I wasn't here just for a color, I was here for an experience. Tru uses only natural products. The color swatch books showed some really vibrant colors. I couldn't decide so Tru talked me into a bright orange- the only color I haven't done before. I pretty much left my hair in her hands. In a few hours I had an amazing new look. Tru took the time to chart my daughters hair type and what treatments she used in her hair to refer to at future appointments. She was very excited to educate my daughter on how to care for her hair. After a treatment and trim my daughters hair felt amazing and looked so healthy. The ladies did an amazing job styling her hair. They were very creative with the braids they put in. Very clean. Minor wait time but, was approached by hair dresser and given an estimated time and an apology, which we found very considerate. There are refreshments and comfortable seating. My daughter received a drop dead gorgeous haircut from Blue. I had confessed how I hacked off my daughters bangs and Blue was able to fix them 100%. My daughter and I were also talked out of the particular haircut at other salons in the past. So I was impressed to see Blue take on the cut with out question. Simply nailed it. She's definitely a hair artist. I did watch a few people get their hair done while I was waiting and from what I observed all the hair dressers that day seemed to do really nice work. She was very kind customer service was no issue but when i tell you she butchered my hair... She BUTCHERED my hair bad. The layers were uneven I had middle layers that were as long as bottom layers. My hair length is at my shoulders now which is what i'm mostly upset about.
