    Huge pretzel
    Amanda W.

Stopped by a brewery as hubby was craving a cold brew. This spot was perfect for a snack. It is huge, has two floors and loads of tables and bar area for seating. I can definitely imagine this spot getting busy at night. We ordered a light snack, the warm pretzel, which was so delicious! Hubby loved the beer, and the pretzel was excellent! Especially with a pickles sauce or the mustard sauce. Definitely recommend this!

I had a fantastic time at this pub! The atmosphere was inviting, the staff was friendly and efficient, and the selection of drinks was impressive. The cozy decor added to the overall charm, making it a perfect spot for a night out with friends. I highly recommend this pub for anyone looking for a great place to unwind and enjoy quality drinks in a vibrant setting. Cheers! Bathrooms were very clean.

Unplanned visit..pleasantly surprised. I had the chicken sliders and added truffle fries that were very good. Steak dinner was solid. Nice cut with bacon butter. Overall, enjoyable low key establishment.

I don't usually go to restaurants like this, but I loved my dining experience! I went with my friends last night & we ordered so much food we were full and very satisfied with everything! The waiter was really chill & took a group picture for us!

Awesome poutine, lots of great drink options, especially beer and cider! Great spot to go into in old town.

    Premier flight. $9.40.

I have eaten and drank beer here over the years. It's good. It needs a little fine-tuning, but if I'm in the mood for a burger and beer at a reasonable price it's good. The employees are also always very welcoming. I really enjoy when they have the brewmaster and he can give a tour of the upstairs brewery. The blonde beer is the best. today I had their Brasseurs burger. The bun is really good, the maple beer sauce is essentially 90% maple. It's good if you're Canadian. The burger was over cooked, so I'm glad I had the maple beer sauce on the side so I could slather it on to add some moisture. The house salad is excellent, and I like the quasi-beer dressing, as long as you get it on the side. I always get the flight of beer. For a little samples they make me happy. Unfortunately I usually only enjoy two out of the four, I always like the blonde beer, but for some reason I just like getting the sampler. The four premium beer sampler is only $9.40 which I think is a great deal. It be nice if they added some substantial meal salads. It be nice if they added a real American style Mexican tostada salad. The strange thing is no one in Canada knows how to make salsa, chips, or tortillas.

Sat at the bar during a busy lunchtime. Service was great & food was fast and amazing. My daughter got the spicy chicken sandwich and said it was the perfect balance of sweet/spicy.

Came to this specific Les 3 Brasseurs many many times, the service never disappoints. The staff is always friendly, helpful and super quick. We went for lunch time. So we ordered food items that we never had before. Ordered: Santa Fe poutine 2/5. The best part of the poutine was the fried avocado and the low part, the poutine got soggy too fast. Onion dip with Crostini: 4.5/5. Simply delicious, but slightly a kick missing Sausages with Mac n Cheese: 1/5. It was just very bland. No flavor. It had no of life. Artichoke and Spinach pizza on bland bread 1.5/5. The taste was very bland (I needed hot sauce) and the flat bread became super hard if you didn't fast enough and it was hurting my jaw. The amount of food was a lot but the quality was low and in the end, sadly, the price was high.

    Nachos, or just chips
    Yvette G.

I used to love any 3 Brasseurs location! But prices have gone too high and quality has gone down over the years, unfortunately. I was with a little group of people and we shared nachos, calamari and the sangria pitcher "Exotica". The nachos were 17$ and had very little toppings and cheese, we basically ate chips. The calamari were 14$ and the serving was very small! Half the little plate was deep fried chips, couldn't believe it. The sangria was 26$ and I really felt like I was drinking juice. I guess the only item I would get here is beer, this is what they're renowned for after all. But I would definitely eat elsewhere.

Thé fish and chips was like a corn dog and a little bit of fish. My chicken BLT was swimming in mayonnaise. The blond beer was very good.

