Cute pub on Mcgill street, had a special cocktail and appetizers (nachos, cheese/meat platter)!

I came to this place as part of a food tour and was very happy that it was included. It has a lot of rich history and is its own microbrewery! Each beer we tried was tasty and the food itself was awesome too! We had the boar & blueberry sausage and duck with the salad. I'm not a fan of boar in general but this one wasn't that bad and the rest of the dish was spectacular. They really know what they're doing with the beer pairings so take their recommendations! Also the dessert we had there was the best I've had in a really long time. It was so crumbly and perfect!

    The food here is delicious

Limited selection of brews (I wish they still had a flight of all 9 for $25, but they changed it to 4 tastings for $15), but a little variety and they are well-crafted. We particularly enjoyed the witbier, stout, and grisette. The atmosphere is upscale and classy while still remaining relaxed and not overly expensive. And the food is quite delicious. In our case we tried the burger (with smoked potato salad, and that smoking is just a wonderful addition of flavor) and the beet hummus, which was also ridiculously good (interesting for a hummus, because it is both savory and a bit sweet.) Service was friendly and good. No complaints. Nice place.

I am re-visiting my review based on my spring and summer experiences at Les Soeurs Grises. No update on the food but the beer has been innovative and delicious . The brewers are clearly going out of their way to make fun summer time beverages. Recent examples include a Raspberry Sour and a super tasty Pineapple Blanc. Grab your growler and head over there NOW before they run out. The outdoor patio is great and the staff is always friendly. The patio gets the afternoon shade on McGill so swing by and chill with a great beer in August!

Well..let me start by saying the bartender was out of this world. Then..the beer was fine. The food was good. But I was happy I ate before I shared the washroom with the chef. Twice. NEITHER TIMES DID HE WASH HIS HANDS. And was in the stall with his phone. Which he brought directly to the kitchen. Where we sat at the bar we could see the sinks and I asked my mate to check if he saw. Sure enough..nope and walked tight into the kitchen in front of us and stated flinging bread. We paid and left. Not much topped that.

This place is really cute and chill. Stopped by to taste their Camelia beer with a few samples of cheese. Had three different types of cheese to help cleanse the palette. I don't drink beer because of the strong wheat taste. Their are enough beers that are sweet/fruity to not dislike it. I'd visit again to educate myself on the other beer flavours and ingredients to look out for.

    Delicious!

Well done! Brief beer menu, but what was available was phenomenal. Service a bit slow, but it being Canada day I'd give them the benefit of a doubt they were somewhat understaffed. Will be back to sample a more unique menu!

Am I in Montréal? Why am I listening to loud American classic rock music? Why do I think it's loud? Am I turning into an grumpy old person? OK no time to go there! Just enjoy the yummy food & drinks! 3 appetizers, 1 cider, 1 beer and 1 main course= $36.76. Five of us were full and happy! Must order: CHOUCROUTE GARNIE-Beer and smoked boar sauerkraut with potatoes and bacon! Super hearty and delicious. *Note- there are three price points ($12, $14, $18) for the main course menus based on the portion size!

'Smoked chicken' with no freaking seasoning. N it costs like $18 fucking bucks.

Working in Montreal for the week and while hunting around for dinner I did my usual Yelp'ing! I…read morediscovered Pub BreWskey near my hotel so I decided to check it out! Here's how it went... Atmosphere/Appearance: The entrance is kinda off the beaten path and the restaurant is located under what looks like some sort of laboratory. Once down the stairs you're greeted by what feels like an underground speakeasy vibes! There's exposed copper ventilation pipes, exposed warm lightbulbs, raw concrete, wood and quite a few places to sit. I sat at the bar on the metal chairs like all pros do! But off to the side is a set of stairs which leads down to the ACTUAL BREWERY where all of the beer is made! I loved that there were windows in which you could look out of to see the giant vats. Really cool. Service: Dany at the bar took excellent care of me and there was nothing more I could've asked of him. He was attentive, fun and made sure I enjoyed my time there. Food/Drinks: First up I started with their Brew Juice, a beer made right in-house. It was their "beer smoothie". It was sweet, filling, thick, sour and crazy flavorful! Tasted nothing like a beer at all. My first appetizer was the Bacon Jerky which is thick-cut bacon in a beer maple glaze, chili seasonings, sesame seeds and green onions. It was mildly sweet, salty, savory, thick, tender and really, really good and not what I was expecting given the name. My 2nd beer was the Double Goose. This one was deliciously sour, gentle, not too sweet at all or harsh. For my entree I went with their special that was written in chalk on the board! I was the Sandwich of Duck & Lamb. The salad on the side was GREAT! Good bitter greens with rich, robust dressing. The chips the sandwich also came with were seasoned well and had an excellent spicy mayo dipping sauce. Sandwich was GREAT as well! Bread was softer than expected. Rich, buttery flavor. The 2 meats were light and worked well together. The sandwich is called "Sandwich Au Lapin De Cannard", but "lapin" translates to rabbit. Warm, cheesy, comforting, filling. Lil' cajun flavor. Caught a bone or 2 while eating it. It happens. Value: It's a brewery that actually serves food and that's always a plus! All prices are in $CAD. My first 12 oz. beer was $8.75. My 2nd one was $9.00. The bacon jerky was $10.00 and the sandwich with salad and chips was $26.00. Extremely reasonable if you ask me. In conclusion, I really enjoyed my time here at Pub BreWskey and I would surely pay this place another visit. Beers rotate all the time so what I had may not even be around by the time you visit. Same goes for the specials on the chalkboard! Thank you for reading and supporting local businesses.

It has 3 slices of ham (good and cooked in maple syrup I think), crispy bacon, sausages, eggs, baked beans and breakfast potatoes. The eggs were runny and solid at the same time which I didn't like while the potatoes were seemingly undercooked on the inside but fried on the outside. Their sausages were alright. Basically, only the beans, bacon and ham were good. The duck poutine beer sauce was delicious but heavy as you can imagine. The beet salad was fresh and nicely marinated. They offer a generous pint sized glass of cider based mimosas. On weekends, they offer an all you can eat breakfast for $35 with up to 10 drinks. How it works is they bring your table plates to share. We didn't try that since we weren't that hungry.

I suggest going between 11am and 2 pm if you are here for food. You can get a meal for $18 with a dessert. Unfortunately, we showed up after 2 pm. He said he would definitely be back next time he is in Montreal. The service was great here. Everything was top notch.
