah..." in a very rude manner. Note that none of us was actually drunk or behaving inappropriately. They've tried to be friendly to the server and all we got back was a rude treatment. Even though we left a 15% tip each and he just took the money and left, not even saying thank you or wished us goodnight. read more

I ordered their mussels, which was well cooked and great! Their homemade beer is a must to try. Good place to chill out with friends. Came here after spending the day at a spa nordique with a friend. Came here to enjoy a bite to eat and enjoy some beer with our Beer Passports. The waitress was really nice, letting us mix and match the beers for the tasting slider instead of getting the predetermined options. They made a mistake so we got an extra taster glass! For food we shared some calamari and a flammenkueche (aka flat bread pizza) with tandoori chicken. I was pleasantly surprised at how good it was. Came here for a 5 a 7, but I've been here for lunch one time previously. This location is very large with lots of beer making paraphernalia all over the place. From the bags of hops and barley to the descriptions of the processes and procedures on the wall it's become a decently popular place. We ordered up the nachos, two different kinds of wings and calamari. The nachos came out we a small sour cream and what appeared to be a spoonful worth of salsa. This is a pet peeve of mine while at restaurants. When charging $11 or whatever we paid for the nachos give at least a big bowl of salsa and sour cream! I mean come on man!! Salsa and sour cream are not expensive! A good 20 minutes later I asked the server what his more popular pizzas were. He mentioned some and I said bring out your 4 most popular. He brought out the provincial, Italian, Trois brasseurs special and Moulin rouge. This pizza in the menu is called flamkueches. It was really nice as I had just eaten a similar style flammkuchen while in Switzerland. Trying a few different pieces it was all very good! I washed it down with a blonde beer which was light fresh and pretty good. It tasted like a light pilsner- lager style. In my other experiences with their beer it's all pretty good and tasty. No complaints here! Service was okay, not great but everyone there seemed to enjoy their 5 a 7 experience. I do find the food a bit expensive for what you get. I was skeptical about coming here since it's a chain and the reviews weren't so hot, but a friend convinced me to check it out. As soon as I walked in I was impressed. The place was huge with super high ceilings and a large circle bar in the center with tons of TVs. My friend and I sat at the bar since it was just the two of us and the bartender was very attentive and friendly. I ordered my usual home brewed amber which was very tasty. For dinner, I took a chance and went with a meal I had never heard of before. I had the Old-Fashioned Cassoulet which was absolutely delicious. It was basically a beef stew on steroids with all of the best meats (pork, lamb, sausage, duck) combined into one bowl with potatoes and sauerkraut. It essentially brought me right back to my Munich days (minus the liter beers). Overall I'd love to return next time I'm in town. Very slow service. My friend's food never came, we had to remind them that she ordered, then we had to wait a half hour for it. The food was mediocre and our dessert was overcooked. Gordon Ramsey would not be proud, more like severely insulted (as usual). When we asked for our check, he said he wasn't ready while we just needed to leave this mess of a place. Been there many times and rarely got disappointed. Decent craft beer and good food. From time to time they add new or seasonal food items to the menu. Unfortunately, they're not always worth trying and the regular menu items are more of a safe bet. Service is excellent even on busy hockey game nights. Don't be intimidated by the number of people in the place, the tables are spaced far enough from each other that it's possible to have a conversation and not hear the neighboring tables.