Working in Montreal for the week and while hunting around for dinner I did my usual Yelp'ing! I…read morediscovered Pub BreWskey near my hotel so I decided to check it out! Here's how it went... Atmosphere/Appearance: The entrance is kinda off the beaten path and the restaurant is located under what looks like some sort of laboratory. Once down the stairs you're greeted by what feels like an underground speakeasy vibes! There's exposed copper ventilation pipes, exposed warm lightbulbs, raw concrete, wood and quite a few places to sit. I sat at the bar on the metal chairs like all pros do! But off to the side is a set of stairs which leads down to the ACTUAL BREWERY where all of the beer is made! I loved that there were windows in which you could look out of to see the giant vats. Really cool. Service: Dany at the bar took excellent care of me and there was nothing more I could've asked of him. He was attentive, fun and made sure I enjoyed my time there. Food/Drinks: First up I started with their Brew Juice, a beer made right in-house. It was their "beer smoothie". It was sweet, filling, thick, sour and crazy flavorful! Tasted nothing like a beer at all. My first appetizer was the Bacon Jerky which is thick-cut bacon in a beer maple glaze, chili seasonings, sesame seeds and green onions. It was mildly sweet, salty, savory, thick, tender and really, really good and not what I was expecting given the name. My 2nd beer was the Double Goose. This one was deliciously sour, gentle, not too sweet at all or harsh. For my entree I went with their special that was written in chalk on the board! I was the Sandwich of Duck & Lamb. The salad on the side was GREAT! Good bitter greens with rich, robust dressing. The chips the sandwich also came with were seasoned well and had an excellent spicy mayo dipping sauce. Sandwich was GREAT as well! Bread was softer than expected. Rich, buttery flavor. The 2 meats were light and worked well together. The sandwich is called "Sandwich Au Lapin De Cannard", but "lapin" translates to rabbit. Warm, cheesy, comforting, filling. Lil' cajun flavor. Caught a bone or 2 while eating it. It happens. Value: It's a brewery that actually serves food and that's always a plus! All prices are in $CAD. My first 12 oz. beer was $8.75. My 2nd one was $9.00. The bacon jerky was $10.00 and the sandwich with salad and chips was $26.00. Extremely reasonable if you ask me. In conclusion, I really enjoyed my time here at Pub BreWskey and I would surely pay this place another visit. Beers rotate all the time so what I had may not even be around by the time you visit. Same goes for the specials on the chalkboard! Thank you for reading and supporting local businesses.

But before even checking in, we had to walk through Bar George ~ and instantly knew we wanted to eat there. We were lucky enough to grab a last-minute reservation, and Julien took a good care of us throughout the evening. His recommendation of the Beef Wellington was spot on (it's already one of our favorite dishes), but this was hands down the best we've ever had. I ordered the lobster risotto, which was excellent with just the right amount of spice. My son had the 10 oz striploin steak with homemade fries (chips), and it was absolutely delicious. I also loved the Canadian touch of coarse salt on the steak, plus the option to choose between Béarnaise or peppercorn sauce. Julien also mentioned their pastry chef placed second in a NY competition, and the desserts absolutely lived up to that reputation. We tried the pineapple and coconut pavlova and the "lick me hazelnut" ~ both beautifully presented and incredibly delicious. We also ordered iced coffee and a latte, and noticed something interesting: this was the second place where we found Canadian coffee to be smooth and mild ~ such a nice change from the often bitter, over-roasted American coffee. Yes, dinner was a bit steep ($300+), but it was worth every penny. Between the rich history, stunning design, outstanding service, and unique cuisine, I would highly recommend Bar George. Review for their Quartier Dix30 location, 2025…read more.. Horrible ending to our night, false accusations by their staff... My friends and I went to this pub as a portion of our celebrating one of their birthdays this evening. For context I and my friends are in our late 30s to early 40s, and we had beforehand gone to another establishment but the temperature was unbearable as they did not have air conditioning so we sought out an alternative and chose Mckibbin's. Funnily enough, Mckibbin's didn't have AC either but we ended up staying for a few drinks regardless, mostly to appreciate the live music which was quite good. The waitress was good as well, quick and friendly, we had a minor snafu with a couple of the drinks which were not to our liking but the bar graceously replaced them which is yet another solid point in their favor. Why, you might ask in that case, would I be rating this establishment one star then? Well it all comes down to how we ultimately exited the establishment. We all paid our tab at the table, and finished up the rest of our drinks, still enjoying the music playing. It was a great band by the way, I just have to say. We all ended up leaving after 10-15 minutes and all seemed well, except it was only once we're outside that I found out that apparently one of our group who had gone to the bathroom had been victim of a rather apauling scenario. He had been in the stall for 10 or so minutes (he was doing what he had to do .. sometimes nature calls), and was interrupted by a knock on his stall only to hear the bouncer tell him he had to pay and get out of the bar immediately. The bouncer aparrently had heard him "sniffing" his nose in the stall, and found that to be appropriate reason enough to accuse him of doing cocaine in the stall, and to force him out of the bar. Of course it did not cross his mind to think that perhaps it had something to do with the bar being at approximately 29 degrees, perhaps my friend simply had a stuffy nose, or perhaps he had allergies, no he heard a few sniffles and that was all he needed to throw out allegations. Needless to say, I'm completely and utterly disgusted having learned this. Ultimately we left and let things be, we weren't about to bust back in there and cause disruption for no reason we were already on our way out anyway, but to think that this man, employed by this establishment, could be so outlandishly shortsighted is a true injustice. Suffice to say, my friend has never done cocaine in his life, we quite literally made jokes about this man's accusations the whole ride home. Still, I will never go back to this place, because I shudder to think of myself in his situation and what I might do, how it would make me feel to be on the bad end of this kind of person's shortsighted and unfounded accusations. That said, I urge anyone and everyone to beware of the types of people this establishment has working under its payroll. Most of their staff (everyone else in-fact) were excellent, but unfortunately it only takes one completely rotten apple to ruin the bunch.

Horrible service. They didn't let 3 of my peers with REAL ID in the club. And when my friend…read moreconfronted them, the next time she came in they told her she was "the bitch with the attitude". Tremendously rude bouncers. Don't recommend.
